Congrats to Betcoin for the cardschat #3 spot on the blacklist  for July 2016.  Not an easy thing to do.

Solid rep too on this forum...

5664  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: PROTECT YOURSELF against BETCOIN.AG Scammed me 6.54717 BTC on: July 14, 2016, 06:52:34 AM
Hi I might be new, but i had to create this account and show the Bitcoin community how Betcoin scammed me.

Today i will share with you how Betcoin scammed me
559 chips (Pending winnings from Live Casino)
5988.17 chips (My Wallet Balance)
Total = 6547.17 chips = 6.54717 BTC

Apparently i wagered 559 chips on a live roulette and won. However the casino did not pay me.
I created a ticket and only received a reply that 559 chips will be returned. There after they only returned my wagered amount.
However the ISSUE is they deleted and messed up my account transaction IDs and ripped off 6.54717 BTC from me.

Now they want proof that i did wagered 559 chips. And i do frequent read about scam accusations in bitcointalk about Betcoin.ag but decided to ignore. As such i do not have a screenshot of my wagered transaction ID.

TID: 22332697
06/23/2016 7:31am
559.00 debit (Casino)
ExtID: d412606c-9da4-491a-94d0-b001ed251abc
Arg1: 10152756

The above wagered amount TID was removed from my account. Now, they also removed some of my deposit transactions, thus losing my wallet balance of 5988.17 chips.

Proof that they REMOVED/DELETED part of my transactions can be seen from my CREDIT/DEBIT Transactions as they do not tally.

As Betcoin thinks that I am defrauding them, they decided to close my entire account with my remaining 5988.17 chips and 559 pending chips.

Credit Transactions = 8709.48 chips = 8.70948 BTC (Net Winning Bets + Deposits)

Debit Transactions 14697.65 = 14.69765 BTC (Net Loss Bets + Withdrawal)

Now the BIG QUESTION is the CREDIT DEBIT DOES NOT TALLY.

There is 5988.17 chips MISSING in the credit part. Betcoin removed my deposited transaction from my account and now I am in a loss. Instead they just inserted random betslips that i did not place.

Okay fine I do not want my 559 chips that i won. Instead give me back what I am supposed to have, MY 5988.17 chips.

Below are the screenshots of my ticket.

Below is a video to prove that the screen shots were not photoshop or some shyt.

GUYS LET'S BRING SOME JUSTICE TO BETCOIN.AG
Havent looked over your claim too  closely but will get to ti.  I fixed your images though.  (still wont work for you as long as you're newbie)

Unfortunately Betcoin doesn't respond to scam accusations and they have been stacking up for a while now.

The only thread they've posted in for the past week has been their signature campaign thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1236667.msg15576641#msg15576641

It's turned into a scam accusation thread as a result.

Nice try. You play with quite a few BTC and say you didn't care to register here until now. You also didn't leave them a negative trust for scamming you. Screenshots can be made up. What are your BTC deposit txids to their wallets?
Not sure whats up with this guy lol

Yesterday they found out they made the Cardschat July 2016 Blacklist of Sites to Avoid:

They responded by making a post in their own forum:  https://www.betcoin.ag/betcoin-poker-responds-cardschat-absurd-blacklist-designation

At first glance, it appears they want to respond to the cardschat blacklist:

But really, the cardschat thing is just an attempt to distract from the real message:

"I'm not posting on BitcoinTalk anymore, it has nothing to do with Betcoins bad reputation, we just think our players deserve the truth is all"

(they said it twice just in case)

-snip-

First of all, I'm not accusing Betcoin of intentionally rigging these games.  They are doing what they always do when shit hits the fan; attempt to hide it by smearing it all over their face then ask

"what shit?  we didn't touch any shit? only trolls would talk about the shit on our face right?"

If you want to understand the whole story, read this entire thread, all 3 pages,
I've read the entire casinolisting article.  My point is that there has to a complete and thorough audit before we can blame somebody else for the actions of Betsoft.

Did you read just the article?  If so, you should really read THE THREAD

This is the closest you will get to an objective analysis of the situation.  It's a public discussion, beginning last Sept, you can watch it progress over several months.  Read the entire thread, they find some damning evidence that Betsoft has yet to deny.  I'd be surprised if Betsoft/Betcoin has any of the data CL.com does.  Why would they?

This "complete and thorough audit" you mention, it's unrealistic.  Look at it this way: In a world without any sort of criminal justice system, Betsoft is being accused of a very serious crime over a long period of time. They have been in hiding for over 2 weeks now.  If they were to come forward tomorrow after weeks of hiding and say "hey, I'm ready for my independent audit, go ahead help yourself, have a look at whatever you want" what would that prove?

Betcoin should be held accountable for every decision they make, including which operators they use or not.  If they choose an operator that refuses to address major issues like this one publicly - that's no them.

The same goes for holding affiliates responsible for choosing which sites to promote or not promote.

Same thing for signature campaign members and the business they choose to advertise for.  If you choose a site like Betcoin who hides from issues rather than addressing them, you should expect it to cost you in some way.

How about the keno thing, did you read that thread on 2p2?   (I recommend anyone interested watch this 5 minute video that explains the 2010  Rigged Keno Game Betsoft provided for Absolute Poker)

Remember that scummy cheating site Absolute?  The are the ones who eventually got shut down and didn't pay out their players?

Let's see how they handled it when Betsoft provided fucked up software:

Dear Ce1skaIMO,

As a valued customer and Keno player at our site, we want to update you on an issue we were made aware of that suggested the Keno game we offered to players was operating in a non-random way.

Our early analysis of this claim stated that there was a flaw specific to the game logic in ‘ten play’ only on Traditional Keno and no confirmed issue with the Random Number Generator (RNG). Upon notice of the flaw, we contacted our third party software provider of Keno, Betsoft Gaming (BSG) for a more comprehensive investigation and subsequently removed all Keno games from our site until the investigation was complete and all corrective actions taken.

Our joint investigations with BSG confirmed that while the RNG for Keno was functioning properly, it was selecting from a pre-existing data set that was not as extensive as it should have been. The results were in turn random, but from a limited data set rather than from the full data set from which RNG is expected to choose.

While the issue stemmed from our third party software provider, we accept responsibility for offering our players a Keno game that had the described issue
.
Therefore refunds have been issued to all Keno players of ‘five Play’, ’ten Play’ and all Traditional Keno during the period those games were offered . Any net loss you experienced while playing Keno with us, no matter how small has been credited to your account.

We wish to offer our sincere apologies for any confusion or frustration this issue may have caused you, and we thank you for your patience while we have endeavored to correct this situation. We also want to restate our commitment to providing a safe, secure and fair gaming environment for our players.

If you have any questions about your refund, please write to us at casinosupport@absolutepoker.com

Thank you for your understanding, support and continued confidence in our game offerings.

The Absolute Poker Team

That's right guys, Absolute was parters with Betsoft and ended up offering rigged Keno back in 2010.  This is how they handled it:

We want to thank everyone for their comments both publicly and privately.  We continue to learn a tremendous amount everyday from our great players and the bitcoin talk community.  We continue to receive traffic from sources we never thought possible that ask us questions and try out our services which has been an amazing side effect.  We always say that if you give us a try, you will see the difference and you will enjoy it and that continues to be the case.  Even our most ardent critics spend hours on Betcoin and in our forums which speaks volumes about the experience they are really having and choosing to spend their valuable time.

Fortunately, most people understand that the Betsoft issue could have happened at any other online casino and our staff worked very hard to make the situation right for the player.

We apologize for being off topic here in the signature campaign thread but we want our great players and signature campaign members to know everyone in the campaign is locked in so long as you follow the rules and we will add a special prize to the end of this stage for you for your continued support.

Everyone knows Betcoin is not a scam including the several hundred players (and growing) that play there everyday and yes including twitchyseal who spends far more time at Betcoin than any other member or staff.

Betcoin,

Please clarify the following statements you made about the progressive jackpots at Betcoin

Equally, when you are playing a progressive or jackpot, the casino software provider pays these wins out because it is based on the players of all online casinos using their games.  This is what enables a very small casino to pay out a large jackpot, because the software provider pays it out based on their much larger overall player base.

Are you claiming that the progressive Jackpots at Betcoin are part of a network with other sites?

If so, what other sites can you win the same jackpot as Betcoin?

How long has this been the case?

I asked yesterday also, please respond this time.
Are you claiming that the progressive Jackpots offered by Betcoin have always been shared by all online casinos using their games?

Any other information you are able to share regarding the terms of the progressive jackpots you offer would be appreciated.

I can't find any details anywhere.

This is surprising since were talking about BTC3,000-BTC4,500 here...

Incorrect.  Another assumption that you were 100% sure about that you got wrong.  Please man, I really don't have time for your antics.  I've got another job besides managing all my players' RB.

So you admit that you have a special relationship with them where you get paid a different amount than all other affiliates?  Something we said and you denied until now.

Pretty sure he's admitted this before.  But when I asked him to for the details he said something like "no, and I won't give you my the number on my passport either"

Not sure if he's really as dumb as he's acting with the whole "Im just affiliate for poker, Betcoin:Government Xiao:Library/Community Center" argument.  Or even better "I'm just level 1 affiliate generating under 1btc/month, poor me" (meanwhile he creates website and sig spamcaign focused on betcoin only.  No other site.  Just betcoin.
Also, he thinks comic sans makes people relax.

Cleaning up OP, dumping some info here
Users involved:

  • Betcoin.ag

  • plo8monster: Betcoins official "site pro" and "moderator".  I don't think he is acting out of greed like the rest, but it seems he went blind the day decided to be loyal to Betcoin.ag no matter what.  I hope he wakes up.  (He was previously the "site pro" at Satoshi Poker.  He remained loyal to the last day, when they had to sell the site to repay their players after the owner stole all the deposits. )

  • XiaoXiao: Betcoin Affiliate:  Any semi-serious poker player at Betcoin is basically forced to create an account under Xiaoxiao because of a mysterious deal he has which allows him to return 40% of rake paid to the player weekly.  (Other affiliates can not compete, he cashes in on his players sports/casino play and corners market)  He has a huge thread you can find HERE where he claims to be a "players advocate" but practices the same despicable tactics as Betcoin: lying or ignoring the serious issues, and spamming his own thread with deceptive promotional material.

  • ftwbtc1: This is Betcoins Shill #1 Don't be fooled by the recent non-betcoin post history - Betcoin management likely controls or has access to this account. (More info on that connection HERE )

noobtc: alt of ftwbtc1,I'm certain of this.

This is an issue with the CASINO PROVIDER and THEIR CASINO SLOTS.  Has NOTHING to do with the poker room.

So you think Betcoin is unethical with their casino but ethical with their poker?  That's a REALLY large leap in logic.  Especially for a site that's been quite unethical with their poker room in the past.

Also, the WTN doesn't 'trust' Betcoin.  It's a std skin deal.  When a player buys into a tournament, Betcoin pays that amount to the network (which comes from the player's account) and if a player on the skin wins, the network pays the skin for them to cover the player's new balance.

What's up dark days.

Xiao has this shit all of over the place, this is thread #4 I think.  wtf

Here we go:

Xiao is a betcoin.ag affiliate.

Betcoin is a (scummy) site that has casino, sportsbook and poker.

He returns most of his commission that he gets from poker and keeps all the sports and casino revenue for himself.

If you want to play bitcoin poker I suggest checking out this shill free/affiliate free thread

Based on what you're saying, so if the government has problems, that means all the programs and establishments of the government has problems?  Let's not use the road the government builds.  How about the libraries and community centers?

This is the poker room dude.  It's a separate software provider (a very reputable one with WPN), and yeah, one of the highest rakeback in all of online poker.  Please stick to posting in other threads.  You're pissing off a lot of players on this program.  You obviously know that, because you're the type of person that is willing to attack anyone that is semi-related to the entity that you have a problem with.

Not sure if you're that ignorant or just fucking around, but whatever.  I'm keeping people informed with facts and evidence.

The money you profit from this project comes almost entirely from the casino and sportsbook revenue generated by your signups.

Betcoin pays affiliates a commission based on how much rake their signups pay while playing poker and how much they lose in the casino or sportsbook.

Xiao is trying to attract people who play poker by offering to return the affiliate fee he receives for their revenue generated from poker. Xiao has a special deal with Betcoin.  They pay him MORE than the top tier, which allows him to easily poach other affiliates signups and essentially lock up most serious poker players.  If a player signs up under someone else, they create a new account when they hear about Xiao usually.

Many poker players also enjoy gambling on casino games or sports and as a top affiliate,  Xiao receives at least 35% of his players sports losses and 50% of casino losses.  Maybe more (special deal, remember?)! He keeps all that.

As I've said over a million times, the poker room has nothing to do with the casino nor the casino providers.  The poker room's provider is WPN, and all the players on this program has benefited tremendously because it's the best rakeback program available today maybe?

At any rate, all rakeback has been processed for 7/4-7/10.
Bullshit.

The money you make off your comicsans website comes almost entirely from the casino and sportsbook revenue generated by your signups.

Rogue Casinos: the worst of the worst

Betcoin.ag
Betcoin.ag is one of a new breed of casino that operate solely using crypto-currencies such as Bitcoin. In mid 2016 we were approached by Jason, a player that claimed that he had been stiffed of a million mBTC progressive jackpot payout on a Betsoft slot, The Glam Life. Jason won the jackpot with five yacht symbols across the middle payline. Or so he thought. Instead he was paid a 1000 coin win and told, after several changes of story, that he didn't qualify for the jackpot because the winning spin occurred during the game's free spins bonus round. This was not documented in the paytable at the time, and after the controversy Betsoft later updated the game's paytable with a poorly worded statement that attempts to state this exception. The bottom line is, he was ripped off from a once in a lifetime win.

While the issue was no doubt caused by Betsoft, either through incompetence or malice, Betcoin.ag did itself no favours in its handling of the matter. While other casinos were dropping Betsoft games altogether after our investigation into their jackpots revealed several irregularities, Betcoin continues to offer Betsoft's crooked games. They instead told the player that they couldn't do anything, its all up to Betsoft and they are just a poor innocent intermediary caught in the middle. Eventually Jason was paid off with an amount that no-one will divulge and forced to make public statements proclaiming his love for Betcoin and Betsoft. In other words, they paid him to shut up and stop complaining about his rightful win. Betcoin.ag is not licensed or regulated by any recognised authority and they have demonstrated that they are a rogue casino willing to run crooked games. Avoid.

They also steal, lie and cheat and also allow their members to lie, steal and cheat.  More about that here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1322261.msg13507632#msg13507632

When this player registered, was there any max .12 btc rule?

You can't change the rules mid-promotion and enforce them on players who have already signed up and played.

It's your job to establish the rules before the promotion.  Players will always take full advantage of any promo you offer by the way.

You are absolutely right here, the max available sum to cashout was missed and added later, we don't deny our fault here. Now it's stated in all new promos from the very beginning and also described in T&C

Hey,

quit ignoring me, that's rude.

You agree with me admit it's your fault, why won't you make it right?

I'm a bit confused, are you still part of this campaign or no?

I know the proof you requested was provided and, much like other former members, you promptly removed your signature.

But....you continue to make meaningless posts informing other users you are about to pm them.
