561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to call the people into crypto on: August 25, 2020, 05:28:23 AM
To call them and invest on scam defis? Defi are hot but the risk is too great for new investors to get in with a bunch of new scam projects being involved right now. There are lots of new untrusted anonymous line up team that introduced random projects. Now to be more precise, I dont think calling out new people can get us improve especially if they will be victim of the projects that are being rugged.
Not all DeFi projects are scam and also must newbies invest in DeFi projects? I'd rather advice them to invest in top 5 to 10 altcoins on coinmarketcap, coins like BCH, NEO and EOS are more comfortable than many new projects
562  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to call the people into crypto on: August 25, 2020, 05:27:00 AM
This year many people give crypto a try because they have nothing else to make money from since the beginning of this pandemic, thanks to cov19 many newbies made it to crypto space, we can keep spreading words about crypto through Twitter and other social media but even if we keep silent crypto isn't in a silent mode, the price is surging and it's making noice itself
563  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in NEO now? on: August 25, 2020, 05:23:48 AM
Neo was 10$ when I got it but later I sold for 12$ but now NEO is now trading at 18$ which is so impressive, before the year runs out the price can reach 30$, just a guess and know that nothing is guaranteed, it's not too late to buy
564  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SPAWN: A CPU/GPU Mineable Coin launching 8/19/2020 on: August 24, 2020, 06:15:04 AM
Honestly I don't see the real usefulness of this new coin, I've checked out the website you provided but apart from been a privacy coin and a POW coin that's all, there is no better features in the privacy part, what makes this coin a better privacy coin? That's what I don't get, we have too many privacy coins in crypto space, what makes yours a better one?
565  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto passive income - a bubble? on: August 24, 2020, 06:09:34 AM
You just need to do research on a coin with staking ability, they survive through their use cases not even the staking feature, it makes sense and easy than proof of work Algorithm and also less costly to get into.
566  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto passive income - a bubble? on: August 24, 2020, 06:07:53 AM
I see that more and more investors are interested in a passive income that comes from cryptocurrencies. But, I am a little bit afraid that all these concepts: staking, crypto lending, and all form of income that is generated from nothing will end up sooner or later. When you compare mining, you have to buy mining rigs at first, then you need to pay electricity, so you spent a lot of money to mine a Bitcoin and that makes it valuable. What about staking? What you sacrifice to receive new coins?
I don't see any danger in staking coins unless they offer big staking rewards, legit POS coins only gives 5% to 15% reward annually, a fake POS coin will give 30% to 50% monthly and that's a pyramid scheme that will collapse any time
567  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BOUNTY PAYMENT MATTERS on: August 21, 2020, 03:21:13 AM
Will it be wise if this forum put up a request that ALL NEW PROJECTS EXPECTING TO RUN BOUNTIES SHOULD PAY A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF FUNDS BEFORE CONDUCTING ANY BOUNTY OR run an ESCROW.
The fund will be use to settle hunters should incase project owners Refuse to pay hunters Or decides to play tricks with hunters payment after a successful bounty campaign. For over a long period, hunters has been crying and wailing about successful campaigns that has refused to make payment. there are new campaigns on-going and more projects will run bounty campaigns sooner or later. the issue of payment is still a lingering problem here with No solid profound solution. Apart from the fact that some projects has the ANN Thread labelled as SCAMS, it is still do not offer solutions to payments.

the idea above is just a suggestion.. we all hope that a perfect solution will solve this issue of projects refusing to settle hunters here and will promote this platform.
The present solution to payment is using escrow and this is something that only bounty managers can do not admins on this forum, to run this website isn't that easy and taking care or responsibility for bounties is X2 hard work for admins, not a good idea
568  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi coins have turn the market into confusion on: August 20, 2020, 10:03:53 AM
I feel pity for new crypto investors who are here to make money fast without doing their own research first, many scammers will eventually start taking advantage of DeFi just with any move available, a word is enough for the wise, invest only on popular DeFi projects and be extremely careful with new DeFi projects
569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Chainlink destined for New Highs in 2020? on: August 19, 2020, 06:49:33 AM
Link is great indeed, but will this make it a $10 coin any soon? i don't think so.
Although it's solving already a real life problem with it's great partnership with google, the sad truth remains that crypto is the most volatile market & everything may take it down to the ground for no logical reason.

I keep seeing shitty coins that worth $1 while other great lockchains & projects worth less than $0.02 simply because they are not into the right exchanges & have 0 market makers.
LINK is more than 15$ today and that's something no one saw coming since 2019, there is a lesson here mate, a project with this good quality will always bring surprises, many are too impatience and don't know how to hold for long time, I know it's not easy to hold but the best way to witness a life changing event in crypto space is holding coins
570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto currency is all about Hodling. on: August 19, 2020, 06:38:28 AM
The truth about crypto currency is that it is more about hodling, technically, crypto is hodling.
Most people that has been able to take profit from crypto currency trade or investment are those that have mastered the act of hodling.

Knowing when to hodl, when not to hodl is an important skill you need.
Knowing when to HODL and not when to HODL is impossible to know and the most important part is how to handle the suffering of watching your tokens lose value in few times and still continue to HODL
571  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best protfolio tracker on: August 19, 2020, 06:31:29 AM
Blockfolio supports any type of crypto coins, either exchange tokens or DeFi tokens they are all available on blockfolio and one other thing I like about blockfolio is the notification features about any important news of your coins you keeping track on
572  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe in crypto ratings? on: August 18, 2020, 06:17:17 AM
Crypto ratings are rated to the writers taste, do not forget this, anyone can just edit and reshape to their own tastes, so tell me why would anyone trust such rating? I can only trust ratings that consists of very popular or well known projects in crypto space like Litecoin, BNB, Ethereum, BCH etc
573  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UNISWAP MADNESS on: August 18, 2020, 06:15:03 AM
Uniswap is now a haven of scam tokens and coins because it's a popular dex and it's easier to list any token on the dex exchange without needing any fund or regulations that are present on centralized exchanges, people should be careful around uniswap
574  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Everyone waiting for v2.0 but... on: August 18, 2020, 06:12:55 AM
Greetings to all,

So I found out that Ethereum v2.0 will be delayed, again.
In a recent podcast Vitalik said that technical implementation is bringing difficulties. He also added that in terms of use, some applications may fail and some of them may work flawlessly.

Do you think that digging deeper into technical aspect the the team is facing unsolvable issues or at some point everything on the chain will work just fine, just as promised?

In my opinion they should not rush according to the pressure of the community but focus on the upcoming challenges and to delay it as much as needed.
You mean the failed testnest? This morning I read on crypto news that it's been fixed, no delay in eth 2.0 anymore mate, the development is so over and launch will commence very soon, right now I need to worry about getting more coins before it's too late
575  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Those initial exchange offering (IEO) reduce opportunities for bounty hunters? on: August 17, 2020, 08:02:13 AM
Will the current hype & acceptance of the initial exchange offering (IEO) over the erstwhile initial coin offering (ICO) affect the opportunities for bounty  hunters?

Can a project on initial exchange offering (IEO) still fail or exploit people?
New IEO projects still use bounty hunters for promotion, even IEO projects that goes on binance exchange still use bounty hunters till date, there is no difference between the ICO bounty era and today's IEO time
576  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons Why am I adding as many Ethereum bags as possible? on: August 17, 2020, 07:53:15 AM
I have Friends from the ETH project team, they gave me a green signal to double my Ethereum investment as much as possible and immediately I increased the Ethereum amount to 916 ETH!
They say by the end of this month, ETH will hit a price tag of $ 700- $ 900!
I want to convey this signal to you ...
don't miss this moment ....
I hope you are investing only what you can afford to lose because as big as ethereum project is nothing is certain in crypto space, your expectations might not come true but it's better and safer than investing on new projects
577  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for legitimate airdrop / giveaway on: August 17, 2020, 07:43:24 AM
Forget Airdrops, they are always 90% disappointing, only top projects that get listed on top exchanges have good Airdrop values, and you don't see such Airdrops all the time, they appear once in a blue moon, right now band Protocol is doing Airdrop on airdropbob.com, that's the only Airdrop from a big project presently
578  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Despite Many Participants, You Can Still Get Huge Rewards In Bounty. on: August 14, 2020, 07:16:15 AM
It's still possible to get good rewards from bounty Campaigns but the chances are getting slimmer, this year so far I've seen too low projects with good qualities and use cases, so far here are lists of best bounties

1. Cartesi
2. Oikos
3. Dia ( if they pay bounty hunters )
4. Hex
5. ARCS ( though too many participants joined )

Others are not up to standard, for me atleast.
579  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Despite Many Participants, You Can Still Get Huge Rewards In Bounty. on: August 14, 2020, 07:12:59 AM
I just checked the price of Oikos, it has gone up to 0.12 $ and still keep going up. Hopefully until bounty ends, the price will go up 0.3-0.5 $. Surely everyone will get a lot of money from this bounty
Really a good challenge for 0.5$ oks price next step. However I hope everyone hunter will be happy in this bounty OKS. Like one good bounty DIA defi project i missing signature campaign but stay i am happy for participating OKS signature campaign.
The price of the DIA has gone up more than 50 times, and that's really a crazy growth in this market. If someone participates in that campaign, they are very happy with it right now. Btw I hope OKS can go up $ 0.2-0.3 by the end of September this year

DIA was not listed by the project. Project still have their tokens locked. This “50 times growth” can be a trap by early investors. Just wait for 18 august, when tokens are unlocked, and see how the price will go up and “how traders/buyers/other” buy token with pumped price (hoping for more growth).

Mark my words!
I missed out on that DIA project bounty campaign, that bounty will top the list of the best bounty projects in 2020 for sure, Congratulation to all that promotes DIA project, I believe good projects will come around and presently Oikos is the best one after DIA so far
DIA CEO intentionally reduced the bounty allocation because he knew that more than 100,000 DIA tokens will worth too much, it's why I don't complain, I knew that this project is capable just like how big chainlink is today, I promote this project and I plan to hold some tokens when I get my bounty share later, it's a very impressive project
580  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DONT MARRY YOUR ALTCOIN BAGS on: August 13, 2020, 07:08:27 AM
Sometimes we learn the hard way, I've decide to never hold any coin for more than three years and move to other promising new coins, I've come to understand that so many coins will do very well at the launched time because of their use case and hype surrounding them at that time and as time goes on they lose value and interest
