561  Economy / Economics / Re: Are short-term rentals to blame for the lack of housing? on: October 14, 2023, 12:47:33 PM
In most countries these days, it's like your entire salary is being consumed by the rent for your apartment. That's sad truth that many areas are suffering these days.
Can't stop the increase because these owners are also needing to adjust their rates and if there's not that much housing program in areas where you guys are located, it's not only you that does experience it.
We may not see this situation improving soon but it's not also going to be at top for most times.
I have little doubts that at some point on the future we may see another global crisis caused by real estate, since every single person needs a place to be and yet real estate prices have become increasingly high during the past decades, however I really think this is a bubble which could explode soon, as even if everyone needs a place to live, it is not as if people cannot find a way to make do without renting or buying their own property, and this could collapse the demand and the prices of real estate as well.
I am also believing that this bubble will pop soon and it's just a matter of time. I thought that after the pandemic and with all of these wars, everything will stabilized.
But it seems not and everyone is just coping to recover and that's why most of the properties are too expensive. I'm just waiting for that moment for it to explode and I am sure that time will come.
And those hoarders that have been doing that and bought those properties on a high price, won't be able to sell it higher.

Only a few from your family, someone whom you fully trust 100%. Aside from that, you can just do the same last will for most people that does it to their assets and children.
But for more ideas, you can search more about this topic on the search box.
You can see that at the top right portion and type some keywords and you'll see the topics that are related to it.

565  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't Just HODL But HODL Wisely and Securely on: October 13, 2023, 11:04:37 PM
I didn't know that there have been hundreds of hardware wallets because with what I know, I thought that they're like just handful in numbers.
But yes, we've got a lot of ways to hold our Bitcoin but not all that are stored in the playstore should be downloaded because many of them are like traps.
Traps that are waiting for some negligent users that won't check the background of what they're downloading and sadly if they transfer and deposit their Bitcoin there, who knows if there's someone behind that app waiting for that prey.
566  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance Founder CZ said that, Copy trading now live on Binance. on: October 13, 2023, 05:31:54 PM
CZ announced that the automated copy trading module has already started on Binance (BNB), the world's leading crypto exchange. Binance CEO and founder Changpeng "CZ" Zhao announced this upgrade on October 9, 2023, on his X account. A 22-second video has been made on his official X account about this, you can watch it if you want.
Video
So, these educators that are teaching on how to be good traders, show yourselves through this feature of Binance.
People are going to follow you if you've got some good stats and you get a commission if they're giving that commission for successful trades.
For non traders, you can it if you want but your results will vary on how good the trader you'll be copying with so do it with caution.
567  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Knowledge vs hodlings on: October 13, 2023, 03:32:17 PM
Besides bitcoin we can choose some coins to invest from altcoin.
Yes, only some because not all of them are worth to invest with our money. Most of them are just typically pump and dump coins.

But investing in altcoin is more risky than bitcoin. Again bitcoin's  If you invest in altcoins, you have the opportunity to make more profit.
It's true that they're riskier than Bitcoin. We hold Bitcoin and invest some if you want to but you have no idea if they're going to make it when the bull run is in.
Bitcoin is more appropriate for most and that's why if you ever want to have a safe and secured investment, Bitcoin is the choice.

569  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you ever feel tired of waiting? on: October 12, 2023, 11:11:27 PM
We believe in Bitcoin. We dream of where Bitcoin will reach and we expect it to reach the goal. Of course, there may be times when we get tired while waiting, but our faith takes our tiredness away from us.
That's it, our faith will just make us stronger and will hold us. Because many are giving up and tired of waiting, you should also be tired of not taking the right time to sell.

In this way, as long as we continue to believe in Bitcoin, we will not be easily discouraged.
Not until you are totally giving up, you are not liking what's happening anymore because of the bad news, the FUD.
But don't let yourself be discouraged by those as they're all distractions for you to sell your BTCs to the whales as they'll take those cheaply.
570  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Emotions dealing on: October 12, 2023, 06:03:43 PM
The only thing we can dealing with Emotion is by using great money management strategies. Humans can be emotional but if you have a money management strategy then it will keep you away from any emotional trade. Critical thinking and patience should be practiced if you are trading crypto. Another thing we should always keep in mind is anything can happen in crypto. So don't think something is impossible to happen in crypto. It will be best if you are more optimistic.
I don't think that gives you an exception because even with that, you can't avoid being emotional with your trades.
What you need to have is to control over yourself whether you've got money management or you don't have. Because by the end of your trades, you'll have to deal it on your own and that's gonna give you an experience to see if you'll be able to overcome it or not.
But when you do, then you have the idea that you can and that shall continue as that gives you the pattern on how you'll do it.
571  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you manage your finances and family if your income is low range? on: October 12, 2023, 12:00:49 PM
It's amazing how people with low income made it, like they gave their children education and finished college with a degree.

I came from a poor family where my only mom raised us with my sister and finished our college with only earning $3 per day. If I'm not mistaken she always borrow money in advance to support our needs in our home and school. She never bought anything for herself, she prioritize our needs above all else. So the key here I think is never spend more than what you can afford, be contented and never gave up on your dreams.

Always budget the money no matter how little it is. Spend the money wisely and ignore the wants but always prioritize your needs first.
I can relate.
They're like the real heroes of lives and most of them are just silent heroes that don't discuss their struggles as they provide our needs.
I don't know how things became possible but they're the greatest providers despite the struggles that they've dealt.
So if someone who's still looking for some tips, maybe the first one to ask are their parents.  Cool
572  Economy / Economics / Re: Save your environmental economic cycle on: October 12, 2023, 06:02:06 AM
When countries like Sri Lanka have gone bankrupt, my country (Bangladesh) is currently in a chaotic stage of economic uncertainty, food shortages and economic disaster have arisen due to the daily increase in the prices of essential commodities.  Even almost worldwide, economic problems have become a major factor in many countries.  The government is now failing to maintain economic balance.  It has become very difficult for those who run grocery stores with little capital, because it is not possible to compete with the big stores on price, also supermarkets now offer various discounts for promotions, due to which the situation of small stores is getting worse day by day.
Many countries that have been dealt with economic problems and most of them are having hard time to recover.
Food security problems, inflation, financial crisis and all sort of those problems that are making a lot of noise to their citizens that causes them to rally.
It's not an easy problem that can be gone with just a day or weeks or even months for them to push the government to solve it.
573  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy the DIP, and HODL! on: October 11, 2023, 10:07:38 PM
Using the DCA approach is still okay because it helps to avoid the overthinking of not buying at a lower price than the current market price when there has been a price reduction at some point. Because of the volatility of the market and the price action that comes with it,
DCA is a safer approach so that you'll have points when you should buy and what will be the amount that you should purchase for those points.

the DCA approach is still the best way to accumulate bitcoin. When there is a drop, you can also use it to accumulate more bitcoin than before. The dip is not certain and cannot be predicted, but you can always accumulate gradually using the DCA approach.
Those that don't have an option but only to DCA can do a lot better unlike those that don't buy at all. But if you're blessed and you'll be able to buy with an entire amount on the spot, honestly I think that's better.
574  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: is there any safe ways out there to get 10-15 % ANY return rate ? on: October 11, 2023, 08:08:48 PM
Get into three platforms that offers 5% APY. And from there you'll get a 15% return in total.
That's actually safe but you know that these APYs changes overtime and you'll be needing a lot of money so that you'll feel these returns.
Even if it's just a 10% APY, you'll not feel that when you get 5%-10% of inflation in your country.
575  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is my plan. on: October 11, 2023, 06:08:14 PM
in developing countries, income of that size is normal, and I think that monthly expenses of only $100, it is possible for him to still be single, with the goal of setting aside money for investment, this has become an extraordinary thought for young people,
Being single and with that expenses isn't a lot and that will allow him to be able to invest in Bitcoin at any point of his life.

because in developing countries there are many among those who follow a hedonistic lifestyle to emphasize their status so that even a house will be difficult to find
And with the age of flaunting in social media, this makes them move together with them because that's what they think is the right thing to do.
But without preparation of their future lives, they're making things too complicated for themselves if they don't have a plan to invest to valuable assets like Bitcoin.
576  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do You Use Crypto Signals? on: October 10, 2023, 11:45:45 PM
In my trading journey, I've found that the foundation of signals is the key to success.
Really?
I don't think that's the foundation and key to success. What's key to success is your skill being a trader and your ability to gather information, analyze and read the market and its charts.
Relying on these signals won't do good to you, believe me. Just look how many people are telling that someone shouldn't get into these signals. Maybe you're right but as long as they're for free and you're not obliged to pay a premium or any membership fee then enjoy that perk.
But still, you are you on this one and when you trade, you're the one that should continuously learn on this market.
577  Economy / Economics / Re: Is academic pursues enough to get incomes? on: October 10, 2023, 10:41:28 PM
It's true about not requiring academic success to have more income, it's more of grit, resourcefulness and hustle.
While having that doctorate or masteral proves that you're good academically and that's a proof that you've finished that. There are some companies that are looking for those for their higher positions.
An educational degree is proof that someone has the ability and in my opinion it is quite influential in getting a job and also the relationships that academics have will be better than others so they have a greater chance of getting a decent job to increase their educational income.
So in my opinion, higher education has quite a big influence on the income you will get, and one thing we need to remember is that we cannot compare several people without successful education, we have to be realistic in looking at the average number for a conclusion.
There's a balance on these things while having no degree or any higher of that and if someone who's in that situation is having more income, that person was built through time and tested by his experience.
While on the other side of having a degree and other academic achievements, that's actually a good start to build a career and being hired is giving the higher chance because of it.
578  Economy / Economics / Re: Is academic pursues enough to get incomes? on: October 10, 2023, 01:45:43 PM
The technique is to increase educational backgrounds and degrees through continuous studies and masterals and even doctorate programs.
But there are programs that are looking for more experience than of these certifications. However with certifications, that only proves that you're competent and has got the fundamentals and foundation knowledge of the actual skillset you're learning.
I doubt there are that many job positions looking for more qualifications than a doctorate - that basically proves you are an expert in that field.

Besides, academic success is not required to get a good income, you can get by without it - look at all of these Silicon Valley founders for example with a vision and a plan to act on it.

579  Economy / Economics / Re: Is academic pursues enough to get incomes? on: October 10, 2023, 11:08:38 AM
I don't think this has any influence, everyone hopes to earn a large income by continuing to improve their education, but they forget that the world of work and business requires more skills than an educational degree, and the fact that happens is that many people have a history of low education but can be successful become entrepreneurs.
The technique is to increase educational backgrounds and degrees through continuous studies and masterals and even doctorate programs.

580  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: DCA method on: October 09, 2023, 09:46:52 PM
DCA is the best way for low income earners to acquire more Bitcoin.
Not just for low income earners but make it in general that it's for everyone who wants to acquire Bitcoin at any means and any amount.

I don't know if anyone else has different opinion about it?
There will be different opinions from everyone concering DCA. It could be working for most including me but I think that there are a few that this doesn't work for them.
