561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH being held down, going to explode on: July 28, 2017, 03:49:19 PM
I've noticed Ethereum today it went down to 0.06, I immediately bought a couple of Ethereum coins today and still have reserve bitcoins to buy Ethereum if ever it still goes down a bit more.
Very good, I like your stagedy buying altcoin with the happens in current. Actually, we don't know the lowest price of crypto in next time or it will bounce after August 1st. So, choose split our funds to more parts and buying slowly when we think this price is good or have crashing on market is best choice in current.
562  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Poloniex.com gona delist LTC !!! on: July 28, 2017, 03:46:24 PM

563  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling on: July 28, 2017, 03:39:08 PM
How many people are going to dump their BCC to buy more BTC? Is this going to be the biggest dump in history and how will miners respond if BCC becomes almost worthless? Surely they will stop mining it right.

I also believe that this is going to happen the dump for BTC. Let's wait and see what happens on 1st August. Some exchanger are announcing that they will both have, like Xapo.

Bitstamp are not having both.  The coin will die fast IMO.

Actually, it is a good thing that some of the major exchanges are opting to ignore Bitcoin Cash. That means there will be less of an available supply....
Or maybe a joke by whales and big boy creating for have reason pump Bitcoin before August 1st. Because when have the value of Bitcoin Cash and the news user keep Bitcoin can receive Bitcoin Cash with ratio 1:1, most trader sell their altcoin or go out FIAT to buying Bitcoin in today.
564  Economy / Speculation / Re: With the Hard Fork coming, will anyone who has BTC will Get BCC?? on: July 28, 2017, 03:34:56 PM
I have a Question, I have heard that with the Hard Fork coming this 1st of August, if you own BTC you will get also the same amount of BCC, but the question is how will you get the BCC, will your wallet or exchange open another wallet for you and get you there the BCC or how will that work?

For instance if you have your BTC on the wallet blockchain.info, will they get your BCC in the same wallet or in another one? In case you have BTC in a exchange like Kraken or Coinbase, will they also get you your BCC? or how will it work?
Most of the exchanges have made their stand clear whether they will be supporting BCC or not and most of them aren't supporting two blockchains. So it is better to keep your bitcoin in a hardware or software wallet and hold your private keys. After 1st August you can import your private keys to the wallet which will be supporting BCC and can claim your BCC equivalent to BTC you hold.
No, in current have more exchange say they will keep safe Bitcoin of user, but just old Bitcoin and not support new type Bitcoin (Bitcoin Cash). If user want receive Bitcoin Cash in August 1st, just have 2 option are:

1. Keep Bitcoin on exchange support receive Bitcoin Cash, as Bittrex, BTCC, Kraken ...
2. Keep Bitcoin in wallet have permission get private key.
565  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Right way to get free BTC on 1st August!? on: July 28, 2017, 03:31:33 PM
Hello,

as I am not believing that BCC will last long at a high price I am thinking about following steps to get free BTC out of it on 1st August. I know, that there are security concerns, but maybe together we can find a step-by-step to do it in a safe way?

My plan is:

  • Create 2 BTC wallets and store your private keys.
  • Send your BTC to new wallet1.
  • Wait until fork is done.
  • Move BTC from wallet1 to wallet2.
  • Wait for how many confirmations?
  • Move BCC from wallet1 to Kraken
  • Wait for how many confirmations?
  • Change BCC at Kraken to get BTC
  • Withdraw BTC at Kraken to BTC wallet 2

What do you think about it?
So you should be protected against replay attacks.
What about "wipeouts"? Any chance to get protected against that?
Any other concerns / ideas?

Do the new BCC coins appear in the BTC wallet? I've read somewhere here in the forum that you need a special BCC wallet for that. Currently I use Electrum for my coins. But if everyone wants to change his BCC into BTC at the same time, there will be a lot of supply and no demand. The price will probably fall a lot before you even can start selling your BCC for BTC.
If you use Electrum for keep your Bitcoin, just keep your private key this wallet and waiting Bitcoin Cash release Electrum version BCC. Then, import your private key to this wallet and receive Bitcoin Cash.
566  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: DENT Bounty Program on: July 28, 2017, 03:23:07 PM

567  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin go under 2000 dollars until august 1? on: July 27, 2017, 06:04:58 PM
I'm sure it will not be under $ 2000, this is because many users are still optimistic that the hard fork issue will not make the bitcoin go missing so they keep hold bitcoin.
We can see the bad news about BTC-e in past day can't make the price of Bitcoin drop under $2000. So, if have HardFork in next time and split chain network Bitcoin, still not need fearing about that, because the price of Bitcoin (Core) always high than other Bitcoin create from UAHF.
568  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin DOOMED to have high transaction fees on: July 27, 2017, 06:03:08 PM
Interestingly enough I read somewhere that fees went back to normal after AlphaBay shut down. Funny stuff Smiley
Nope the fees went back to normal several days or even weeks before, what it happen is that whoever was spamming the network has stopped, may be they stop because with the imminent segwit activation it is no longer a wise economic decision to keep the spam going on the network.

You already know who was spamming the blockchain network of bitcoin. Take a guess please, they were the guys trying to divide bitcoin into subgroups. Bitcoin is free and stay free, never forget this. Satoshi's philosophy won't be changed by others. Transaction fees will be more fait in the future hopefully.
There have been a lot of speculations about who was behind the attack , the most logical one to me is that the miners were the ones behind it, a spam attack will be very costly if you did not control a good portion of the hash power so all points to the miners being the ones behind it.
Not only miner, if rich man and big boy want the price of cryptocurrency falldown for helps them buying, they will co-operate with miner and create a big Team with many people have very more money, maybe hundreds millions dollar or even billions dollar!
569  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Selling Bitcoin Over Market Price? on: July 27, 2017, 05:59:44 PM
If you could get bitcoin at a certain price and then sell it to another exchange or person... how profitable would this be?  For example bitcoin is 2500 a coin.  You get them at 2500 a coin.  Localbitcoins it seems like ppl who buy bitcoin actually offer you more than 2500 per coin right?  If thats the case, why not look for a buyer... then buy your bitcoin from an exchange... then sell that bitcoin to a buyer for profit?  The issue of course is you need to make sure the price doesnt drop much between when you get the actual bitcoin in your wallet and doing the transaction with the other user.  Does anyone know how much money ppl are buying over the market price for bitcoin on localbitcoins?  For example if price is 2500... are people paying like 3 percent for it?  Thus 2575 etc for a coin?  Or is it the other way around?  Because i recalled didn't people sell bitcoin at face value or actually get less than face value?  But since bitcoin gotten really big, its actually worth more than cash value?

In my country when want sell Bitcoin, we usually find exchanger BTC/FIAT in forum make money online use my language and they can provide BTC for buyer or buy Bitcoin for seller. In this forum, have insurance money for helps buyer/seller trust this exchanger and about the rate always have change 1-2% with the price of Bitcoin on preev.com
570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: More good news for litecoin on: July 27, 2017, 05:45:32 PM
Without good news for Litecoin, I still choose it for long term because I know the potential of Litecoin still very young and not as Ethereum or Bitcoin. I believe in end year we can see an Ethereum version 2.0 from Litecoin soon Smiley

574  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY][ICO] Spectiv: DECENTRALIZED VIRTUAL REALITY | ATTENTION MARKET TOKEN 🎥 on: July 27, 2017, 05:32:08 PM
hello manager, do we still need to post in the ann thread for the bonus takes every week? or no longer necessary? as long as we have 12 posts weekly?
Just read the rules and you will find if no need to post in ANN thread again. Just post in ANN if you are feel like to do it or you want to ask something about spectiv project.
You can understand the rules need when join campaign until ended, you need have at least 50 post for receive reward from bounty. But still have option for member want earning extra stake every week, this is write 10 post + 2 post in main thread for receive 0.25 stake bonus.

Things changed do to bct forum moderators calling this requirement a "coin giveaway" and a spam incentive.

So, the manager will assess the activity of each user and determine stakes based on that.
I think if bounty campaign use option as Spectiv or not obligatory member write post in ANN thread every week, not have issue about that. Because most post in ANN thread in recently just for spam and they want bypass inspection from manager.
575  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is now dropping again on: July 27, 2017, 06:47:21 AM
After its rise approaching the $2,800 level almost two days ago, Bitcoin is now on a retreat again. I am speculating that this must be due to the recent announcement that there will be a new coin to be called as Bitcoin Cash and the continuing fear of what can be on and after August 1.

Until we can get over August 1, there will be that dark cloud appearing above Bitcoin and it has become a big issue so far affecting its movement and value. I am just simplifying things here so I want to hear all of your analysis and comments on this latest development.

Maybe you are right that it is about the split that will happen in order to produce the new coin, the Bitcoin Cash (BCC). However, I think that it does not give the community a fright or whatsoever. It seems the drop is just a small correction. Nothing is to be worried for now but preparing for August 1 is advised just like the post of theymos himself.
In fact, I heared Bitcoin Cash just altcoin use old blockchain when BIP148 active. If before July 31st active BIP141 complete all, not have BIP148 in August 1st and not have issue about Bitcoin network split chain. Just fake news helps whales buy a huge amount Bitcoin with cheap price Roll Eyes
576  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitshares (BTS) going up 3x next 24 hours. Is it true? on: July 27, 2017, 06:44:25 AM
Anyone know anything about major news on BTS today?
Hearing word that news coming will pump price 3x next 24 hours. Any truth in this?
Buy the rumor and sell the news, remember it when trading on crypto market. The news are killer can kill any altcoin have bullish trend or bearish. Don't let some news make you buy/sell your coins. Use technical analysic again and decisive be carefully!
577  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Capitalism Flawed? on: July 27, 2017, 06:21:15 AM
Capitalism is flawed, but that's happens in any other system. Although, it's proven that it's the most equal system, just have a look at countries with Communism, such as China, the middle class is almost non existent in many areas and the majority are poor, living with only a couple of dollars per day.
I agree with you, I have a friend live in Vietnam. This is country have communism as China, but the economic in this country is worse than China very more. He said every day he just want earning 2.5 dollar per day can help he stay alive, but he don't know that amount with Bitcoin user as pay fees lol!
578  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if all coins disappear?? on: July 27, 2017, 06:16:23 AM
For me that's impossible bro, But if that happens it is the worst day for everyone in this digital coin world
Why impossible? In our life everything is possible happening, so always ready with any situation will helps we have a mentality steady for meet that. If not ready you will get a severe shock and can't forget in long time or forever!
579  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Advice please on what to do with my coin on: July 27, 2017, 06:12:28 AM
According to me, now you should wait. Btc prices are starting to rise. Today the btc price is $ 2750. And it will continue to increase, especially after August 1. You lost 20% and if you sell it will not get back. So you should wait. Just a short time later I think you will get back the lost 20% and maybe have the profit.

Yes, once we sell our coins only should consider losses or else it is not a loss because still got a chance to make a profit. I suggest if you got some more funds it is better time start buying in small quantities to average down your coin price. Don't sell it now unless if you need of funds very urgently because surely you will get a chance to sell your coins at higher prices.
Well, this is best choice for the happens in current.
Example: When the price of Bitcoin falldown to under $2000 and create panic on crypto market make most altcoin are falldown to lowest price, even drop down under Bollinger Band very far. If this time you use 30% your funds to buy altcoin and Bitcoin, you will have profit 50-100% after some day.
580  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Well, well now it is clear that Bitcoin is traceable. on: July 27, 2017, 06:08:15 AM
After this incident I will change my view of Bitcoin, it is actually accessible and the criminals are still caught using Bitcoin for money laundering or illegal trading Smiley
