61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any ideas on why XRPs price is fluctuating? on: December 22, 2020, 11:57:20 PM
Is it just that the holidays are near, and people are cashing out? Or, is it something else? Opinions much appreciated.
I was expecting a correction during the holidays but things are different this time around and XRP had a good rally and with bitcoin moving higher and showing no signs of slowing down we should expect the alts to go down as people will be booking their profits and investing back to bitcoin and it is prime to reach a much bigger valuation in the next one year.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC reached another ATH, what about ETH? on: December 16, 2020, 11:07:25 PM
it will not be enough for ethereum to reach the price of $ 1000 to exceed its ATH. On different exchanges, the price of ATH was different, but we can talk about $ 1500. And I now do not believe that Ethereum has such an opportunity to increase in price by 150%.
There are many huge investments coming into the ETH market and the situation is favorable as many are investing money to stake the coin as well and hence crossing the all time high valuation wont be a big issue and i am expecting the price to start rallying by next year and we might see the price of ETH touching new valuations.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP Could Hit $1 This Year on: December 08, 2020, 11:44:40 PM
I believe a lot of people are putting a lot of faith in XRP to reach $ 1 in 2020, which is quite possible since the recent crypto market is in an uptrend, so XRP will also follow that trend, growing with the series of good news about Ripple recently so I also think XRP will hit $ 1 soon this year.
The recent rally in XRP makes me think that i wont be surprised if the price of XRP testing the dollar mark and it is a realistic possibility now considering how the market was performing in the last month and i am still not sure what is attracting the investors to XRP but still i am not betting against the price reaching a dollar.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can libra Facebook token be purchased now and where at on: November 30, 2020, 11:55:43 PM
I looked for an ico didn't fi d any but they said it. Would launch as early as January 2021 so surely there's an ico somewhere has anyone know where can purchase this token early?
Why would a billion dollar company need an ICO to launch their product, are we just playing around and people are not trying to understand the core reason for ICO  Roll Eyes. It is basically not to take money from random investors but for the project to move forward and to launch from scratch and for Facebook what is forcing them to collect money  Roll Eyes.
65  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊[Boxing] Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Junior [PPV on Nov. 28] on: November 26, 2020, 08:12:06 PM
That's the thing we will find out, we haven't seen them fight for awhile, and though Mike is pretty awesome during his prime or younger days in boxing but that does guarantee he still keep it until now, of all of those drugs and etc.... during his time and maybe after he retired, I'm not sure anymore.
It is not a secret that Mike Tyson is avid party man and he was having a good time with his life having parties and consuming everything that has to offer and it will not be good in the long run and to come back and fight at this age even though if he is clean it will have a toll on his body. I will be surprised if the fight go the distance and if Mike Tyson cannot land the knockout out Roy Jones will win the fight.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Eth2 substantially increase Ether's price? on: November 25, 2020, 07:56:55 PM
Will the scaling upgrades and the staking of Eth2 make Ethereum significantly more valuable?
Are you following the market, the price of ETH has increased multiple folds in the past few months and you still think that it will not make any significant difference in the valuation. The price has reached to levels that were far stretched to reach last year and with the way the market has performed we might see the price touching its all time high valuation next year and hopefully we will continue on those levels even after the correction.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2020... Altseason? on: November 25, 2020, 04:27:23 PM
Everything has been marked by a very strong market since last week. This way, the altcoin season will really happen soon. This year is still early and will reach its climax when bitcoin hits the price of $100000.
If you are realistic about the valuation then it might take another 5 to 7 years to reach those valuation and as a bitcoin investor for a long time i am happy to book my profit and i might even sell everything i hold if it reaches those valuation and i might purchase a yacht and go for a world tour Cheesy .
68  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy after COVID-19 on: November 24, 2020, 11:17:59 PM
As far as the mainstream economy goes, I think it'll take a long time before we're able to experience a recovery post-pandemic. What matters is everyone's health above anything else. With new vaccines announced, there's light at the end of the tunnel. With a healthy population, the economy will be able to rise to its former glory. Everything will depend on the collaboration of the government and citizens in order to live a normal life once again. Just my opinion Smiley
I am not having that much hope regarding the collaboration of the government and the citizen is many cities and i could see many people roaming here and there without wearing a mask, it is annoying when you are in close proximity to anyone who does not care about basic precautions and i there were times i requested a stranger to wear a mask a couple of times but you very well know what they will be responding  Cheesy.

Hoping for a miracle recover for the economy rather than expecting too much and then getting disappointed and that is the case with vaccine development.
69  Economy / Economics / Re: More Banks maybe Closed and cryptocurrency exchangers are new way of banking on: November 24, 2020, 08:34:33 PM
Stable currencies are Our new currency.
And cryptocurrency exchangers are our new banks.
If you wish to consider stable currencies as your currency and exchanges as you bank then you have not seen the numerous hacks that happened in the market so far and the billions lost. I use stable currencies but not for the long hold but to trade according to the market situation.

The binance should Open offices in some physical locations so the customers can swap their cash to btc or Other coins such us stable currency.
Do you know that Binance is trying to get rid of the US customers as they do not want to have any issues with the authorities and they do not have a physical exchange anywhere as far as i know and if you think that they will start something which they are trying to avoid for a long time Grin.
70  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊[Boxing] Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Junior [PPV on Nov. 28] on: November 23, 2020, 09:42:37 PM
Try to watch his training on youtube you can see that he's still a beast not just on his physically but his punch still can knock out anyone.
All the training videos were impressive but the problem is those videos were a few seconds in length and you cannot understand how the condition he is in and whether he would be able to last eight rounds and my only concern is with the health of Mike Tyson even though he looks impressive in those short videos.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: LTC relation with BTC as of husband and wife :) on: November 23, 2020, 08:14:33 PM
LTC is considered to be the silver of Bitcoin, where do you see the LTC price next to bitcoin in the future? I think it will hit $256 at the end of this year
In the begging it was considered as a silver to bitcoin and it was fun but then when the rest of the coins started coming out it took a back seat. In the past few weeks the price started to rise along with the rest of the alts in the market but for the coin to reach $256 is a tough task. I would be happy to see LTC touching $100 and i am curious to know how long it can rally.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: DEX must take over on: November 22, 2020, 11:52:32 PM
Decentralized exchanges need to take over centralized exchanges in the future, going fully decentralized is what makes more sense around crypto, centralized exchanges can be controlled by the law and government, I heard court is asking users data from centralized exchanges too, just imagine if all exchanges in crypto space are all DEXs, I know that DEX has its flaws too but it's safer than centralized exchanges
Assume that the government is after DEX, they can really shut down any exchange they want and make things difficult for anyone. Right now we are in a free zone where everything goes and i really doubt the future of privacy coins as well and whether we will be able to trade in centralized exchanges. The problem right now with DEX is that there is not much liquidity and i have not been to a DEX exchange in a very long time.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scam Token on: November 21, 2020, 11:59:42 PM
at Uniswap ?, you already know for sure that Uniswap is a decentralized exchange,
of course a token can be very easy to enter there, it's just that liquidity is added from the member or team,
if the team of a project doesn't add liquidity then their token has no meaning list on Uniswap, there are many, and of course it's a scam.
This is a problem everyone will be facing, anyone can create a liquidity and it would be a surprise that the majority of these tokens will last the next few months, it is a pump and dump market and anyone investing in it should be really careful as the number of scams are increasing and especially with the bitcoin rising to new levels expect the scammers coming in with different methods.
74  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 💰 Summer Tokyo 2020 💰 Discussion and bet thread 💰 Summer Game 💰 Postponed 21 on: November 19, 2020, 11:59:31 PM
245 days left for the Olympics as per the official website and there is no other updates regarding how they are going to manage this mega event.
I would like to see the event and all the sports activities during the pandemic were well received and even if they are not able to allow audience in massive numbers i hope they will carry on with the event.
75  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin bullrun and correction period on: November 18, 2020, 06:46:47 PM
Bitcoin has been so bullish from last couple of week and this is exactly how 2017 bullrun started and as we discuss this Bitcoin has already crossed $17k, so are we ready for bullrun and a possible correction period post Bullrun?
We are going through a bull run as it has broken many major resistance with ease in the past few weeks and it is really hard to predict where the market would reach by the end of this year. Either way it is promising for the investors and many could book their profit if they want to.

Last time we were not ready for correction period as a result many sold bitcoin lesser price our of panic which creates more negative impact, will it be different and mature response from users this time if similar thing repeats? Kindly share your opinions.
Not sure what is the negative impact you are talking about. The market was pumping for a very long time before we had a major correction in 2017.
76  Economy / Economics / Re: I lost my job, how about you guys? on: November 18, 2020, 02:55:09 PM
Many lost their jobs due to the epidemic but you are right that many have overcome this crisis very easily through small business and investment. The demand for Bitcoin from Fiat currency has increased significantly. Jobs Everyone is leaning towards investing in Bitcoin to increase their capital as the price of Bitcoin is rising. in rural areas they have no idea about bitcoin but they have been able to deal with the situation very easily through small businesses. Gradually everything will change.
What small business you are talking about when everything was forced to shutdown  Huh. All the small business as well as any business be it small or big were forced to shut down without any rehabilitation plans on when to resume and anyone who made money during this period is online merchants and it is impossible for everyone to take advantage of this process if you are not having internet connection or not having the knowledge of online merchants.
77  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy Low, Sell High on: November 17, 2020, 11:42:24 PM
It requires a lot of patience and control over emotions if one wants to sustain into crypto market especially Bitcoin wherein everyone predicts Bitcoin to cross $100k even when there is a pump of $500 and they are they same people who term Bitcoin as bubble even for slightest downfall, we need to look at the history of Bitcoin in order to understand it's fall and rise instead of predicting just by going through current trend.
I am not following anyone who is predicting some crazy valuation but the fact is we had the potential to profit big time if you are able to purchase when the price went down and all you need is the patience to hold for a few years and then you could multiply your asset multiple times and that is always the smart choice to make.
Personally i will not invest in any asset when the market is high.
78  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Gang uses crypto for illegal purposes on: November 17, 2020, 09:56:07 PM
In china the government reported a case where a gambling Gang as they stated were using cryptocurrencies to transfer funds abroad. According to them trillions of yuan's are illegally being transferred abroad due to gambling.
Looks like a big mafia gang laundering money through gambling sites Cheesy.

They are taking it further by saying how it's not just a financial problem but it's a conspiracy against their nation as a whole.
Plus if people wants to engage it's their personal preference not the fault of the on-line crypto casinos.
This is the typical way in which the Chinese government rules, they will always find conspiracy when people want to access their freedom and there is no freedom for anyone to do whatever they want.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum: $500, $400, or $800? on: November 16, 2020, 11:52:59 PM
The important resistant is 500$ now. But I remember when at the end of 2017 ethereum passed 500 and went to 1400 just in one month. It was in December 2017. So probably the same will repeat in December this year after Ethereum 2.0 launch
Even if the Ethereum market is able to replicate the past rally it will take a much longer time even if Ethereum 2.0 is launched to reach its all time high valuation, i am expecting the market to move to those levels by next year rather than this year. The markets are performing exceptionally well this year than i expected and hopefully we will see that continue next year as well.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will YFI go down again? on: November 16, 2020, 11:32:23 PM
FOMO Defi is still continuing and now YFI is up 22% this week,
of course this is a good moment for YFI holders when they bought at a low price last week, congratulations,
if you want to buy it, wait for a correction, at YFI it is very risky because this token is very volatile.
It is hard to see that the market of these tokens are rising considerably and when you missed the entire boat you tend to think what is making these market rally so much so that the valuation of YFI is higher than bitcoin which is crazy in itself and when i checked the market there are a lot of buyers pouring their money in it. For all the investors reap when you can Grin.
