5602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: EXMR FDN. [ANN] Integrating developers for a better future in the crypto world! on: November 30, 2019, 06:06:03 PM
It can be because of the swap and good move from the team is that when they see that the price is moving up they lessen the swap ratio from 1:1 to 1:0.25 now to 1:0.10 which I believe can be good for the investors and long term holders however this can be a manipulation from the exchange or maybe with the team, who knows.
As I see this past days the volume is decreasing though the price still stay atop if there really some buyers then volume should be increasing day by day but it shows no signs of it. I'll believe a demand if volume is increasing per day not just there's some stoppage of it and right now it shows no volume at all.
5603  Other / Meta / Re: BTT badges on: November 30, 2019, 10:14:32 AM
The badge on the bitcointalk account as a tribute to the best work is not bad idea.
I hope the badge is in the shape of a brush, it will look cool. Cool
You mean the current voting for the artist badge, am I right? I have this idea that it could be a pallet and a brush but let's see first what will theymos came up with the design, I am pretty sure that the feature of it is if it hovered it will reveal the true meaning of that badge, no wonder and I congratulate those winners in advance for getting it.

Disclaimer: I am not a SMF expert

Could you implement this similar to how Copper Memberships are implemented? That is, once you reach x number of good reports, you have a 'paid' membership whose only changed permissions are the reporter badge. 'Wearing' the special membership would not affect the person's displayed title (unless this is an additional feature you wanted to offer).
Seems good too, but have you seen the badge of a bitcoin experts I guess that should be the same if ever reporters badge implemented, it's just my huge hunch that it will be the same like that.

5604  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't ask for a loans without collateral if you are new. on: November 30, 2019, 04:53:59 AM
I did not understand the forum, asked for a loan here and thought it was easy, but there is no easy money. I received a red trust on my profile.
Trust isn't moderated and being active as well for a month or two doesn't increase your chance to the lender, if just your purpose be active for than a month then after that you'll just loan I wouldn't trust that user at all better really to tag them. Better you always really have collateral when you loan especially for newbie rank accounts the better the chances you can't be denied for it.
5605  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Any tips for Newbie don't know about crypto but want to learn bounty on: November 29, 2019, 02:41:59 PM
I see that you already got some merits, and you only need some activity points to become Member rank. With that rank you may try to join some of the signature campaigns which pay with Bitcoins, have good&trusted managers, and there is almost no risk to not get pay.
The better, you increase first your activity I guess that is around the corner then you can wear member signature on your profile before you start asking for some advice over bounties better if you know first the forum, especially the rules.

Though they might be off-topic in a sense this is just to help you out on the process so I'll just give you the notable links for you to get started to know the forum, here it is;
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4928968.0

Bounties will come and go but the value you put here and the lessons you've learned in the forum will stay, remember that.
5606  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: [AIRDROP] 0.001 BTC airdrop for the first 200! on: November 29, 2019, 01:07:12 PM
If this is really an airdrop that earns individual for 0.001 BTC then you can post this on the Services board but you have to explain the details what will be people to get it rather posting you a pm. If just in the end you just give people a referral link to that will be considered referral spam AFAIK and if that happens that you just sent them referral links via messaging them then people can report to admin about that scheme.

To newbies or not newbies that just want a quick buck without realizing the risks please be careful not to share your personal information, this is just a fair reminder before falling onto a possible trap.

If I were you OP you better explain it in detail.
5607  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever done to experiment to determine percentage of winning? on: November 29, 2019, 07:26:41 AM
My response will be pointing to sports betting;
Yeah, more likely you can analyze if the gambling you bet was on sports chances are you can analyze your bets or even deeper by analyzing the team, the players and much more. Better if you stick on the game of luck like dice, roulette etc, these kinds of games aren't that much of a hassle to analyze and in regards to the pen and paper it is a hassle as well there are many applications that can do it automatically if you know how to use them instead of writing it manually.

All data is essential — the way to earn more skills by adapting the styles of the other player too.
There are gambling that requires data and a better representation of it is you have an advantage over other bettors.
5608  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Trying to figure out if my physical bitcoin is loaded with digital bitcoin on: November 29, 2019, 03:27:46 AM
I guess that has no value in it, it's probably just an AOCS physical coin and to be honest that isn't ROGS instead AOCS text the font seems confusing if it isn't zoomed in and you may read it that way, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong about it.

5609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: EXMR FDN. [ANN] Integrating developers for a better future in the crypto world! on: November 29, 2019, 02:30:01 AM
What a chart this Nov! I hope this is not a trap.
I am hoping as well because all they like to share are just that they are the top gainers, they all just mind about the price. I really hope that people will study first the project before jumping into a possible bull trap. One more thing is the time you haven't swapped earlier the chance you'll not get an EXMR FDN isn't it sad especially to those just doesn't get notified about this?

Also, their getcryptopayments.org site is saying your connection is not private. Not really safe to browse.
No, it isn't getcryptopayments.org instead getcryptopayments.com and it's working fine on my browser.

Is there really actual development going on?
That's what I wanted to ask too if there's really a development ongoing because that 24h volume can be faked by them. I really don't care the price if there are results that they are working but AFAICS on there FB it's just price trend and LOL with your Twitter account when I clicked it direct me to share a tweet for your website. Isn't it shady to just click the link then you interrupted that I'll share it or don't, yeah it requires my permission but you just have hyperlinked your account and not that thing, Roll Eyes?
5610  Other / Meta / Re: Cancel reports? on: November 28, 2019, 03:58:45 PM
<....>
Something like this is enough if implemented and there are really times that you mistakenly type the comment you wanted to add on the report and because it has been passed anymore there's nothing you can do about it, so in the end, it will be marked as bad.

It shouldn't be marked at all. Someone cancel report and it disappear, that is whole idea. To avoid abuse (for example canceling reports which remained unhandled because they are "soft bad" or "for any other reason" and then reporting them again) countdown could be set to, I don't know, 1 day and after that you can't cancel it any more.
I don't think a countdown will be a thing I guess it will stay there as long as it hasn't been handled yet by a mod if there's a countdown to it I guess that should be the unhandled report but it will be the vice versa that if an unhandled report hasn't been handled yet for a week you can delete that report. Though the latter suggestion seems vague since reports are piling up and the report history page doesn't include all of your reports but if there's a link to it then it will be nice to delete or cancel unhandled reports because I don't think that it will be handled anymore by mods especially if a year has already passed.

Elaborate this using example from this topic you obviously didn't read  Roll Eyes
He's caring for his quantity post for a penny.
5611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: EXMR FDN. [ANN] Integrating developers for a better future in the crypto world! on: November 28, 2019, 11:29:11 AM
Does the coin right now available at Bitrabbit the new EXMR FDN or it's still the old EXMR because it is somehow confusing to see the ticker hasn't been changed yet. Though the price surge high still 24h volume is low and I guess your information should be updated now at CMC. And, does it still have the same total supply even though the swap reduced for 1/10th?
5612  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [What IF] Part 7 on: November 28, 2019, 09:05:34 AM
I was so busy for our upcoming competition for Robotics at school that's why I wasn't able to come up with a crazy idea yesterday, and actually even now I wasn't so sure about a thing so here's a little bit easy for all of you.

What if you have a kid on the house and you're currently making bets online and you accidentally have a phone call or what so ever thing you might do on that time and suddenly the kid mistook it for some fancy game and make bets on his/her own, would you be upset and get angry to the kid? Or would you rather trust a child's play on this scenario?
I'm sure I will be angry even if it lost or wins and I'll be honest on this part because that was part of parenting that my kid shouldn't have to take an adult thing without some permission with me. What has done has done but you should teach him/her a lesson about things that shouldn't be taken or touch by kids if no consent is given because if he/she does it repetitively that wouldn't be just on your home but he/she will do it outside your home and that isn't a good act to be mannered.
5613  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 30th South East Asian Games on: November 28, 2019, 03:55:59 AM
this is our first time (but this is not an excuse) to hold/host an International event.
No, this isn't the first time we hosted an event such as SEA Games we even hosted 4 of it, first in 1981, then 1991, 2005 and presently right this year. The year 2005 is we emerge as the top contender during that year.

Media should be publish news about the sports itself compared to the existing deficiencies, can be what media say is just from personal opinion, we know media use by politician to give a bad reputation to the existing government to get the sympathy of the people
Really we could blame the government for this but instead of showing camaraderie these people are fond of spreading hate, blaming and the likes especially on social media the so-called keyboard warriors that can easily point fingers they're just showing that they aren't pro or anti-government they're showing they are anti-Philippines, how sad of it.

5614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥 Coinbees is Recruiting 🔥 on: November 27, 2019, 02:43:56 PM
You should indicate here the salary these future candidates will be getting, because if in the end that it's just your futile tokens (seems that's it because it's really of no value if the future candidates start to work) be paid that really isn't worth to work for. If you're posting it in the Services board then I presume you will pay bitcoin to these future candidates.

It's very important to read all the documents made available to you before sent your candidacy
Your website doesn't work.
5615  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 30th South East Asian Games on: November 27, 2019, 01:16:25 PM
And as I have seen in local news, lots of finger pointing as to who is to blame with this South East Asian games debacle. They have been talking of having a Senate inquiry after the game is over. And I"m sure Filipinos are totally disappointment because it seems that the government is not really prepared to handle this big event and it will reflect how the Philippines are really doing in terms of governmental responsibilities. They should have at least prioritized this because every eyes is on the country. However, it's too late now, we have seen that the Philippines is not ready for this kind of sporting events, IMHO.
It's just news don't buy that one it can be faked, besides, the opposition seems the one controlling the media. Besides, this SEA Games shouldn't be held in our country but should be on Brunei it should have to be withdrawn by the President in 2017 but opposition from sports politics appealed (just read it from a friend) not to blame this scenario but I guess the government really lacks the time to prepared. There's too much politics involved in this event and besides, I guess they can cope with it those are just small hiccups, people on social media just make it a bigger issue and it spread fast like wildfire and they complain of little things instead of praising that it's progressing.
5616  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 💩 We are now in the “shitcoin” season? 💩 on: November 27, 2019, 11:00:55 AM
My argument is that naturally invites BTC holders to play ALTs because BTC will be boring and bearish but mostly flat and sideways for +33 months.
That's pure speculation mate you don't have all the market sentiments to say that, sometimes technicals don't always predict the way it is, it just a guide after all. Don't panic you'll lose more and better you haven't buy those shitcoins if you don't understand them or right now you can look for another strategy maybe try fundamentals.
5617  Other / Meta / Re: Enabling quotes in locked topics on: November 27, 2019, 05:50:16 AM
Taking the link to the first image in the OP as an example: https ://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FmBsrI4Z.jpg&t=607&c=1NdT52aa5A3yJw

Extract the embedded URL (the bolded section): https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FmBsrI4Z.jpg

Convert the 'encoded' symbols using the following:
%3A => :
%2F => /

=> https://i.imgur.com/mBsrI4Z.jpg
So that's how it is, sometimes really I experience this one especially if the thread is locked and can't be quoted and just open a new tab or copy the image address of it but still goes through decoding that link and I didn't know what they mean, really helpful HCP.

I know, it’s also a solution to just quote the text and add a link manually but that wouldn’t include the date of the quoted post and need more time to type the author, especially for multiple quotes.
Yeah, it's a hassle especially if you don't know to manually add the needed text to make it like the original quoted message, what I really do is really manual and the most hassle part is adding the date so I reach for help in this website http://www.onlineconversion.com/unix_time.htm it is same as epochconverter.[/quote]
5618  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Real reasons to Why do you gamble? on: November 27, 2019, 04:03:34 AM
Why do you gamble?
To be honest, I only gamble the money I can afford to lose safe as that and secondly it's more of spending my free time when I stumble upon a gambling site and just to try out the games also if ever it's unique for me.

Why do you do not invest that money instead?
Gambling is kind of investment as well, it's just fast and too risky either you win or lose instantly in a seconds, minutes or hours.

Why you do not donate them?
If ever I feel I would then I'll donate it but I guess when you're just want to gamble and that marks on your mind this kind of thing just disappear to be honest. Furthermore, thanks for enlightenment hope some gamblers here will think for a moment then even just small they will feel they could donate some of those they want to gamble.

Because you are bored?
Because you are looking for entertainment?
Because you are going after the big score?

Why?
Somehow that's what I thought especially if there's a contest going on, who do not want to win especially if it's for free or even it isn't if there's an irresistible prize to be given, sure we do.
5619  Other / Off-topic / Re: Children's art contest ‍♀️ ❤️ on: November 26, 2019, 10:58:39 PM
4. Stop posting child models on a Bitcoin forum.
Even just this one be observed by the OP, I like your dress art passed on the art contest but the model is only a doll this one is different, we aren't children here as well so better you lock this and really stop posting child images.

Please delete the images above.
