5741  Other / Meta / Re: Redsn0w, negative or neutral trust due to Escrow negligence? on: January 06, 2015, 12:00:13 AM
If you are posting on this thread, please educate yourself about the previous Escrow issue that occurred with Moreia and Redsn0w or stay out.
Thank you.

As you can see on RedSn0w's trust page here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=211419 He was given negative trust from Quickseller. I personally believe that Redsn0w should either be given no negative trust from the situation or neutral trust. He took responsibility in the end and the deal went well... he ended up ending his escrow service due to the occurrences. I believe Quickseller has no right to give the negative trust to him and he should remove it, if anyone should be the one giving negative trust it should be Moreia, and he is okay with Redsn0w.

Please post your replies on whether the negative trust should be removed or what should happen, Quickseller is being ignorant and not listening to my messages so I decided to take matters to here.

Thank you.

PS: I am doing this as a friend of Redsn0w and because I don't believe he is at the wrong in this matter.

RedSn0w did screw up in his escrow services - so he should at least at admit that and take steps so it doesn't happen again.

But in the end, all worked out.  So I can see both points of view.    Undecided

Thanks for michaeladair to this thread ( it was not necessary)  and thanks to vod for the opinion. At the end I've admitted my "stupid" mistake and with the help of the community all was "recovered" but now I think I don't deserve the negative feedback from quickseller.

However thanks again for  your attention , the transparence is the better thing.

An huge dump will start very soon , people are very tired....
5743  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Possible atack on Bitstamp ? on: January 05, 2015, 11:12:48 PM

If it is realy only 5 millions that will be fine. Bitstamp have much more value.

Yes I think (if they want) - they can buy 19k at the current market price and recover the loss , now we have only to wait another statement.
5744  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitstamp issues statement and temporarily suspends service on: January 05, 2015, 11:08:53 PM
If they indeed lost ~ 19,000 BTC, they're seriously fucked. There's no way they have enough own reserves to cover it. And I doubt they have insurance covering such event.

They can buy 19k btc with the fiat value , it is not an impossible thing to do....  (and maybe the price will raise a little).

Però dove hanno preso il msg di bitstamp ? Sul loro sito non c'è ,ne via email  e ne su twitter.... almeno citare le fonti.

5747  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitstamp 18,000 bitcoins stolen? on: January 05, 2015, 10:58:31 PM

No, that still has the old statement. The coindesk article contains a new one from Bitstamps CEO admitting the 19000 BTC are lost.

Maybe through email , try to check because I'm not registered on bitstamp.
5748  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitstamp 18,000 bitcoins stolen? on: January 05, 2015, 10:53:14 PM
If it was an RNG attack - then it could be used on their cold storage as well as on their hot wallet. If the attacker can predict the private keys - then the fact that these keys are stored on something detached from the internet does not make any difference.

I think the same  , it was not an attack to their how wallet but  a problem with the generation of the various addresses.

Some people are thinking it was a bug  about the RGN of the addresses :

5754  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Selling 6.5 btc coinbase account! on: January 05, 2015, 06:37:11 PM
Is the buyer able to withdraw all 6.5 btc immidiatly? If not then any potential buyer is going to risk a recent payment/purchase will be reversed before coinbase allows for a withdrawal
most probably you will not be able to withdraw it immediately otherwise he would not sell it

Yes  you are right , I think if it was possibile to withdraw it was better 6,5 BTC instead of 5 BTC. So I think it is only a coinbase hacked account , don't trust him.
5755  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Stamp re-opens will the price rise or fall? on: January 05, 2015, 05:26:28 PM
I think a lot of people will not trust anymore bitStamp , so I've voted for "Fall".
5756  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: 3% btc profit every 10 days on: January 05, 2015, 05:20:16 PM
How we can trust you?

It is better to ask  :

- How we cannot trust you ?
5757  Local / Italiano (Italian) / Re: ATTENZIONE versamenti bitstamp on: January 05, 2015, 05:12:40 PM

Very interesting address. Specially the very high fees payed for ultra fast confirmations.

It is not true , with 1btc you have the same time/chance to receive confirm (include in a block) as 0.0004 btc . It's a question of lucky ....
5760  Economy / Lending / Re: Moreia - 0.4-0.8BTC needed 10%-15% interest, 7 days, 2 OPTIONS. [FINAL PHASES] on: January 05, 2015, 04:22:41 PM
#Thread  re-opened.
Thanks sorry this is a late reply.
Just wanted to check in with the lender and escrow that everything is going as planned on my end, 3 days left until the loan is due and a possibility it will be repaid on within 48 hours Smiley
I've got the address stored for repayment and rednsn0w's email to get my account back.
Besides the bump start, i'm glad everything has fallen back into place.

Perfect , have a great day and sorry again for the mistake.
