562  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: ABT - ARBITRAGE possible SCAM on Cryptostocks? on: August 03, 2014, 11:55:11 AM
I have questions regarding CS' verification process. Ardeva as a 3rd party solution are far more thorough - in my opinion.

Do not take anything QUINTO says seriously.

QUINTO owner

Mr. Steven Swanson
Convicted Felon
Tried t raise a IPO to gamble the funds away.
Theymos tagged him with negative trust for his shady ass behavior on the forums

I have background checked Mr. Steve Swanson and it is very checkered, He has a virtual office or something of the sort in Las Vegas he has ran multiple I assume scam companies from.
P.M. Poker is still illegal cause it TARGETS U.S. Players.

I was approached by crypto stocks to do vetting for them but they never contacted me again about it. I guess they really do not care

Think the tax issue has a lot to do with why it has not taken off.
568  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] Mintspare (MS) Bitcoin Electronic Trade-in Service - Official Thread on: August 01, 2014, 03:53:10 PM
Pretty shitty business on Havelocks part, why would you put money on a exchange that can not even handle a simple problem like this. Even Cryptostocks will delist a asset after 1 month.
569  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: August 01, 2014, 11:58:28 AM

The part where you started typing...
See he brings up valid points and you act like that.
573  Economy / Securities / Re: [Havelock] HASH - Mining Equipment Sales, Contracts, and More on: July 31, 2014, 11:35:30 PM
ok, well I at least have you on contradiction then... :-P

Seems like you lack the skill to fact check why would anyone ever listen to someone who just goes with the crowd? Anyone can repeat what other people say, I call the Kool aid drinkers. Try checking stuff out for yourself stop listening to what people say its how you get screwed in the bitcon world.
574  Economy / Securities / Re: [Havelock] HASH - Mining Equipment Sales, Contracts, and More on: July 31, 2014, 11:26:23 PM
More threats from someone with accusations and not a full set of facts, or marbles.  Also, what's this I see about RiverBoatBTC being involved in his own offering?  Contradiction? Conflict of interest, jealousy? I'd wager on all three...

I never have been or will be involved in the selling and or renting of mining equipment. If you want to make accusations please provide proof like I do or risk negative trust for spreading fud  Roll Eyes

And, your point is more nonsense, just like the rest of them. US investors actually could participate if they are accredited or they utilize a trusted international person as a proxy. Just thought I'd point that out since your monologue seems to be lacking in balanced factual information.  Also, the other post above was a reference to the honesty and quality of the business and CEO and not a promotion of the offering itself. Still batting zero with your threats I see...

You're going to have to actually present a logical argument if you're going to get anyone to actually buy into your FUD.

Regulation S states otherwise...
577  Economy / Securities / Re: Is there anything here worth of investing? on: July 31, 2014, 10:52:12 PM
I agree that there does seem to be a lot of scams out there... And as well, like MannyEric says above, there are also those out there that claim some things are scams, but really aren't.
What's interesting about that, is there is a guy on here that claims many are scams but aren't. His name is RiverBoatBTC and he also just happens to have sites online that are the very same kind of sites he's calling scams. It's an obvious ploy to try to make others look bad whilst making himself seem like a hero. When I realized what his game was all about, I started looking into the people he was calling scammers, such as QUINTO over on cryptostocks.com. I actually ended up buying quite a bit of stock from him, due to the way he runs his business. He still has stocks for sale, but the next thing I am buying into with QUINTO is his QBONDS. It has a great ROI and he really has something that will do well, once he's fully running online, with his Quinto Lottery and all of the other games like Bingo, Pull Tabs, Scratchers Video poker & PM Poker, which is a really well laid out system. Once I have some more money, I am going to be buying a bitcoin's worth of his Qbonds.

As a disclaimer, this isn't investment advice! Just my thoughts on someone that is actually offering a legitimate Bitcoin investment. Not a get-rich-quick scam, but a long term investment I will be holding onto for some time. I have invested a little over 3 BTC with Quinto, so far.

As a second disclaimer I would like to say, that I fully expect to be hammered by riverboatbtc and his ilk, for the things I've written to you about. On another thread, having to do with me asking the owner of Quinto some questions on the ROI of his Qbonds, I was being accused within minutes by riverboatbtc, of actually being the owner of Quinto talking to myself. I assure you this isn't the case. I had some legitimate questions which were answered by the owner of Quinto, very quickly, clearly & professionally, as he is in the running of his business.
What I recommend is anyone that's interested, to check out Quinto & Qbond over on cryptostocks.com, for yourself. The owner has an excellent description of what he's offering and all of the stats on his page show that he does what he says.

Like I said, I fully expect to hammered here on bitcointalk. It's the way this site seems to run. I actually rarely come here due to people like riverboatbtc and all of the useless drama they create.

Other than that, I wish you luck in your search.

This is quintobtc lol
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=253391

Check that out lmfao

The thing you will notice about moi is,
I will ask questions, like it or not
I will fact check , then ask more questions
I will provide proof to all my claims.
I may come off a little rought but it needs to be that way, like you all are discussing above to many scams. People assume since this is bitcoin they can make there own rules. IF you are a legit stock answering and providing documentation should not be a problem. Hiding and trying to deflect from questions will cause me to dig further.
Mr. Steven Swanson IS A CRIMINAL and I can prove it. He also tried to raise a IPO to play poker.... thats the the QBOND was at its start. So this is just a guess but a Criminal that likes to gamble, would you invest in such a thing?

It disqauls private placement loophole, this forum is public and a U.S. citizen is asking for funds that will be funneled into a U.S. company. The fact it goes to hong kong first makes no difference.

Wow, you guys are still posting the same trash and unfounded allegations because you have nothing better to do?  Seriously, go get a life instead of bothering an honest business trying to run the business. This thread is for the people interested in the offering to ask questions. You have your own thread, which I might add, is posted in the wrong part of the forum. It should be posted in "Scam Accusations" instead of purposefully and maliciously made to look like an official thread.

As stated before, if you don't want to invest then don't... But, it looks like plenty of people are interested despite your best efforts of spreading FUD, which you are now recycling...

I can see you being a pirate40 victim.

Benny was very open with who he was when the company first launched on litecointalk.

He has done business now for a year, including tens of thousands of products to individuals and business. He has forged deals with brick and mortar Micro Center which has over 20 retail locations across the United States.

Benny has paid dividends consistently, even without the infrastructure of an exchange. He is quick to fix problems and generous in making reparations when problems are encountered, such as shipping additional product to make up for delays, and honoring deals (such as refunds) very quickly. He has consistently conducted himself very well with BuyAHash.

I have only had extremely good interactions with Benny. The accusations I am seeing is that Benny wants to make money. When you sum it up. Benny wants to make money. When you want to make money, you get involved, start a business, and provide a good product and or service. Benny has done this.

Bruno is simply a mentally handicapped unstable extortionist. It is very evident that his mental state has deteriorated over the years from reviewing his post history. This is very sad, as he is not that old. The only thing you can do for Bruno/Phin/Glem/Notlambchop is feel pitty, and hope his posts can be moderated in a way that takes into account his disability.

You comparing Benny to pirate40 is so far off, it's not even laughable. In reality, it makes you look like a total idiot.
How about you post with a real account instead of hiding behind a noob account first...
Second don't type words on my keyboard,
Quote
I can see you being a pirate40 victim.
I will break it down for you so maybe you understand a little better.
I = Me RiverboatBTC
Can See = you are the type of person
Being a = who
pirate40 victim = you only see things from one side

No where in that statement did I ever compare either benny to pirate, or am I missing part of that sentance?

Koolaid drinkers I swear
