As some of you may know already I'm neotrix, 50% shareholder of Esecurity SA. Esecurity SA own koddos.com

HEY GUYS. HERD DIS WAS LEGIT. TOTALLY NOT USING GENERIC TEMPLATES YOU CAN TRUST THEM WITH UR MONEY
I see nothing there leading to actual scam. Perhaps, yours is the only real accusation based of a website front end? Lol...
562  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fontas' pump and the sudden support of TRC on BTC-e in the same week. hmm? on: April 08, 2013, 07:43:21 AM
Fontas has no influence whatsoever. Fontas was the laughing stock of the troll box 3 weeks ago because everything he said was stupid. That still holds true. Stupid people gave a stupid guy some sort of credibility.

563  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin on MtGox? on: April 08, 2013, 03:29:25 AM
The price has gone down recently Smiley

Guess I'll buy 100 LTC, then.

Any wallets to recommend? Online wallets to begin with.
I can't even remotely understand how 3.8$ is down from 0.07$ last month and 0.40 last week....
564  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LTC FPGA discussion! on: April 08, 2013, 02:45:41 AM
So how long will you mine before selling them?

Why do you even care ? Troll less ?

Its not trolling when it is a legitimate question, he is the only one making a fpga so he could mine without selling at all, BFL could have been mining the last 6 months, not shipping any preorders.
I don't see how this even remotely compares to BFL. Jasinlee is making no engagement to the community, no pre-orders, and if you are careful, you will notice he didn't even start this thread and seems to give updates just to satisfy people. He owes nothing to anyone. He can mine 2 years and then sell them second hand and he would still be 100% legitimate.

People....
565  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: vircurex/btc-e: why are the withdraws so expensive? on: April 08, 2013, 02:30:20 AM
Vircurex, btc-e: why does it cost me 0.01 BTC to make a withdraw? the transaction fee for "spam" transactions isn't even that high, and you only pay 0.0005 BTC tx fee on the transaction.
Some businesses can barely sustain (or could barely until recently). You use a service, expect to pay. Or else don't use them.

When you go to a pizzeria, do you always whine about the price? 1.5$ really isn't much. If it is to you, you got greater problems on your hand and maybe should contemplate building a free ecosystem from the ground up.

hmm, they make money off of trades, that's where a exchange will make it revenue and profit. It always fells tacky when they start adding on extra costs

The business is making trades, not input/output from their service
A gas station makes money off of gas. Oh damn, I'm gonna grab a chip.
566  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [Pool] Coinotron - LTC pool RBPPS = 2% fee, only 15 confirmations !!! on: April 08, 2013, 02:08:41 AM
Hello, i have all my ppc as unconfirmed rewards, and i cant make a withdraw, is this normal?
thanks,

You need to wait 520 confirms when not in a pps pool. That equals to roughly 2 days. Unconfirmed are yours, they just haven't been credited yet.

For the, I think, fifth bloody time. It's just a rumour. There has been no announced date, and I doubt there will be until this month ends, or later.

Gosh, the rumour mill just never stops...

As far as LTC goes, why mine LTC when NVC does what LTC does and more?  Wink
I was gonna say "really need a topic on this subject again?" But with an answer like yours apparently we do...

They said they will make an announcement this week. Now unless you wanna argue that the announcement will be "we are not gonna support it" (then you are more than stupid). Yes its coming. Date has yet to be confirmed. But logically it shouldn't take a month to implement and they have been working on it for a week.

If you want a guesstimate before the announcement that should offer details beyond confirmation (that we already have), I would say within 2 weeks from now. If it takes longer than that, they really need better staff.

Anyone telling you otherwise is trying in vain to drive the price down. Anyone telling you exact dates is trying to hype it.

Remember, most of ltc rally was done before my gox rumors, and even more before confirmation. So, without trying to hype it myself, I think we didn't see most of the hype that news should create yet.
570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] Physical Litecoins by CryptoVest (Coming soon!!) on: April 08, 2013, 12:27:22 AM
As you probably know my state on those, they look exactly as they should.

But I can't seem to get out of my head how a NFC tag in them would be useful, but I have no idea if the foundry would be able to do that and if yes at what cost. Would go superb with the cold wallet options your are talking about, even maybe make holo obsolete (let's face it, holo is definitely the best way to do with, but because of lack of alternative). Also, if they can't be inside of the actual coin, they are merely stickers, maybe even snap on cores.

Of course, I am suggesting this with absolutely no idea about cost that it would add, and my knowledge of the functionality is somewhat limited to, but just an idea you might want to maybe tinker about at least for future revisions.

Best of luck.
571  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hardware, PSU, free Watts, Litecoin mining. on: April 07, 2013, 11:25:21 PM
You shouldn't account for peak because peak will throttle down after a set amount of seconds (usually 60ish) but it will run an extra 7950 just fine.
572  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this a flaw in PPcoin? on: April 07, 2013, 10:35:59 PM
I am pretty sure 1% annually of 1/4 x 4 (if you spread to 4 wallets for example) is the same as 1% of 1.

Coin age is quantity of coin x days hoarded. Not coin yes/no x days hoarded.

574  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why we need more LTC pools ASAP!! on: April 07, 2013, 10:09:48 PM
Atm , the current Net hashrate is : 5765.5MH/s

From that,

 2364.9  MH/s is on Coinotron
1714.19 MH/s is on notroll and
1109.26 MH/s is on give me ltc

that is 90% OF ALL CURRENT hashpower in three pools. Are you feeling really secure about this?

I think more LTc pools must pop up, so the power is spread and the network is more secured. Also atm is so easy to trigger a DDoS attack on the network, all they have to do is simply attack those 3 pools and they take down more than 90% of the network...

We opened a new LTC Pool just yesterday, and we already hashing at 75+ Mhses/s but even after 24h still not even a single block... So either the people will stick up and keep trying or they will simply abandon the pool "to join the big players", making those pools even more stronger and leave even less space for the network to expand in a healthy way.

Give new pools a chance peeps! if you do eventually you will mine the exact number of LTCs you were at the first place, but at the same time not ALL THE HASHING POWER of the network would be in 3 pools only, securing that way LTC as a whole and allowing it to expand.

For those interested, our pool is www.WeMineLTC.com and you are more than welcomed to come and see what we have to offer!! From PPLNS to full stratum with DDoS protection, and our server is a Xeon Server with 64GB RAM, RAID SSD drives, and 1Gbit Connection full dedicated...

Thanks for reading!
Can't expect people to go and put thousands of daily dollars in your hands when you come from nowhere 2 weeks ago registered and then cry for more after 2 days. What did you expect? People to jump ship from pools that served them well go in a pool that comes from who knows who?

Wait, it will grow naturally, give-me-ltc literally started in the troll box 3 weeks ago when there was less than 400people in the troll box. And after 3 days had less than 2%.

Sorry, this isnt helping.... Maybe after 2 weeks. For now, don't hope for 10% of the network with a new id.
575  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Selling 1/10 oz gold coins for alts LTC, TRC, PPC on: April 07, 2013, 10:03:52 PM
Somebody is going to take em. You just watch.  Kiss

may i remind you that these are the alt coins. People have stocked up tons and don't have anything to actually buy,

besides usd.  which is kinda scary since the usd can drop dramatically in a month from people dumpping their alts for BTC.

you are right, someone is gonna buy them instead of going on coinabul.com for a 1000% discount.....
576  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A strategy to attack LTC and make money meanwhile on: April 07, 2013, 09:41:35 PM
So the plan is to sell your coins right before you destroy ltc?

great business plan, if a lot of people join you, you will get less than if you would just sold them without the 51% attack because everybody than sells them at the same moment. Afterwards you buy the then worthless coins back which will stay worthless, seems a way better plan than hold your coins and focus your energy on something that makes them more valuable.

And why would a botnet owner cooperate with you if he can make more money with mining and selling the coins. Your plan still needs a little bit rethinking.  Tongue

I'm not arguing that LTC can't be profitable. I'm arguing that LTC is vulnerable to malicious attack due to the way LTC handles mining. The fact that bot netting is profitable is the whole point.

You don't get that Bitcoin has survived for most of its life as a huge target for botnets. Botnets made a lot of $$$ off of bitcoin. If BTC can live through and even thrive with the existance botnets, then so can LTC.
+1
I still remember solo mining on my old laptop cpu, costed me +-1 day to generate 50btc.
Botnets came pretty fast, btc survived pretty good. Wink
People seem to forget that litecoin actually travels the same path as bitcoin, first only cpu, than the gpu came (and now for btc ASICs). If you call it a flaw in litecoin it can't be mined on ASICs and botnets are profitable, than bitcoin was flawed too.

You sir, read my mind from A to Z.

But hey can we expect the OP to be strictly malicious and smart? I know they can co-exist, just surprising someone smart would waste time doing something bad when its easy to do something good.
577  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can we get some sub forums up in hur? on: April 07, 2013, 09:15:28 PM
It became clear to me not to long ago that we cannot consider this "the crypto forum'' (as would seem somewhat the logical step). There is too many purists threatened by the 5% market share alt coins own (and seem to forget probably helps it grow by more 5%). I guess at this point I consider ourselves luckky we have an salt forum here.
578  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A strategy to attack LTC and make money meanwhile on: April 07, 2013, 09:00:26 PM
Lol, all these want to be attacks are pretty funny. Take care of the coin you care about, I'll take care of mine.

Besides, if you would be able to recruit enough people to create an attack out of pure malice and greed, I have much less faith in humanity than I already had.
579  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PPC Proposal: A community-funded PPC mining pool on: April 07, 2013, 07:57:51 PM
Well I would have been down to fund, perhaps significant amount but I can't just send money without knowing how much you need, and it wouldn't be 100% donation, it would be to help start with my money returned with donations from pool, not looking for returns beyond that.
580  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should btc-e.com remove the trollbox aka chatbox on: April 07, 2013, 07:51:40 PM
I stopped looking at the troll box 3 weeks ago, how hard is it for you to look away? Damn cry harder.

Oh, I'll even try to help you beyond not looking or disabling. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.phauna.litecoinwidget
