Is this for real?

Why wouldn't it be. The only people that think it isn't is some of the people on this forum. The more it develops and progresses, the more they protest it can't be happening.

Based on common sense maybe?
5823  Economy / Gambling / Re: Ponzi/Greater Fool/Tulip Mania Game Comparison on: March 26, 2013, 10:19:20 AM
I've advertised thebitking.com on coinvistor, earnfreebitcoins and dailybitcoins.

I find that interest in the site comes in batches, for example there will be no bids for a day ten 3 bids all within hours of each other.

As for that template - I believe my game is the only one that doesn't use the template but I could be wrong.
Bitcoin Gold Bar used to use my custom developed script, but it has traded hands a few times and I don't actually know who owns it now Huh
5824  Economy / Securities / Re: AMC Discussion Thread (not self moderated) on: March 26, 2013, 09:36:35 AM
This thread is not self moderated, so people can actually express their opinions!

AMC is selling shares for at least 1 BTC with a 0.01 btc early bird special. Roll Eyes

Net Estimated Revenue/Year/Share 0.00708687 BTC

That is 0.7% a year if you buy it for 1 BTC.

Developing their own "Fast-Hash-240" miners Roll Eyes

Asset issuer ran a company that has being administratively dissolved Roll Eyes

Topic is self moderated  Roll Eyes

Didn't not need it any more.  Thinking about re registering it.

What really nails this as a scam is not the ridiculous share pricing and the lack of contact info, although thats 90% of it right there, it's the fact that the issuer screwed up the contract so badly prior to listing that he had to freeze his security and re-do the contract.

What, he didn't think it thru before listing? I don't get it.

Think Ukyo probably froze it.

The first contract was so bad he was actually claiming he'd have over 100% of total hashpower - and would mine more bitcoins than would be mined in total during the year by all miners.  After that it's hard to take it at all seriously.
The current contract is still laughingly bad too.

Instead of asking me to prove "provably fair casinos can still cheat" is wrong, it's up to you to prove that "provably fair casinos can cheat" is right.

We are not sure what sort of casinos you have dealt with but the platform that we use is fair and honest. Nothing is manipulated. Mersenne twister implementation is used for RNG and we are also discussing possibility of adopting a hardware RNG.

Well, we can understand a fierce reaction of the competition. A serious player has entered the arena with a serious product. But this is business. We don't care about competition much. Though, we do care about our customers, employees and shareholders. That's it.

So, until/unless anyone proves our previous statement and grabs the 5 BTC prize, we cannot accept any groundless claims re: credibility Smiley

I am not affiliated with any bitcoin gambling site. I just advertise them in my sig.

You don't ask someone to disprove cancer can't be cured. You prove it by curing cancer. Likewise, it's up to you to prove that a proper provably fair casino can be cheating.

Heck I'll even throw in a 10 BTC prize for you (or anyone else).

i have just took the initiative and PM'd all the people i burned. sit back and get your popcorn folks cause im going to stun all of you when i refund everybody.
I'm gonna guess more trolling but if you actually repaid the people you scammed that'd be good.
5829  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: "Trade Fortress" on Skype isn't me. on: March 26, 2013, 07:50:53 AM
I've had this Skype forever, it's the name of a game. Who the hell are you? I do have a lot of sales, I don't need to impersonate somebody to make money.
Calm down, I'm just warning people who might assume you are me because we go by the same name.

The graphics are absolutely incredible. Far better looking than any other bitcoin casino I've played at. You're really raising the bar here.
Agreed, but it's not provably fair which means I'm not going to bet anything more than 1 btc on it.

Ahh, so? Then how about this...

We are ready to give a prize of 5 BTC to you (or anyone else) who can prove scientifically that the following statement is wrong:

You can develop a provably fair video slot game that has a payout of 75% only, yet players will not be able to prove this fact unless they do statistical analysis of the actual payouts of the game or have access to the server-side source code.

Unless the above statement is proved wrong, then ANY casino claiming to be provably fair CAN potentially CHEAT in video slot games.

Please note that this applies to video slots only! One more thing to keep in mind is that the above does not state that current provably fair slots are necessarily cheating. It just implies that there is a *possibility* for a provably fair slot to cheat players and thus we come to trust again.

BitcoPlay.com is a 100% fair and honest casino!

This isn't how it works. It's up to YOU to prove that a provably fair casino can cheat. A proper provably fair casino (that lets users give their own inputs) cannot because the user is able to directly influence the results.

Casinos can't generate secrets that are more likely to get the player to lose, because the player's input is ~dozens of characters long and it's simply impossible to brute force through that search space and see if this secret will on average give better results.

Not sure if its a scam or its just a misguided security.

The numbers were reworked. He still expects to have more than 51% of the hashing power.

Est Gross(less power) Revenue 12 Months 708,686.98 BTC

If he is serious, then the best thing for him to do is rework the IPO for 6 Avalon units only - what he has already pre-ordered. And then fund his growth from there AFTER showing that he can successfully mine.

Well, Yes if I buy or develop that many machines I would have that much power.  Our 45nm chips are expected to 6GH/s each.
Cool, wanna do a 100 BTC bet (pirateat40 style) that you'll ship me a 45nm ASIC mining device before the end of the year? Better returns than the "70%" you mentioned.

Or that you'll get over 50% of the bitcoin network hashpower?

I know the answer already and you're going to say no.

Well, I won't say no yet.  Will you escrow it?
Sure, John or nanotube? Since you want escrow it would be your responsibility to pay the fees.

45nm ASIC mining device shipped
Each ASIC chip must have at least 6GH/s
Must correctly mine bitcoin.

Oh and "No, not over 50% there"? So you don't believe you will get over 50% of the network hashpower?

What's that supposed to show? Date/time headers are formatted for display by the mail client, not the sender...

Anyway, the obvious solution here is simply to not play their games. In fact next time they dump, we should just buy them all up.
It shows that whoever created this pastebin has edited the timestamps Tongue

5836  Economy / Gambling / Re: SatoshiCircle.com - A new Bitcoin gambling game that is actually fun to play! on: March 26, 2013, 06:34:07 AM
It seems like a great game with a cool interface, but calling it the best gameplay of any bitcoin casino is a little cocky and unrealistic. If you want to make it more fun and addictive add a wider spectrum of multipliers. If the best I can do is x2/x-2 than it's not so fun. However if there's a x10 or x20 it makes it more interesting.
Yes!

Have different wheels that you can choose from.
5837  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Asset Exchange Marketplace + Rewritable Options Trading on: March 26, 2013, 06:32:35 AM
What happened to your former venture and why was it administratively dissolved?

Did need the Corporation any more, I was working with Achronix on their 22nm FPGA, it was to slow and cost to much.  My re-register the corp in Delaware.
Maybe now you could stop ignoring my wager? What escrow do you want to use for our 100 BTC bet or are you going to chicken out because you know you're not going to (i) finish 45nm ASIC mining chips that do 6GH/s each (fyi, ASICMINER's are ~300 MH/s or something) and (ii) get over 50% of the network hashpower
