61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Savedroid is a scam and yet it had 4/5 rating on ICO Bench. on: April 18, 2018, 09:52:40 PM
If this is a scam then ICO rating means it cannot be trusted. These ICO rating sites are already fully paid by their clients and doesn't care if this ICO's are scam or not. Bette do your own diligence and do not rely on ICO ratings anymore.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buying NEO on: April 18, 2018, 06:40:56 PM
Do you think is a good time for buying some NEO now? Whit many Ico coming could be the last chance before the price is going to increase much.
It is still a good time to buy because it is still not pumping yet. The current price is still in recovery mode and making a momentum to rise again. Make sure you already have your NEO before it tanks again.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is Telegram the new measure of ICO success? on: April 17, 2018, 07:53:08 PM
Been seeing projects' Telegram groups blow up and I think that's an attribute of success. Personally, when I find a project, I do judge them by their social media presence. How active a telegram channel does say a lot with their demand.

With the rise of groups exceeding Telegram's 50k member cap...what do you guys think?

Article: https://news.bitcoin.com/telegram-followers-the-new-metric-for-cryptocurrency-success/
It is not  the basis of an ICO to success. Majority of its members are just payed by the team to join telegram. There are many ICO that is successful abut only few members in their official telegram.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can any other crypto replace bitcoin? on: April 17, 2018, 03:46:15 PM
There are many cryptocurrencies out there, the fluctuation is wide and big. There’s a need of a coin that uses a process to stabilize its value.

No doubt that there is no other cryptocurrency or altcoin that can supersede the bitcoin. At least not for the next 5-10 years. Of course there are many rising competitors like Ethereum, ripple and litecoin.

Do you agree???
I agree that there are no altcoin that can replace bitcoin for the next 5-10 years. Bitcoin is so limited and very rare compared to the new existing altcoins. They didn't experience what bitcoin experience when it was first introduce in the market.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $1000 in bitcoin or XRP? on: April 17, 2018, 02:20:39 PM
Interested on what you think would be a better investment right now. What would have the best ROI?
I know XRP has a lot of bad press but purely from a investment point of view I’m hedging more towards XRP.
It depends on you how much risk can you manage. We all know that XRP is a very risky investment, the fact that many are already get loss during its last pump and dump scenario which made by the greedy bankers. In my opinion I prefer a  lesser risk because you can sleep well during the red market.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: is bountyhive safe for doing bounties ? on: April 16, 2018, 08:59:55 PM
hello guys, i found bountyhive this day and i found out that i need to login my facebook account or twitter account inside the website in able for them to count my stakes. Does anyone using bountyhive here ? what are your thoughts ? is it safe ?
I haven't join in bountyhive but base on the feedback it is fine to join and have no problem with their bounty. You don't need to report because they are using a bot that counts your post or tweet that is why it is required to sign in using your account.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is ETH also a bubble like bitcoin? on: April 14, 2018, 07:12:42 PM
ETH prices continue to fall below 400. Is this really necessary for ETH to really explode in 2018. Or is this just a bubble?
If it is a bubble it will not pump up like what is happening today. Downside is already part of the movement in cryptocurrency.  Don't expect it to go up everyday, even bitcoin and other top altcoins are have the same fate like bitcoin.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sudden Rise up mean Bull on: April 13, 2018, 11:57:47 AM
We all experienced a sudden rise in the whole market. is it mark of bull market ? whats your opinions ?
I think it is the start of bull run. A while ago,  the market up by $1B and continue to grow. This is the moment we are waiting for. Make sure you didn't sell early because you will regret it later if you do.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH is now dying, what do you think? on: April 12, 2018, 03:59:43 PM
Crypto market is been red for last 3 months. Everyone has lost money. What do you think?

I think you are not reading the news. The market is already recovering from past dumps. Even bitcoin jump as high as $1000 in just 30 minutes a while ago. I am expecting it to go up on the next day so be ready for  green market later.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin earning on: April 12, 2018, 02:56:15 PM
difference between mining and investing bitcoin.
Which of the two options and more profitable???

Each investment scheme have its own advantage and disadvantage. Bitcoin trading is profitable if you know how to read charts. You also need patient to avoid loses. Mining needs technical knowledge to maintain the hardware and it needs bigger capital to start unlike trading but once you already done with the installation, you can sit sleep and earn while checking your hardware to run smoothly.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can't figure out why the price of altcoins are dropping so fiercely on: April 12, 2018, 11:59:46 AM
Price of so many altcoins is dropping so severely ... When will the market reborn?
It will recover if the altcoin you are buying have a solid project. If you are still buying shitcoins don't expect that your portfolio will increase. Learn from the past and use your experience to gain more profit.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The market goes up or bull-trap ? on: April 11, 2018, 03:39:07 PM
The market goes up  or bull-trap ?
You guys have any opinion about this ?
I think it is not a bull trap anymore. Its been long since we saw a green market. Whales won't let the market Bo be stagnant because they will not profit from it. They will pump it again to make a profit.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty and too many participants on: April 11, 2018, 12:59:49 AM
Hello community!
What do you think about popularity of the bounty campaigns? I see many new participants joining bounty campaigns, especially Twitter and Facebook. With more and more new participants, we will earn less and less rewards, also many of potential buyers would rather join bounty campaign than invest to ICO - again less rewards for bounty participants.
I hope that we will see some regulations here and bounty campaigns be more strict in rules and they will choose only the best participants.
So, what is your opinion, guys?

Sounds like greed is flowing into your veins like the pioneers here in bitcointalk. Bounty campaign is for all, don't be like other greedy pioneers that use merit system to get more profit in bounty campaigns than the new ones.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how do you think there will be a growth in the currency? on: April 10, 2018, 05:15:25 PM
in recent years, a lot of questions about the increase or fall of the market, do you think the market is stabilizing now? how soon? and what do you think about the future fate of crypto?
I believe the market is stabilizing except for shitcoin. There are some altcoins starting their moves and make a small pump as a starter. Bitcoin is also having a head and shoulder and I believe this a start of going up anytime soon.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you even read whitepaper bro? on: April 10, 2018, 02:43:33 PM
Let be real. How many of you guys actually read the whitepaper? I read whitepaper sometimes, but reading multiple of them can be a burden and a headache. Do you guys got any tips on getting through whitepaper a little faster. It killing a lot of time. Thank.
I read white paper if the project seems promising. But I always prioritize the team when I research a new project. That saves my time because I don't need to read a whitepaper if I don't like the team behind the project.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I buy BItcoin or Litecoin on: April 07, 2018, 11:12:10 AM
Please don’t say 50 percent of each

BTC or Litecoin!
There is no doubt that Bitcoin is the best cryptocurrency to buy and hold. Altcoins only follow the price of bitcoin if it rise or fall. It is also clear tht bitcoin is the gold standard and Litecoin call himself a silver of bitcoin.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Staking or Mining? on: April 07, 2018, 04:21:18 AM
Which do people prefer? Staking/Masternodes or mining?

I personally prefer setting up masternodes...

You COMPLETELY control the collateral and the ROI is often MUCH better than staking and mining.

However, they can be pretty difficult to set up. But I found this cool service that guides you through the entire process for only $50 and can get your masternode set up in only a couple hours...

Here's a link to the thread >>> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3213738
I think staking is the best of all because it doesn't need a huge amount or required coins to stake while master nodes needs a lot of money to be able to join. Hardware mining is also need a lot of money to assemble a rig and needs a technical knowledge.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IBM: Blockchain Economy Will Hit $3.1 Trillion on: April 06, 2018, 06:09:33 PM
"At IBM’s Think 2018 conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, the computing giant pushed for businesses to break out and adopt blockchain technologies.

Company leaders say the emerging technology is triggering a global movement effecting “supply chains, financial services, government and healthcare” as leaders experiment on active blockchain networks to redefine the fundamentals of business transactions.

IBM also highlighted its development of the world’s smallest computer, which was designed to help companies integrate the blockchain by verifying the authenticity of goods as they are shipped around the world. The chip is smaller than a grain of rock salt and costs less than 10 cents to make."

https://dailyhodl.com/2018/04/03/ibm-touts-3-1-trillion-blockchain-future/

If you weren't convinced that blockchain was the future. Grin

Can't wait till more industries and companies start adopting blockchain.
We expect it to happen because there is no one that can stop the blockhain technology from growing. It will surely boom few years from now. Financial institutions and even big companies are now starting their own research and position their company to a new technology because competition is just a few yards away.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Twitter banned advertising crypto currency on: April 06, 2018, 04:06:21 PM
LONDON (Reuters) - Twitter Inc (TWTR.N) will start banning cryptocurrency advertising from Tuesday, joining Facebook and Google in a clampdown that seeks to avoid giving publicity to potential fraud or large investor losses.

The prohibition will cover advertising of initial coin offerings (ICOs) - crowdfunding used to raise cash by creating new coins - as well as token sales, the San Francisco-based firm told Reuters on Monday.

The new policy, which will be rolled out over the next 30 days, will also ban ads by cryptocurrency exchanges and cryptocurrency wallet services, unless they are public companies listed on certain major stock markets.

For Japan, these will be limited to crypto exchanges regulated by its national financial regulator, Twitter said.
As far as i know, it is only the advertisement regarding cryptocurrency ttht they are banning but not all crytoccurrency content. You can still post tweet or retweet regarding cryptocurrency.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: life of a trader on: April 06, 2018, 01:21:11 PM

Being a trader will really glued your time in a front of your laptop or computer. But there are applications like Blockfolio that will lessen your activities in front of computer. You can make an alarm if it reach a certain price depends on the alarm that you set.
