Oh man, we are F-ed. Stupid router, not letting me get to betcoinsports. Instead i used bitcoinsports.eu for my bet, AND FML FOR THAT DECISION. ugh.

It's amazing that bit365 hasn't even come back on here now to explain what's going on. He knows he's never paying us. Ugh.

unfortunately no one will take this debt because odds are it will NEVER be paid. He has not paid numerous people on his site and no one who posted his signature for bitcointalk.
Thats why I am offering a discount on the debt. What I can't understand is why you say these things on the forum yet advertise the site in your signature. lol, that is hilarious hypocrisy on his part.

FWIW, I made a bet today and receieved my 47mBTC payout within an hour. Unfortunately I didnt do my diligence prior to betting and have some other bets that are still ongoing - hope they get paid. But so far so good. It's a shame because it is a good site.
On the plus side, kudos to you for getting your money. On the minus side, since you got paid, and old bets didn't, we're probably never going to get paid. :/

Is nobody even getting paid at all now? There hasn't been much activity in this thread as of late.

i feel bad for all you guys on this thread honestly, bit365 paid me out and i stopped betting on the site. He has personally settled his ledger with me and we are even. I hope he will eventually do the same for everyone lol. What's funny is that him settling up the bet with you is what convinced me that it was "safe" to play with bit365, since you were owed like 12 btc. That, and for some weird reason, when I went to go and place the DEN -7.5/DEN -9 bet, my router wouldn't let me get to betcoinsports for some reason. Dammit, you stupid router... Sad face for me. Literally, you may be the last person he ever pays out that is owed > 2btc

{edit, screwed up my math on the number of days}

I should hav ebeen more specific. What does it take for bitcointalk to apply the scammer tag to bit365?
|
|
|
We hit it before and crashed, so maybe that's why nobody is talking about it this time hehe.
|
|
|
So...what exactly has to happen for the scammer tag to apply?

Because quoting yourself, quoting yourself, quoting yourself ... with some bold typeface helps the situation. We get it. We're all frustrated. We're all in the same boat. I'm sure your post is seriously putting the heat on Bit365 to make a move though. Really. You never did respond to my question. What would you do in my situation, being the largest outstanding bet unpaid ($12k to $13k, depending on the echange rate)? Just hope and pray and be quiet? My intention is to help other people be aware that bitcoinsports.eu is not paying out. You would rather help him scam other folks by keeping quiet? OR...what exactly is your suggestion? Hmmmmm?

Windows 7 for 1btc, back when it was $32.
Payment for a hacker to text blast the cellphone of some jerk on craigslist who scammed me out of $200. His phone was literally unusable, getting 6 texts/second. At the time, I think btc was worth like $15, so I paid out 5 btc for the deed. Felt good at the time; still kinda feels good know, though I do kind of wish I had those bitcoins back now haha. Also, I paid out .5 btc bounties for people who would prank call his ass at all hours of the day and night before I hired the hacker.
