5901  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Becoming More Available? on: August 07, 2019, 01:43:49 PM
Bitcoin has become more available but less affordable these days.
I do not think bitcoin has become less affordable, it's always been this way, the price at every particular period can either be affordable to some or not.

And the most important thing to note is that when trying to purchase bitcoins, you must not attempt to acquire one full bitcoin immediately, you can gradually increase your bitcoin portfolio by purchasing the amount you can afford at that particular time, and with time you'll could own one(full bitcoin),two and much more.

Refer to me as part of the Creator, I am one of its child chains, a purposeful fork. So in theory yes, I am part of "God".
I use Creator because it`s a characterization not a deity.
As part of the "creator", just try creating quality posts that wouldn't get deleted, or better still create your own set of rules Grin
5903  Other / Meta / Re: [Re] Basic rules. on: August 07, 2019, 06:13:52 AM
'bounty hunters'
You overreact, I'm flattered.
"gift", not the main goal.
Just like you put the signature "ChipMixer".
You didn't quite get what the word 'bounty hunter" meant in that reply, there are two different types of users with signatures on, those who simply wear a signature just for the rewards attached to it, this sort of people would post on a 13th page thread in the altcoin discussion, they would contribute nothing to discussions and spam the forum just to reach maximum posts.
But the other type simply take their signatures as added bonus or incentive for being a member of this great forum, contributing to the growth of the forum, no doubt, with quality posts and replies, they do not take their signatures as a job.
The former was what @actmyname was actually referring to.
5904  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does anyone else get crazy high anxiety when they transfer btc between wallets? on: August 07, 2019, 05:53:07 AM
It's really nothing to be scared of, though while sending coins i'm always vigilant or rather very careful, it's not like the chances of making mistakes are high, but just to eliminate totally a possible chance of it happening.

When you copy the address and paste, just make sure you check the address properly as there are scammers who use malwares to steal info from phone/laptop keyboards, so it's always good to be careful, not scared.
5905  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Earning bitcoin is hard but i still keep fighting on: August 07, 2019, 05:41:22 AM
I don't see what the moaning is all about, you never expected all this methods of earning bitcoin to be "easy", did you?.
And it depends on what actually you mean when you say it's difficult, imho it's just dedication and effort, not difficulty per se, to make money or profits is never easy, I enjoy trading, I also hodl a part of my coins.if you find it too difficult to earn through this means you listed, then I suggest you buy bitcoins with your local fiat currency.
I always woke up having 20 posts deleted almost everyday and all the comments ive posted removed because of off-topic reasons. I always end up not having a minimimum post count on my campaign...
Then it's left for you to work on yourself and your posts, make them more constructive and relevant to the ongoing discussion, that way it'll reduce the amount of posts you get deleted, though it's impossible not to have posts deleted, but on a fewer rate.
Do not also see signature campaigns as a job, if you cannot reach the maximum posts, it's nothing to be upset about, and it's actually better than spamming the forum just to make sure you do.
5906  Other / Beginners & Help / Don't be lackadaisical about security on: August 05, 2019, 02:39:18 PM
If you fail to secure your bitcoin the right way, there is definitely a high chance of losing them some time now, or in the future, there have been numerous threads on the methodologies required for newbies to adopt to safeguard their coins and keep it theirs.

There are so many measures that newbies must embrace to ensure they do not fall a victim of scam.
This is a very apt link that can help newbies understand what they must do to protect their bitcoin/wallet:

Don't just read, but start today to implement all you read.
5907  Other / Meta / Re: [Re] Basic rules. on: August 05, 2019, 02:18:52 PM
If this happens often not a few people will answer the same question, the end is copy/paste finally cry,

No problem making the topic 1000 the same topic, but the risk is high.

repeat the same words.
No matter how many users provide answers to a question, as long as they don't go copying and pasting the replies of others, it's impossible for them to use exactly the same words.

As long as its not the same generic topics or threads, for example "How to earn bitcoin".As long as the thread presents a new idea, maybe not totally different from an earlier one, but it's a little bit novel, then it's no problem at all.
A thousand people can ask a question or make a topic on a general subject, but each of them can actually be requesting to know on a particular area or segment of that subject or making their own contributions(through topics)on it.
5908  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin’s Price May Be Building for a Move Back Above $11K on: August 04, 2019, 10:27:31 PM
I think bitcoin would get to 15k before this month draws it's curtain, this weekend was indeed a good one for the bitcoin, it kept increasing steadily and now we'll have to wait and see if it crosses 11k, I think if it does, we're going to see bitcoin rally to the 15k mark. This is a good sign that the market would be bearish come the last quarter of this year, let's hope it does.

5909  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Be careful of BTT account impersonation On and off the forum on: August 04, 2019, 11:55:14 AM
I have come across accounts(both group and personal account) on telegram with very much identical name with one from the forum and not just that it's a coincidence they do portray themselves to be the authentic person from bitcointalk
Before engaging in any transaction or deal with someone on telegram on cryptocurrency related matters, it's important to make sure that person has a bitcointalk account, and you must verify if such individual is actually who they claim to be, requesting a pm is a good idea.
And if you must then go ahead with the transaction, it's safer to do so with an escrow service, not just any, but the comprehensive list of bitcointalk escrow service, you can find it in this link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2439910.0
don't know if such measures has been thought about on the forum like users with high trust getting a symbol or mark attached to their account or their alts
I think the trust system is sufficient for this, if a user you attempt to deal with has negative trust, that's a symbol that brandishes a red flag already, but if it's positive trusts, then to an extent, such user can be trusted.
As for their alts, most high ranked members openly declare their alts, as well as add links to it in their main account, to avoid impersonation.
Good post you got there,i do hope newbies adhere to it, even if i doubt they will
5910  Other / Serious discussion / Re: To what extent would death penalty quell corruption on: August 04, 2019, 11:23:02 AM
you would have to throw all the elite, politicians, press, and banks. There would be no one left to run the country.
Wouldn't it be better a country be run by a few honest people, than multitudes of criminals.
sounds right, but it wouldn't work in the world we have
I'm aware of this, our world today has to a large extent legalized corruption, and those at the helm of affairs tilt the law in their favor.
But if somehow it was possible to usurp power from this individuals, would instilling death penalty on corruption help to make things better?
5911  Other / Serious discussion / To what extent would death penalty quell corruption on: August 03, 2019, 09:21:57 PM
Capital punishments are meted out on crimes such as murder, insurrection, drug trafficking etc, and this depends on what the constitution of a country delimit.
Corruption is one standing menace that has eaten deep into the wheels of progress, good life, development in our economy and nations today, while capital punishments are mapped out for crimes that look worse than corruption superficially, it (capital punishment)is not implemented against officials who embezzle funds that could create more employments(ending/reducing unemployment), public figures who swindle funds meant to equip the military against external aggression, funds means to develop hospitals to save lives, funds meant to build new roads and infrastructures meant to make life easier for the common man.

Using Third World countries as base point, most of all this countries are rich enough to make life better for their citizens, but those at the helm of affairs make everything theirs.
If you ask me corruption is a bad as murder, drug trafficking and whatever crime attracts capital punishments, it indirectly leads to all that.

If death penalty is mapped out as punishment for corruption, it'll to a large extent act as a deterrent and reduce its presence in our midst, public officials and those who handle public funds would think twice before trying to embezzle public funds, it may not eliminate it(which is impossible)but it'll reduce it significantly.

5913  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Telegram is a very risky place on: August 03, 2019, 07:03:56 AM
Yesterday, I have visited a IEO group and asked for attention from admin.
The more important thing is not to visit or get involved in all these IEO or ICO groups/projects, what's the need, when its either an outsider of the project trying to scam you or the project owners themselves, either way you're(possibly)being scammed.
5914  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Project Opportunities "Too good to be true" on: August 03, 2019, 04:50:32 AM
Everyone has an idea and no money - so jobs will be offered with promises of future riches.
They(the owners of such companies)are only thinking about making money for themselves, so they hire good brains and try to use their knowledge to enrich themselves.
Make sure you vet the company fully before you sign any contracts.
It's funny how individuals fail to run thorough checks on a company before getting in, it's probably due to the fact that their are so many good brains for a job, but very few establishments to accommodate them, so they are glad to jump into any.
5915  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 02, 2019, 02:12:39 AM
You right, Neymar to City?
What is the reason to sell Sanè for them?
Neymar plays on the same spot.
City can definitely afford Neymar, but I see no chance of them being willing to bring out that sort of amount to acquire him, city have had so many issues with financial fair play over the years and they've learnt to take things easy in the transfer market, after the signing of Rodri, i can't see city bringing out a huge sum of money for a player this window.

Also Neymar may not be the sort of player pep likes in his team, he loves team players, and those who are willing to stay under him, Neymar doesn't have any of those qualities to me
5916  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: August 02, 2019, 01:13:40 AM
I have a strong feeling that Hazard would be proven the worst transfer that Real made during this transfer window.
I hope you're proven wrong, Eden Hazard has finally made his dream move to Madrid and I'm quite glad for him, changing teams and impressing immediately is difficult, and more difficult it is when your new team is in a different country.

Hazard would still need a few more weeks to adapt to the playing style of his new team and manager, for me I do not think there is any need to panic just yet,(this is just pre season)we all are aware of the talent hazard possesses and I'm sure he'll be a hit in the Spanish league for years to come.
5917  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk Forum is Numero Uno on: August 02, 2019, 01:03:21 AM
If user interest is shown, I can update this topic with more precise details and comparisons
What's the need for an update or further comparison, it's a well known fact, bitcointalk is the world's largest cryptocurrency forum and none other compares to it.
5918  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does gambling affect your overall lifestyle? on: August 01, 2019, 05:47:04 PM
Gambling can only affect your overall lifestyle if you let it do, gambling affects the mind, no doubt but that's if you let the desire to always win and get rich through gambling sink deep into your mind.
If you want to control your gambling habits, you must take it as a form of sport, you can either win or lose, and since there is an option of loss, you must curtail how much you put into it.
I am a gambler, but I effectively control my gambling habits, thus it hasn't been able to affect my overall lifestyle in any way.
5919  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 01, 2019, 04:43:16 PM
Juventus are more direct than Man Utd so it could suit Lukaku more than playing at United. It’s a strange deal though imo. Dybala is a better player but maybe both players suit a different teams style.
I think if this strange deal pulls through, United are going to be the lucky ones in the deal, dybala is a far better player than lukaku and would be a great addition to united at this moment.
As for lukaku going the opposite direction, i do not feel juventus would be greatly improved by the addition of romelu lukaku, his qualities have ebbed over the years, except of course he will rediscover himself in juventus, we just have to see how it goes.
Neymar's future saga continues. The Brazilian superstar is reportedly not going to play in the competitive match of Paris St. Germain this season.
I do not think we'll ever see Neymar on a Paris St Germain jersey again, his relationship with the club has turned frosty and I doubt it'll be ever be amended, Neymar would definitely be plying his trade elsewhere, but where? nobody knows.
5920  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: August 01, 2019, 04:29:05 PM
The fact that Kane, someone who was injured throughout Tottenham's most crucial phase last season, is there but not B.Silva is a fucking joke
This year's nominees looks quite so much comical to me,i am wondering what most of those guys are doing on that list, the omission of Bernardo silva who won four trophies with city and an additional one with Portugal is really crazy, but they always tend to go with the more marketable player, the ones capable of making billboards and all that, it's so wrong.
Finally official too ...
Arsenal officially bring Nicolas Pepe from Lille. Arsenal reportedly spent €80 million to bring Pepe. And make Pepe as Arsenal's most expensive player
It's quite a good signing for Arsenal, Pepe is a good player and will add more quality to their team, but if the gunners harbour any desire to win the premier league this season, they need to do more in the transfer market.
