It was Sabalenka who won the title, surprisingly it was a back to back win for her as she was he defending champion. She finished the third set championship point with an ace. The match concluded under two hours, 6-3 3-6 6-1, her second in 2019. It was a gallant effort on the part of Riske though, she won over seeded players Svitolina and Kvitova to reach the finals but no match against Sabalenka, who made a lot of aces.
5962  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Earn 1% in 24 hours on: September 27, 2019, 11:32:36 PM
Thanks for the tip however, I agree that this is a time consuming task and you need to be on your computer, so not worth it unless in my case. Also, if you sending out transactions in and out of the exchanges, isn't it you have to pay for a gas? And then when you exchange TRX from TronLink to your Exodus Wallet, there is also a fee? So I guess you are losing some money as well and maybe not 1% in 24 hours?
5963  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin cross 3K USD this year? on: September 27, 2019, 11:00:06 PM
This is what we would call a bull trap... get the last weak hands to lose faith...

Probably just another shake up and get rid of those weak hands.

It seems to bear market. Should I hold BTC now?

Why $3,000 though? Why not $1,000 so that we can purchase more and fill our bags? Are you one of those weaker hands that we've describing? If you don't have faith or at least very nervous about the current price then why not just hold on your Bitcoin and then let this bearish cycle pass by? Opps, I spoke to soon, Bitcoin somewhat recovered to $8200 now.
5964  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin Is the Third-Most Resistant to 51% Attacks, After Bitcoin and Ethereum on: September 27, 2019, 10:44:48 PM
I'm not surprised if Dogecoin is the 3rd most resistant to 51% attacks, it is one of the old school coins here, wherein the developer was really working hard on its design before putting the product live on the floor. Unlike today wherein the devs are just writing shitty codes just for the heck of releasing them and make money out of it. On the contrary, hackers are having a field day exploiting it and then surprise, surprise those tokens got hack, and people lost their money. If designers and coders will just be like the old school and traditional, instead of thinking of money, programmers back then think of their product first specially how secure it in to such attacks, so no surprises at least for me.
5965  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who are are your bet for this year's boxing fight of the year on: September 27, 2019, 10:23:56 PM
Currently we have 4 of candidates for boxing's fight of the year.

(1) Pacquiao vs Thurman
(2) Joshua vs Ruiz Jr
(3) Fury vs Wallin
(4) Fury vs Wilder

And then the potential:

(1) Alvarez vs Kovalev
(2) Inoue vs Donaire
(3) Spence vs Porter

But at this point I would say that Fury vs Wilder is a good one, back and forth fight and we don't know who really won that's why there is a rematch. Joshua vs Ruiz, on the other hand, was just a lopsided fight. FOTY should be war, like JMM vs Pacquiao, Rafa Marquez vs Israel Vasquez, Barrera vs Morales and Ward vs Gatti. Those fights are really brutal and neither fighter wanted to give an inch. I suggest those casual boxing fans here to watch some of those classic wars.
5966  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: I need a Good developer that can program script for bitsler and dicebot! on: September 27, 2019, 09:59:59 PM
Did you try to post here?

Posting on that board will give your exposure and you could filter applicants and get the best that you think that will fit your needs. You can try Seuntjie bot as referred by @TheUltraElite and maybe plug your strategies and see how it goes for you.
5967  Economy / Speculation / Re: Morgan Creek CEO, Mark Yusko Commented: Don’t Sell Bitcoin on: September 27, 2019, 09:34:33 PM
I think anyone who has been in the crypto scene for long enough knows that this is just a small pullback. This isn't some death rattle and big investors see red numbers all the time.

Just hodl.

True, but I guess many are still in the panic mode when they saw the price going down to $8000 and just decided to push the sell button. Crypto investments is a journey, we might see lots of ups and downs along the way, but if people are going to sell every time their is a big dip, then it's their lost.

I guess it did shake the weak hands again and it's good though, this purge causes the strong hand investors to win (again) in the end. And for those who remain, I'm sure they're taking this opportunity again and could probably wishing the price to dip more.
5968  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: September 27, 2019, 06:04:17 PM
Who would have thought that Osaka was a non-existent this year?
I was looking for her in this draw since I had her in mind but what happened to her? I am not much into reading news by the way, just wondering if you have any information about her. She was the first in the ranking not long ago.

She won the Pan Pacific Open last week beating Pavlyuchenkova 6-2, 6-3 and probably opted not to join this tournament.

Pliskova lost against Yastremska which means we will see a semi in-between Svitolina and Kvitova. In my other post I totally forgot about Kvitova. So she might be another good contestant for the final too considering Barty A has not much competition in her side to reach the final.

Barty will be up against (1) Sabalenka in the semi-finals, I think Barty will have the tools to go to the finals this year.

Kvitova won against Yastremska and Riske upsets Svitolina. So it will be Kvitova vs Riske on the other bracket for the semis.

Just few minutes ago I have some serious lost as Barty lost against Sabalenka in straight sets just first set have some good games in second she was not good enough losing score 7 - 5, 6 - 4 and now watching second semi final Riske A vs Kvitova look like its going to be a very interesting match as both are in good touch.

Thank you for the update, yes Barty lost, wasn't able to watch the match but don't you worry, I also lost some on Barty as well.

Riske upset Kvitova as well. So it looks like we will have a unseeded player winning the trophy this year.
Riske vs Kvitova 7-5, 7-5, so it is a close match as well.

I'll probably stop betting on the Riske vs Sabalenka, probably will try to observe at how this two ladies will fair in the finals.
5969  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Libra will still launch but not in Europe soil - Zuckerberg on: September 26, 2019, 11:36:38 PM
The co-founder of Facebook and the CEO of Libra has broken the silence about the fate of Libra stable coin. According to him and based on the concerns of some countries which has criticized the development of such project and its impact on the existing currency, they are going to handle the project with the utmost sensitivity.

Yeah right, utmost sensitivity my ass. They have been busted already so I don't know what changes they have to do at this point to prove that they will handle everything differently.

I thought they have all fund and network to lobby there way in but they are taking a different approach. Let's see how things will play out, but I know Libra will be launch one day and the team is not ready to stay distance from the development. You can read further from this site: https://cryptodaily.co.uk/2019/09/zuckerberg-breaks-silence-libra?utm_source=OneSignal&utm_medium=App

Their lobby will only works in US soil, how can they lobby it in Europe wherein France and Germany has taken their public distrust about Libra? Of course, they can launch it because they have all the capital in the world, but to be successful across the globe wherein there is so much disdain about the company and the product? That is another question.
5970  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is this still possible today? on: September 26, 2019, 10:51:23 PM
I just find out that some coins might start with very low volume and marketcap and end up growing big? true or false? i tracked back some old coins that start with trading volume around 6k and end up in millions, is this still possible today?

At the current state of the market, if you are looking for a coin that will shoot up in prices, then you have to wait for sometime before you can see a growth. Yes, it's possible, this market is very unpredictable, we have seen coins in the past that really started slow and then gain some traction. But the question is do you have the mentality and the right attitude and have the patience to wait for let's say 2 or more years? Otherwise you will just regret when you see the coins you have invested on suddenly went on a massive growth over the course of the year. I think this is the perfect time to pick up coins, specially the top 10 or 20 altcoin and just hold on them, most of them though doesn't have low volume, but the possibility to grow is there.
5971  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Canelo vs Kovalev WBO Light Heavyweight Championship on: September 26, 2019, 10:29:47 PM
I just checked on those videos where Kovalev lost his two fights against Ward, and I pretty sure Canelo is looking on those two videos, he needs to get in within Kovalev's body, this is where Yard targetted in their second match to win by a TKO if he cannot manage to get in the within Kovalev, Kovalev will use his very long reach.

The second match exposes Kovalev's weakness, against a slugger like Ward who always gets in, he has a hard time landing his jabs, and powerful right, this is something that he should watch out against Alvarez, who wants to get in always at every opportunity.

That is also what the former trainer of GGG, Abel Sanchez has to say:

Quote
"Canelo stops him somewhere between the 7th and 9th round with a good body shot but he is going to work the body until he gets the perfect shot," Sanchez explained.

That's really Kovalev's weakness ever since, I'm not really sure if there something you can do to prepare for a body or liver shot, it's just like when boxer had a glass chin, like Amir Khan. Once it's been touch and broken, it's gone. Kovalev should be more intelligent here, use his jab and distance himself , otherwise Canelo will just target Kovalev's body and it will be painful and probably either make him quit or Canelo will knock him out with one body shot.
5972  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy now or wait for Bitcoin? on: September 26, 2019, 10:08:07 PM
Asking for financial advise?

Anyways, my rule of thumb is to always buy in dips, so we have 2 massive downward target, $8500 and then $8000. So if you bought some at $8500 then definitely worth to buy more at the current price of $8000. And if the price continue to go down then still get some. That's how smart investors think and strategize. However, it is still your call though, the market is ripe for buying, and as the saying goes, buy when there's blood in the street. So if you're planning for a long term hold, then buy and take this opportunity to your advantage.
5973  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do we get the best at this moment? on: September 26, 2019, 09:46:14 PM
After the long time anticipation of most traders on the result of Bakkt's rally, unfortunately it was not positive, critical observations and analysis has revealed that bitcoin has broken below both the symmetrical triangle and the descending which has resulted in a declination below the 200day EMA now. This will automatically extend the bearish market.

There's nothing we can do if the market continue to plummet and we go on other bearish cycle. Maybe Bakkt has nothing to do with it since we are like in the overbought region already.

What a painful condition. The big investors sponsored the failure by selling out the news. How else/how well can we manage this moment,to get the best.

Why not take the advantage by purchasing cheap Bitcoin and buy as many as you can? Instead of bitching around, do something that will be good for you in the future? And we all know that we still have the bitcoin halvening next year, an event wherein everyone is waiting and the real catalyst for the bull run. Don't stress yourself out, just look at the bright side.

5976  Economy / Economics / Re: Binance legally registered at U.S, does Bitcoin will get increase? on: September 25, 2019, 11:19:22 PM
I read in some articles that binance now operate in US https://bravenewcoin.com/insights/binance-u-s-opens-account-registrations,
I thought US banned crypto, why all of a sudden they've adopted the system of crypto like Binance? Do you think, this will affect the market of bitcoin and crypto could be increase now?

Obviously, someone had answered already that US didn't banned Bitcoin or crypto in general.

Now to get their US Binance platform and to fully satisfy US regulations, they have partnered with this so called company, BAM Trading Services, it is a California based company, it is registered as a money services with US FinCen. As far as the effects, we still don't know it, it was just recently launched and remember that not all states supported Binance.US as well. I think you can't created an account if you lived in Texas and New York so that's a minus for Binance for sure. So we really can't say if it will push the price or not, but I guess the good news their market is really expanding and in the long run we might see the impact positively.

5977  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which one is better for you guys ? on: September 25, 2019, 10:54:14 PM
Doing IEO on the top exchange but public response is flat, or IEO on the exchange is not credible or shit exchange but the public is enthusiastic about welcoming it ?

I think people in crypto are very paranoid about credibility and reputation, so I must say that they will ignore a project that will be launch on a shitty exchanges.

I think credibility or reputation is very important that's why projects being launch in top tier exchanges received so much money during their IEO launch. You just have to look at Binance launchpad, how many projects launch under them and how much money was raised so far?
5978  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitmex to blame for the price crash or is it the darn futures? on: September 25, 2019, 10:06:47 PM
Right now more and more discussions relative to the price crash will happen. Some state it as the cause of bitmex, some state it because of Bakkt and very few believe this is common with the bitcoin.

Most people I've heard from have been predicting a fall for at least a week (and they said that before the crash). The 200 day EMA was going to come into use at some point as it is quite a significant level in the stock market and if people keep wanting to do TA here then it's not surprising we fell that far.

The price on binance fell from $9600 to $8500 in 20 minutes (most of that happening in a 5 minute candle - I can't go back to the minute chart) I bring this up as on CMC their 24 hr volume was at $750m and ranked second (a lot more than what it normally is - probably at least 8x afaik).

Yes, there was some prediction about the 200 day EMA and some of them even predicted that the price is going down as low as ~$7000, at least the price remains stable at $8500 and trading volumes are picking up. The market just reacted to the flash crash news, and evidently some whales buy the news, dump huge amount in Bitmex. As for Bakkt, hmm, too early to say, but just remember that when we have CME and CBoE entered the market in 2017 we experienced some massive dump. Not saying that history will repeat itself here, so we really need to wait what Bakkt can bring in the market in the next coming months. It supposed to push the market, but at this point, we're not seeing any, on the contrary it 'might' have contributed to the sudden downward pattern, so let's see.
5979  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Andy Ruiz vs Anthony Joshua II on: September 25, 2019, 09:42:29 PM

~ snip ~

We all know that career doesnt last forever and he will continue to get defeated not only with Ruiz then its over for his career.
If he would be beaten 2nd time on this rematch,he wont back to zero but regaining its popularity and recognition would already be hard.
We know on how people do react and sees fighters that arent already capable of. Preparation for the rematch is quite long and just right for them to be ready.

Losing twice to Andy Ruiz will ruin his career and he needs to go back again and reset everything. How many fights do he need to go to regain that confidence again? While the top HW are banging it's other as to who is going to be the number 1. While Joshua is fighting the left-overs before he can climb up the ladder again. So it's like going back to zero again because he had lost so much of his stature that his name is no longer in the middle of the discussions. Remember that this is not all about boxing, he needs to win this one so that his sponsorship with other brands would continue as well, Under Armour, British Airways and Hugo Boss and many more, so a definitely a must-win for him.

Time for the ladies to shine in the Wuhan Open.

Not much into ladies (not a homo lol). Very unpredictable and some of them screams AF :-P

Lol, yeah I know the screams and the grunts and the match are very unpredictable indeed. But most of the time I watch some interesting games as well. Who would have thought that Osaka was a non-existent this year?

However looking at the current draw I feel Barty A will be one of the finalist and with her we will see either Pliskova or Svitolina depending on the one wins the semi.

I agree that Barty has all the momentum and advantage at this tournament. All the ranked players advantages except for Simona Halep, who retired because of a recurring back injury.
