Classic noob thinking  ALTcoins that go up 4000% in 4-5 days - CRASH simple as that. Its not rocket science. A first semester finance course can explain why in more detail.
If you want to continue in the fantasy that I caused the crash or it was 'deep' conspiracy theory then I cant help you.
You may not have been the only cause, but putting out a paper that basically tells people that you think the coin is incredibly overpriced sure doesn't help. What was the point of having market cap/price predictions in there anyway? Anyone with half a brain knows you can't predict shit like that, especially in the crypto world. Stick to the facts, not some BS about what you think the price should be. You're right, having price predictions in a whitepaper is a pretty noob move, glad you can admit your mistake. In cryptoworld, it is indeed an noob move. But in real life, it is a prerequisite. Dev was obviously targeting external investors with his whitepaper (But not the appropriate support) Anyway, the dump began because/after the 4000 % rise, not because of the whitepaper. |

SaveCoin's Market Cap
SaveCoin's Market Cap was briefly set today at approximately $867,000 on coinmarketcap.com. Anyone see it?
This was because they included the 20 million pre-mined coins into the available supply. Later in the day, they decided to remove the pre-mine and make the available coin supply 89,689 making our Market Cap $5,290. This is a big difference and exposes the confusion over our coin supply.
So what is our correct available coin supply since Proof of Funds is a new concept to many?
1. 89,689 which corresponds to 1 new coin per block = Market Cap of $5,290
2. 20,089,689 which is number 1 plus the 20 million pre-mine = Market Cap of $1,185,000.92
3. 89,689 + interest paid to date + 1 million pre-mine (since the unpaid interest is not technically available coin supply) = Market Cap of $67,349.83
I think our market cap should be accurate for future investors. I also think option #3 is the most accurate.
Anyone concur?

Dans la foulée de la Saffroncoin, pour partage d'infos, j'ai investit personnellement sur la Savecoin :
- Nom clair et efficace avec un objectif clair;
- Première monnaie avec "Proof of Fund", c'est à dire équivalent au "Proof of Stake" qui vous octroie des intérêts, sauf que vous n'avez plus besoin de laisser votre wallet ouverte (enfin !). Le seul fait de posséder une adresse vous offre des intérêts quotidiens automatiques (64% par an)
- Communauté et devs corrects, sans plus pour le moment.
Monnaie très très risquée :
- Risques qu'elle capote, notamment faute d'intérêt des plates-formes d'échanges parce qu'il n'y a pas de volume (Peu de vendeurs, qui ne laissent pas leur fonds sur les échanges naturellement pour bénéficier des intérêts) donc pas de frais d'échanges pour elles.
- Le marché est exceptionnellement bas , environ 2 K€, car il y'a un "loup" qui retient les acheteurs : les intérêts futurs sont entièrement préminés ! Et donc le dev a accès à une énorme wallet, ce qui doit faire fuir tout le monde un minimum rationnel et fait partie des critères de scams.
Il y a peut-être bien 90 % de risques de planter.
NEANMOINS, avec 2K€ de capitalisation au total seulement, il y a un fois 10 à à viser sur une simple volatilité classique, et beaucoup beaucoup plus plus si le dev débarque un matin avec des solutions qui plaisent à la communauté, ou par exemple un audit externe. Mon avis est que le problème de confiance est déjà évidemment anticipé au niveau du dev et qu'il a déjà plusieurs pistes pour une solution soit classique (une fondation qui en serait garante) ou plus technologique (utilisation d'un service sans intermédiaire et "untrusted" à la XCP). La communauté a aussi des idées. Les monnaies concurrentes de ce type (Unobtanium, Goldcoin...) sont plutôt dans les 200-400 K$.
Encore une fois, ce n'est qu'une fléchette parmi d'autres dans votre portefeuille, et cela concerne des investisseurs qui ont l'habitude de prendre des risques gigantesques, en misant sur le nombre et une présence un peu partout pour maximiser ses chances, plutôt que sur le bon coup parfait en un seul investissement, comme souvent on le souhaiterait quand on débute.

En monnaie qui ne ne valent rien aujourd'hui avec potentiel correct et qui sont très risquées, j'ai investit dans Limecoin X (Nom sympa, devs actifs et parcours de la monnaie un peu particulier) et Saffroncoin (multi-algo, avec un ajout d'anonymat dans 2 semaines). Les marchés étant ridicules, 7 et 14 k€ respectivement, il est tout à fait possible sur l'un des deux de faire un fois 10 ou beaucoup plus. Bien sûr, le shéma classique reste qu'aucune des deux ne prend, donc ne pas investir argent, temps et hashrates sur le simple fait qu'un inconnu francophone a balancé 2 noms sur un forum :-). Néanmoins à force de lancer des fléchettes, quand une seule atteint la cible, c'est le jackpot, et çà paye très largement les échecs sur les autres...Enfin, c'est comme çà que je fonctionne. Everyone arguably fears that the dev should dump the 20 millions coins premined and blocked for future interests. But, sooner or later, we will ask the Dalaï Lama to escrow these coins, and value will explode (Or just find and use a untrusted technology that wil automatically save and spend the interest) |

Je ne suis pas le premier à le dire, mais a priori, un singe qui achète tout et n'importe quoi au début sur un échange obscur fait exceptionnellement mieux qu'un noob qui investit en "panic buy" dès que çà monte en flèche sur mintpal ou cryptsy. Dans le tas, une des monnaies fera fois 100 ou plus, payant largement pour les quelques échecs.
Et encore en cas d'échec, des monnaies présentées comme mortes sont parfois relancées et refont encore fois 10. J'ai d'ailleurs un tas de monnaies mortes aussi (forcément) et c'est paradoxalement un gros capital. Tôt ou tard certaines sont reprises et relancées. 2nd effet kiss cool !

I agree but I don't support market manipulation. The hard way might take longer but it will be much more rewarding when we get there. This makes sense but we want to be completely ethical and let the natural market forces determine where the price equilibrium should be. People who placed offers to sell at low prices do so because they want to make a quick profit. To us this price level actually makes a good opportunity for us to buy another few thousand CHA's. We are planning to add more betting types in the upcoming months, and we believe that we are well-positioned to be the #1 coin in the bitcoin gambling space.
Ok I understand. Perhaps we can add that the slight difference is we are shareholders of this casino / poker games. It is not manipulation when main shareholders in companies meet, discuss, promote, share news and tend to make their companies successful with a form of organisation. |

Si j'ai bien suivi Counterparty (XCP) vient de release une update du code ce matin. Ce genre d'évênement c'est tjs à double tranchant, soit y a un major flaw/essuye les plâtres, soit c'est auréolé de succès.
Encourageant de voir que c'est actif en tout cas.
Une update majeur ? Oui c'est risqué mais je ne comprend pas, ça a du être intensément testé avant d'être mis en prod, pourquoi prendraient t-ils un tel risque ? Si je comprends bien, c'est passé en master, donc prétesté avant. Pour suivre le projet de près depuis un petit temps, ca m'étonnerait très fort qu'il lancent un update dans la nature sans l'avoir testé. Meme si mon avis est certainement biaisé, je pense que Counterparty ira loin (XCP aussi, par la meme occasion) Beaucoup de projets sérieux se mettent en place comme SWARM qui va bientot commencer son fund raise et XBet.IO qui démontre l'utilité du XCP et l'efficacité du systeme de betting du protocole. Counterwallet est très impressionnant comparé aux équivalents Mastercoin qui font très amateur. Mon avis est aussi certainement biasé, mais Counterparty commence vraiment à avoir tous les atouts, avec de vrais applications, et a facilement sa place désormais dans le TOP 5. C'est la seule monnaie où il n'y a jamais de pumps and dumps. Jamais de développements repoussés sine die, jamais de rumeurs relayées par des +1, +100 inutiles, et autres manipulateurs qui pourraient alimenter des spéculations et faux espoirs. C'est hyper-professionnel (et çà fait du bien dans ce monde de scams et crypto-traders souvent pré-pubères). Jamais de trolling concurrent sur le thread malgré 400 pages. Tu vas sur le fil au hasard, et d'un coup une update majeure est prête, une levée de fonds majeure, etc...que des faits. Pour parler potentiel, il y'a bien un matin, où le cours va grimper puis ne plus s'arrêter, un peu comme la NXT récemment. Le marché (ridicule) est à 7 M$, cela pourrait en faire 35 à 70 M$ rapidement, rien que grâce à Swarm et xbet. A ce niveau, je vois peu de monnaie sûre et établie faire fois 5-10 de façon structurelle. |

I've been intensively following and participating in Nxt at the beginning. It is now the 3rd most successful crypto in the world and should reach 2nd place soon. Some members of committee have left of died ? Doesn't matter : replace them and keep going on ! This coin is perfect...It reminds me early hours of DRK, or lately Vericoin, when nobody wants them and you could buy a few % of the market for nothing. Unique technology, huge potential...

Sorry for X11coin community, I have sometimes even supported XC expecting a safe competition, but it is becoming so ridiculous each day.
Yesterday it was the fake peer review. The day before, it was the name changed from X11coin (Invented and deposited in January by Evan !! see x11coin.com) from Xcoin or XC...
As far as I know Xcoin was the original name of Darkcoin back in january...
I must applaude, their new name is former Darkcoin name...But they still deny to be called scam and copycat.
