@Tranz
I can live with 8.8 days of mature time, can't see a real problem with it. But correct the showed metrics of the wallet in one of the next patches, please.

Another hint: The message "You have 50% chance of producing a stake within TIME" delivers an at least 10 times higher time span than the real minting occurs.

I wonder if the mature time really has dropped from 10 days to 1 day. Reorganized coins have not staked yet after 3 days. Any info about this?
You can see in coin control, the coins that are 1 day old and greater have weight. So they can stake. But with the higher difficulty can take a while to stake. I'll try to find an example to ensure it is working correctly. My old stakes are around 5k in size, and with a potential reward of around 40, and they are minting all the time. The new wallet with the large stakes is telling me: "not staking, because you don't have mature coins", and "current wallet pos weight: 0". The largest stakes of them have an age of over 3 days, and a pos weight potential stake reward of 135 (by coin control).

How big are your blocks ? 50000 potential stake is around 130 now, and age is nearly 3 days I have some of them, so statistically it should happen.

Was sagte der Chef Lloyd Blankfein doch gleich: "Wir verrichten Gottes Werk". Dann mal los, folgt ihnen, blödes Vieh.

now ... how do I know I'm on the correct chain?
In the console, type the commands "getinfo", and "getcheckpoint". Compare the block height of both commands, they should be the same or nearly the same.

I have used Litebit in the past and I have to say I like the service. I also received an e-mail with the latest news but I do not have any coins in their wallets. What I have been thinking about since the notification is how deep was the hacking? But I take comfort in Litebit's response to say that no verification documents were hacked, to me this is the most important thing.
Why do they send me an email, that could be spam. But if I login, there's no alert. I'm loosing trust, something is wrong.

... net-weight related I think the minimum is now set to 20%
Tranz told this, 20% shall be the minimum. As I know, long term the reward drops to around 1%. So, a staking "minimum" reward of 20% is misleading, Tranz should clarify this. I never had one single coin, if it's "reward" would be 100% or even 20% long term.

Can anybody commit, if chainz.cryptoid.info is on the right chain?
I see two different highs in my wallets: 5667066 and 5667029
Client too unresponsive to do anything right now but.. Huge number of orphans massive net-weight hike large drop in annual % (80%) and the one stake I have is on the explorer I'd guess the explorer and I are both on the busy chain at least .... My client fell behind by about 20 blocks and started suffering .. interestingly only using 30MB of RAM right now ... not bad down from 2GB :/ probably needs a restart but I'm scared .lol Just my two cents: Huge number of orphans, because many small blocks are competing with each other, because block time is two minutes now massive net-weight is because of reduction of mature time from 10 days to 1 day. So around 10 times more concurrent minting stakes at this time. annual stake reward drops from around 100% to 20%, as announced. To me it seems to work as expected, but has to stabilize.

Dear gvozdik,
Potential does not mean we are actually hacked but we like to inform everyone about the possibility. In The Netherlands we are in need to report any unautorized access with customer data, there is a law for this.
No user funds has been stolen and everyone can deposit or withdraw at any time.
I've got this Email too, few days after first registration. The Email contains a hint to reset my 2FA settings, by following a link to a host " http://litebit.us12.list-manage1.com/track/..." I don't know this host, is this Email really from the LiteBit officials?

"Don't understand their intentions" has been a repeated talking point by Bytecoin shills. It is the perfect ambiguous and non-falsifiable dodge.
In fact Occam's Razor tells the story perfectly well for anyone with the ability to do, as owlcatz calls it, critical thinking: Their intentions were to launch the coin as a premine scam and take a lot of money out of the coin and put it into their own pockets. That of necessity requires inducing other people to put a lot of money into the coin. Which they are still trying to do at some level with the continued (if laughable) shenanigans with "Jenny" and other shills.
Three years before there was a very cheap distribution of this coin, with your help it went down to 2 Satoshi. No reason to complain, for nobody.

I am still seeing lots of orphan blocks, so side chains may still getting created. Such as these: 2017-09-10 21:25:10 ProcessBlock: ORPHAN BLOCK, prev=f2f0e3d7722e00a65705 2017-09-10 21:25:12 ProcessBlock: ORPHAN BLOCK, prev=e607d22ea5c1f601b3c0 2017-09-10 21:25:12 ProcessBlock: ORPHAN BLOCK, prev=1fb5c078b1a6b7a30d50 2017-09-10 21:25:12 ProcessBlock: ORPHAN BLOCK, prev=35ce6730686a04b690a7 2017-09-10 21:25:12 ProcessBlock: ORPHAN BLOCK, prev=3cbc17db53cfac395246 2017-09-10 21:25:12 ProcessBlock: ORPHAN BLOCK, prev=4ab6bb39632a867f3dfb 2017-09-10 21:25:14 ProcessBlock: ORPHAN BLOCK, prev=fdd9df756e73c7a65b02 2017-09-10 21:25:14 ProcessBlock: ORPHAN BLOCK, prev=7a9c13ab610f14d7f177 Do these belong to anybody? These are mine. They occured after the upgrade to version 2.0. I'm running a self compiled version on ubuntu linux 14.04.5 LTO. I'm on block 5655511 at this time, and it seems to be the right chain. I'm running my stake over a VPN, perhaps the time lag could cause issues?

Something strange is going on at this time. My wallet was staking until block 5641297. Now somebody overtook with a new fork going to block 5641537, letting a lot of orphanes in my wallets. All my minted coins become orphaned starting from 12 hours before. My block high is on 5641537 now.
And another phenomenon: Before the "current PoS netweight" was around 200000, now it is around 400000. So we have two coexisting competing chains? (I remind some days before we had a "current PoS netweight" of around 800000 and more, so one chain in consent?)
Can you tell me the wallet version you are using? Im fine with the 1.5.5.5 wallet since more than 24hrs 1.5.5.5 since two days, 1.5.5.3 before. Both have been working well. I'm compiling myself on ubuntu linux, version 14.04.5 LTO.

So we have been on the wrong chain for around 12 hours. But what made it fork?
I follow this thread thoroughly and test every hint on a correct chain.
