564  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: COINFELL [win 150% BTC return!] on: December 10, 2013, 06:00:19 PM
It's amazing how some of you guys just "know" that something doesn't work without having tried it. Sorry you can't comprehend how it works, that doesn't mean that it doesn't...

Nobody is failing to comprehend how it "works". People are pointing out to you that this "idea" of yours is broken. It's not a mystery. See every other service announcement promising to pay out more than was deposited on the basis of other people's deposits. Not just in BTC, but throughout time. Report back with which ones worked.
565  Economy / Exchanges / Re: WHY I DON'T TRUST CRYPTSY WITH MY MONEY on: December 10, 2013, 05:26:41 PM
are they no good either then? can you post an explanation? or are you adding to the mental rot also?

Here you go. Perhaps you ought to explain to twentyseventy there why it is that the link will have to continue to be posted.
566  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] CasinoBitco.in CBTC Official Thread- NOVEMBER dividend posted! on: December 10, 2013, 05:22:55 PM
I'm not sure how that qualifies (or justifies) MPOE-PR joining a thread about a Havelock-listed company and throwing insults and allegations around without backing up any assertions.

I thought it would've been pretty clear from my initial post that the problem was OP's empty use of laudatory titles like "industry best" despite OP's clear inability to produce financial reports in a sane manner. To wit:

November results posted:https://www.havelockinvestments.com/reportdownload.php?id=44

Financials: google docs
Metrics: google docs

Notice:

Please disregard the attached update:
https://www.havelockinvestments.com/fund.php?symbol=CBTC#ui-tabs-6
This appears to be some type of error/glitch and has nothing to do with CBTC or our financials.

Update:

Please disregard the "Next dividend" column on Havelock's funds page - That is incorrect, and will be based on results of December, and we intend for it to be larger than the current one from November.

Just so you know:

Link is not working

Check spelling. You meant disregard not regard.

Yes, producing reports is a good thing. No, it's not okay to claim you're doing anything "industry best" while you fuck up your reports multiple times and ultimately fail to present them in any reasonable venue.

For god's sake, will you quit linking to your own site already? Get your backlinking done elsewhere.

It's not my site sparky. It's where the relevant information is. You want some variety, make it happen.
568  Economy / Securities / Re: What markets are there? on: December 10, 2013, 04:27:43 PM
Truly nothing. I asked the same question: http://trilema.com/2013/it-working-and-you-being-competent/#comment-96306
The only thing you can trust, I guess, is that since he certainly doesn't need it to live, if he wanted to retire he could have done it already (in comparison to what happened with mcxNOW).

The discussion of how various unforeseen circumstances would be handled begins here, and in general the FAQ in its entirety is a required read for grasping MPEx and its specific utility.

By all means stay away from MPEX. That's $30,000 to trade that you will in all likely hood will never make back.

Keep focusing on the dollar value of the 30 BTC, which used to be 20 BTC, which used to be 0 BTC, which you missed out on precisely because of the attitude you're still sporting now; we've seen time and time again where this gets people. Being able to trade on the real exchange, like having a seat on the NYSE, is not something anyone ought to, or ever will be able to, buy with pocket change, unless they're lucky enough to make the right choices when the opportunity is there. This is never going away. It's not for everyone, naturally, which is for instance why some people use a broker.
569  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAMMER] WishIStartedSooner on: December 09, 2013, 07:52:16 PM
GOT MY PASSWORD STOLEN, PLEASE REMOVE BAD REP. I DID'T SENT THIS S**T

If you can't ensure your own account's security such that stuff like this happens, your account isn't particularly trustworthy, you know.
Says the person with the glowing ignore button.

 Cheesy

I'm saving this quote just for the very unlikely case you ever amount to anything, so I can quote back at you just how fucking stupid you were in your early days.

The much much fatter chance is, of course,

How come your ignore button is dark orange? I really enjoy your posts. Bit dickish at times, but always entertaining. [/offtopic]

The lifecycle of your average scammer is making some sort of scam, getting called out by me, getting pissed off, making some sockpuppets to argue the point, getting eviscerated in public while pushing their postcount up, getting pissy, ignoring me, and disappearing.
570  Economy / Gambling / Re: GBBG Bitcoin Fund on: December 09, 2013, 07:49:39 PM
No let him go on, he has bs so much that I think he actually believes he is making money LOL

He should conglomerate with this other tard.
571  Economy / Securities / Re: What markets are there? on: December 09, 2013, 12:00:58 PM
There's lot of small exchanges willing to make you pay normal fees and there's an anormal website with no design, making pay 30 btc to be just investors and who consider thats rest of world is BS exept HIM/HER. I won't quote it, everyone know already...

You consider me as Scammer or consider me as Inept people? Go to run some business evaluated for few millions usd each (I don't talk about crypto currencies stuff) and come back to talk with me...Until, keep looking your favorite justice show at tv, the ones which make you thinking you are god of laws... I still waiting a reply like "can you speak english or another BS of you" so try to have some more idea this time...

I think you are the most pathetic people I seen in my life... really scary...

The funny part is that people like you have been saying this exact thing for about as long as you've been around. Back two years ago it was "child porn" and "gypsy scammer", by now I see you lot have scaled back to vague "really scary" bs. It's progress, I guess.

Meanwhile MPEx is still here, while GLBSE morphed into BTCT & Bitfunder which morphed into these two and as predicted will keep right on morphing. As explained other places, your choice is either the actual exchange or half your btc in half a year guaranteed.

So yes, I am calling you stupid, for failing to notice what works and what doesn't, and for failing to admit this, after two years of experiencing it right before your eyes, THREE TIMES already.  What you're doing is roughly equivalent to being given the choice of whether to be thrown out of a plane with a parachute or with a super cool BMX bike, you choose the bike. Because it's really cool and what is this oversized pair of bloomers they call a "parachute"? Clearly that's for fags! So you get badly mangled in the fall, all the while I point and laugh at how fucking stupid you are and point out basic stuff about gravity. Somehow you survive, end up in the plane again, get the choice again, choose the bike AGAIN. And then a third time. Because, again, and again, bikes are cool, and what are these oversized bloomers they call a "parachute"! Clearly for fags!

This makes you pretty much beyond help, if you've not caught on by the third time you're a lost cause. It does take a very very special kind of stupid to do that however, so rejoice, I guess: you're very very special.

To everyone else: Bitcoin is not a web thing. Stop judging it as if it were a website. Bitcoin is not a website. You're not whining that NYSE doesn't talk to you directly; why is that? Expecting a stock exchange to look like Stock Generation will get you more iterations of that scam.

Bitcoin is not about people, either. Imagining that what "most" muppets on this forum, or on any other social venue agree upon is important, noteworthy, or relevant is nonsense. Bitcoin is about the rich. Do what they do or don't exist.

I am starting to wonder if perhaps the idea of accredited investors isn't a bad thing.

I would really welcome this. It adds legitimacy and professionalism to a sector of bitcoin that is devoid of it.

It already exists. It's called MPEx.
576  Economy / Securities / Re: What markets are there? on: December 08, 2013, 07:33:52 PM
Well there are not that many, and as for weight...not much either. I know of three exchanges off the top of my head not including havelock:

cryptostocks
crypto-trade
mpoe

Hehe, a little off.

There's a smattering of wanna-be exchanges (some run by out and out scammers, some run by people with good intentions but who are so inept they end up scamming anyway whether they like it or not), and there's MPEx.

That's been the situation for quite a while, with various shufflings of that former group.

Here's some links you may find useful to the end of researching all of this.

Also check out #bitcoin-assets on IRC.
577  Economy / Securities / Re: Problem with BOURSE forced buyback on Cryptostocks on: December 08, 2013, 07:25:52 PM
Why you can't invest with Cryptostocks. It wasn't empty conjecture, you know.

It's lovely when junk like this doesn't have a bunch of noobs rubbernecking and doing Teh Chants. A girl could almost breathe easy.

OP: get lost. This isn't your ship.
579  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: (Warning) Whats going on with cryptsy.com every one is losing there coins on: December 08, 2013, 07:12:39 PM
  • We had the deposit program encounter some bad backlog of deposits overnight. Vern worked throughout the day to further optimize it and had great success.
You have got to be kidding me. What is this, the MtGox school of updates? Shit breaking, and people fucking up, is not something that is "further optimized" nor can it be described as "great success".
580  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bought bitcoins at 729 dollars on btc-e one hour ago but still didn't receive ! on: December 08, 2013, 07:06:53 PM
The good news is that I am learning fast and that I am recovering from stupid stuff I did when I started yesterday.

Well that's the right attitude, at least. Keep it up.
