I don't know how it will impact the quality. Hope for the best but it will, at least, increase the productivity of sMerit. More people will be able to send sMerit. Thus, people complaining about the number of merit sources (some say we need more merit source) would be happy. Currently, most of the high ranked users don't give a fuck about merit. So, we are missing a lot of airdropped sMerit. If some people have the quality of gaining merit, s/he can probably have the ability to send Merit to qualitative posts. Thus, there will be more people for rewarding merits and as a result, the inequality for which some qualitative user may not get enough merit, will be fulfilled.

The activity gets updated once per 14 days. You will get highest 14 activity per 14 days period. You got this period's activity. You have to wait for the next period to come.

I think it is not needed. theymos didn't ask people not to talk about merit abuse or not to tag them. It's your choice.
theymos responded specifically in case of bones261, IMO.
As per the rules of trust (No mandatory rule almost), I can give positive/negative feedback in general terms and of course, the general terms include merit abusing. If a people can abuse merit system, s/he is not trustworthy in my eyes and there is no problem with tagging him/her. If you think, someone is abusing merit, why don't you tag him?

From my observation since joining here, a lot of people demoted to newbie and most of them again got back their rank, either by the grace of their alt accounts or by couple of bucks or by one quality post (behind 100 bounty reports). So, I don't think requiring 1 merit for being ranked up is a great solution. Having 1 merit is nothing hard at all.

For writing, no translator can give you the exact texts what you have meant. Most of the time, the whole meaning of the input text will be changed and sometimes there might be something so wrong that people will misunderstand you.
So, it's better not to use any kinda translator. You should try yourself. Also, if you feel your English isn't so good, you can get help from fittotalk by Jet Cash.

It's not possible and that's what my purpose behind the idea. Those information are needed time to time but you will not get as long as someone like Vod or LoyceV or some others interfere. You may get info from them but not instantly. If you list here, you can find it easily/instantly and so does we. That's why I have shared this.
Anyway, I will update this whenever I get some interesting thread/post or whatever. You may use it someday.

Do you know Wapintar, Needmoney, Woshib, Wipro? I can't list more right now. They have been red-tagged from managing scam bounty. You can check their profile. No matter who is s/he, if someone abuses the system, s/he will get negative feedback. That's it.
If you have enough proof that they are biased to any bounty manager, why don't you create thread with proof? I believe that they will be removed by DT 1.

That thread you have mentioned, is very much informative but the objective of my thread are not same. You can see what example I have used at the beginning. I want to keep track of information which we may need time to time. Once some users start to submit, I think it will be useful for us.
In this list, you may include a thread, a specific comment. Whenever someone needs an information, he will search with the relevant keyword and the output will be faster.

Very often we need some threads/posts for cooperating others. Sometimes, we find those threads/posts easily. Sometimes, we have to spend a couple of minutes or even hours.

Regarding a plagiarism issue-
Someone posted this earlier today and it seemed to me that I have seen such issue previously but I can't remember and I had to spend almost 20 minutes to find out where I have seen.
We may add those to our watchlist, which can be a solution but if we list those in a form, I think it will be easier for us to find out. Kind of keyword search. For example, I have listed 2, one is a thread from theymos and another is a reply from LoyceV.
First one is the "Merit & new rank requirements" and the 2nd one is a reply where LoyceV has listed the first 200 users of this forum. So, if I add all my necessary links here and someone else does so, how easy it will be to find out everything we need. We can get access instantly.

I don't know someone else already shared the idea or there is a better idea than it. If any, please let me know. From now, I will keep updating this spreadsheet with some important links (And I am requesting everyone else) which are needed time to time. You can search with a common keyword or with the name of the thread creator. If you have listed and provided your username, you can search with that too.
