For qt wallet yes, its required to keep it opened 24/7 and unlocked for staking. With web wallet thats unnecessary. |

Download latest qt wallet https://github.com/216k155/lux/releases/tag/v4.3.0, send coins to address that can be found in File -> Recieving adresses, in Settings unlock your wallet for staking IF you encrypt it. After required 36 hours for maturity coins begin to staking automatically, yellow square icon in right bottom conner will inform you about it.. Also, as alternative, you can use POS web wallet for coins staking. Keep in mind that coins need to mature in case if you send it to web wallet address and no mature required in case of importing private keys. Also no need to keep web wallet page opened 24/7 for staking. Hi Lux coin Dev team,
I updated the wallet to Version 4.3, The coin don't into the wallet since yestoday (April 6,2018). My walllet is LKzHXzW2R4bjmKq4ySh7VpCfjRBBme65MD
In the exploer show 54 Lux, but in the wallet show 37 lux. Please suggest me. How to do I get the coin.
Go to Instruments -> Wallet repair, there choose 3 options one by one - Rescan blockchain, Recover TXs 1 & 2. If it doesnt helping, make clean instal with deleting all except wallet.dat, ideally to use any older backup, in /Lux folder , run latest 4.3 lux-qt and let it sync fully. I'm getting "No block source available" in my wallet. Anyone know why and how I can fix this? I have wallet v4.3.

I hope is not the answer to my question...  I'm allreay using this web-wallet. I'l rephrase it: I just wana know where I can see the staking forecast. In the qt wallet there is a beta for it. But i think it is about 1200 coins for daily POS, so every 3 day probably on average  Does anyone see any data in the beta tab for staking? On my server I can just choose the period to be displayed but I get no data/forecast whatsoever. Staking tab is still in work now. |

I got a question about the new wallet (4.3) Are you supposed to see anything in the "Staking" tab? Only thing I see is the period select tool for 10mn up to 90days, but the rest of the tab is totally empty. Am I supposed to see my staking rewards only (as I didnt get any atm it would explain it being empty) or am I supposed to see an estimation for my coins maturing and probability of finding a block? Thanks for clarifying that part This tab still in work now, but yes, make some kind of staking estimations and/or POS calculator is a goal. I applied to the technical support of the exchange two months ago, sent out screenshots. After 1.5 months received an answer that they had problems, but now everything is in order. At the time of circulation, there was more than 5 LUX, they returned only 1 LUX. Listen to this. these are elementary things, look at the transactions with the explorer on the wallet, and compare them with the server of the exchange. Nobody wants to do this, or deliberately cheats.
As I said, you need to create another one ticket to Cryptopia support if previous one didnt helped, we dont control exchange wallets, all such questions got to be addressed to exchange directly. And yes, if you really mining directly to Cryptopia there is chance that some of your coins might be disappeared, thats why Cryptopia's deposit page got this notice in the bottom " WARNING! If you think that you have some lack of coins in Cryptopia's LUX wallet advise to open ticket with their support, Im sure they will help you to figure out with that issue. |

Should I install the new 4.3 desktop wallet or with the new web-wallet that's no more a mandatory upgrade?
If you still be using QT or Luxtre sometime in future so yes, its mandatory still. Also depends of you'll be importing privkeys to web wallet and or sending coins to new created address inside web web wallet. Anyway better to updrade till 4.3 just for case. |

First, upgrade till latest 4.3 wallet if you didnt yet https://github.com/216k155/lux/releases/tag/v4.3.0Then do following , go to Instruments -> Wallet repair , there use 3 repair tools - Rescan blockchain, Recover transactions 1 & 2 If it doesnt help use an older/another backup of wallet.dat by replacing current by old one in %appdata%/Lux folder. Dont forget to close wallet while doing it. |
