also when you are providing Collateral then why don't you sell your BTC and earn money yourself

no one willing to give you their money unless you put something as collateral to guarantee that their money is safe

What is guarantee that they will get their bitcoins back.
for me it looks specious unless you put the collateral with escrow valued atleast 120% of the amount you take from users
