62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BITSDAQ EXCHANGE SETTING A BAD LEGACY FOR AIRDROP/BOUNTY? on: June 23, 2019, 09:05:50 AM
I just earned some token by logging into the site. But then they obliged KYC and I stopped following it. I don't trust a platform that doesn't fulfill its promises. I don't understand those who trust. An exchange that I will never deposit; Bitsdaq

I believe KYC is only require for withdrawal. For the swap, you do not need to KYC:)

Yes exactly. You don't need any KYC procedure for token swap.
But I don't have any idea if you want to withdraw any currencies. It may require KYC.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My vision of the market in the coming months on: June 22, 2019, 12:06:49 PM
I think FOMO is loading for Bitcoin. We can see it on the market now already. Bitcoin has raised 2k in 2 days.
It is not normal price rise. It is the effect of FOMO!
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Libra the Ethereum + Ripple + EOS + TRON + .... killer? on: June 22, 2019, 12:00:32 PM
Is Libra the Ethereum + Ripple + EOS + TRON + ....   killer?

https://developers.libra.org/docs/assets/papers/the-libra-blockchain.pdf

From paper we see what they try to do and is a combination of coins I mentioned. Can they survive in a war against Facebook?

Libra is not interested in any coins or altcoins. It's just a threat to the system itself. If the Libra will be successful, someone may come up and say that decentralization is unnecessary. Other than that, it is nothing more than a simple and central stable coin.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra's Fee is Your Privacy on: June 22, 2019, 11:56:16 AM
Someone please convince me that Facebook isn't going to analyze every transaction being made between family, friends and users. I think it's fair to us to have our privacy protected. They already know everything else about us and now they will have our spending habits?

David Chaum who is a OG cypherpunk and privacy advocate wrote to Mark early on asking if he could help with any future projects regarding privacy yet Mark didn't even respond. Instead David has set out to create his own privacy payments and messaging platform coined Elixxir.

Looking forward to seeing how both of these projects play out and how people choose privacy over none.

"Decentralization" & "Re-Centeralization" !!!
That's the whole point ... While Bitcoin and its derivatives are trying to decentralize human life ... Facebook has made a move that will be central to the usual. I think it's unreliable that a company with so much data is in its own hand!
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So ... It's too early to compare Lybra with Bitcoin? on: June 19, 2019, 09:54:12 AM
Libra is a simple global currency and financial infrastructure that empowers billions of people. Libra consists of three parts that will work together to create a more inclusive financial system:
1. It is built on a blockchain that is safe, measurable, and reliable.
2. This is supported by asset reserves designed to provide intrinsic value.
3. This is regulated by an independent Libra Association which is tasked with developing ecosystems.

Are you aware that when they are busy with this project and we are also busy promoting their projects through this post. yes oral indeed very quickly affects society.
then what makes you so sure about this project? but I personally don't think that this is IMMEDIATELY, while Bitcoin is very decentralized and Lybra is more focused on finance.
so I think this is just about developing the adoption of blockchain technology in the future and cannot be compared to the investment aspects of the value of bitcoin. because bitcoin has been around for a long time and will remain the cryptoqurrency market leader.

It would be a big mistake to compare Bitcoin with a crypto currency released by Facebook. Note that Bitcoin is decentralized. Facebook is completely centralized!
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trade on Latoken on: June 18, 2019, 08:38:05 AM
I am interested in trading in Latoken, a few weeks ago I was invited by friends to trade in Latoken, so far I have gained new experiences with a few coins and got a little profit.
I want to share my experiences here and make sure that Latoken is safe, is my decision right?

From my perspective there are great similarities between Latoken and old Cryptopia! That's why I'd rather stay away!
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BNB new IEO coming soon! on: June 18, 2019, 08:35:37 AM
Binance has announced that it will sell a token through DEX. This may not be the case for a new IEO. Moreover, the price decline in the BNB due to US-based decisions may delay the publication of the next IEO.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoin will whales enter next? on: June 17, 2019, 08:17:52 AM
My theory is whales will enter HST decision token next, as HST are about to announce a significant contract with a major government or global business to supply HST tokens to power the voting platform.
Stand clear and watch the whales enter HST decision token today.

Frankly, I don't think there's any way to know that. And here's the trick. Every time they make money by surprise.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Locked out of HitBTC on: June 17, 2019, 08:15:51 AM
It seems I have been locked out of my account over a month now by HitBTC since I deposited some thousands of LIFE coin in their wallet.
I enter my correct email and password which takes me to authentication but 2FA always says "incorrect or expired code". I have sent hundreds
of tickets to their support team but not even a single reply.
Any advice on what to do to recover my funds?
Your advice would be highly appreciated
Thanks

I'm sorry about your situation. I had a problem with a small investment. And I opened three records on this. It's been two years. Still there is no answer. I hope you can get yours.
71  Economy / Exchanges / Re: ABCC exchange on: June 16, 2019, 04:04:48 PM
Anyone using this exchange? I am having some coins listed there, since I have never used this exchange, I would love to hear some words from you. Any feedback on this?

I know this exchange is new and I haven't tried it yet. But there is something I don't understand. Is it too hard to understand that this is not the place? Title should be moved to the "Services" section!
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Russia wants to make a Transaction Island Using Cryptocurrency on: June 16, 2019, 04:02:05 PM
General Director of Russia's Eastern Investment and Export Promotion Agency, Leonid Petukhov, asked for the discourse to form a special business center on Ussuriysky's Bolshoy Island.
General Director of Russia's Eastern Investment and Export Promotion Agency, Leonid Petukhov, asked for the discourse to form a special business center on Ussuriysky's Bolshoy Island.

"We want to make a big financial center there. Most likely we will use the currency and forest product stock exchanges, all of which are crypto based," Petukhov said, asked by the Russian News Agency.

I couldn't understand why did you write same words twice here really! Can you explain to all of us Smiley Could this be a good copy-paste example?

All countries have efforts to somehow keep pace with the blockchain and crypto order. We already see that. But I don't see any sources in your news. Could you at least share the source of this news with us?
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple giveaway on: June 16, 2019, 03:57:33 PM
This thread should be in Bounties section definitely. It is a campaign about an exchange. I think admins will handle it.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you have any idea what Thorecoin is? on: June 15, 2019, 08:21:36 PM
As the subject line says, Do you have any idea what this Thorecoin is??

I sorted the coinmarketcap list based on pricing and suddenly it appeared in front of me. Third highest in price beating some very prominent cryptos in the market. I could not find much information about it even after visiting their website so can anyone help me to understand what their business goal is why it suddenly started getting momentum??

Any help will be appreciated!

Coinmarketcap rankings and numbers can sometimes be misleading. Such coins can appear in the list as a result of instant increases and decreases and then disappear.
I've never heard about it BTW.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: US Citizens are Getting Excluding from Exchange's. It's DEX Time! on: June 15, 2019, 08:19:56 PM
Do not use EOSex! It is not working, the project is completely dead. They claim that new owner will solve all problems, but it seems that this doesn´t happen!

I had a few problems trading at EOSex. But there is no one who can solve these problems. Luckily I didn't invest in big amount.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you know xCrypt IEO on IDAX? on: June 13, 2019, 06:35:05 AM
I heard about the Xcrypt project long ago. First they decided to make ICO. Then there was no success, the idea of IEO emerged. So far, things have not gone well again. I think it is necessary to take very urgent and correct steps.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Financial Projects on: June 13, 2019, 06:31:26 AM
What do you think for the new trending financial projects like - Compound, dYdX and DAI stable coin from Maker?

The number of stable coins is increasing day by day. This will bring together a qualifying process in the future. In the near future we can monitor stable coins that have been erased from the market.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 5 coins to buy today? on: June 12, 2019, 10:02:14 AM
If someone is going to invest in cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin and Ethereum are always a must. XRP, BNB and EOS, one of the largest in the market. Therefore, the explosions to be experienced in these may not be too much.

But even today we saw new projects, experiencing an increase of 300%.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How To Know Whether Your Account Has Been Safe Till Now” on: June 12, 2019, 09:59:01 AM
You are trusting various internet companies with your passwords. With data breaches becoming more common like the following 👇

I've never trusted any platforms. Even seems trustable ones. Security breaches are always visible. Therefore I think you should always use different passwords.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this the end for EOS? on: June 11, 2019, 06:13:46 PM
Guys what the hell this article freaked me out: https://cryptotradernews.com/insights/weiss-crypto-ratings-downgrades-eos/

I mean it's just a rating I get that and the author of the article says that EOS is doing just fine but this whole centralization idea has sparked negative comments around EOS.

Thoughts?

Although EOS has a lot of potential, the market has too many competitors. And the fact that Ethereum can work with POS may be threatening the future of EOS.
