61  Other / Politics & Society / Re: In Qatar called "unfounded" the rupture of diplomatic relations with six countri on: June 06, 2017, 10:00:04 AM
This is absolutely unbelievable! Qatar withdraws from the military industrial complex, so now they are being labeled as terrorists! This is exactly what they did to Iran that caused the hostage crises. No wonder Iran is supporting Qatar by sending them resources. We simply cannot afford more blowback. The US needs to get its nose out of there right now! It's real easy for politicians to talk tough to other countries when it is not them that are going to be the ones suffering the consequences of such trash talking!
62  Other / Politics & Society / Retarded propaganda against Russian and the alternative media is unjustifiable! on: June 06, 2017, 09:56:43 AM
There are paid Zionist trolls who shill for candidates like Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, even on forums like Bitcointalk. We must beware.

This whole liberal democratic bullshit about Russian intervention in the US election is simply the Red Scare v3.0.

Why is antiwar.com listed as a "fake news site" by the government? The propaganda is real, wake up!!

Seriously, it doesn't help that every single hit video game that is released today is a first person terrorist training first person shooter game that starts it's campaign in either the Middle East, or with murdering Russians and African militia in video games. They are training our kids to become terrorists, like the USraeli military and Al Qaeda.

I have previously written for the independent media, and I know friends who regularly write for sites like Liberty Hangout, Cop Block, and Antiwar.com, I can assure you, these aren't people who are paid by Russian syndicates to troll the internet, these are people legitimately fed up of the government, who want to stand up to the disease that is statism. This is unbelievable!
63  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you think ISIS uses Bitcoin? on: June 06, 2017, 09:49:45 AM
Why use a currency that is associated with anonymity when the whole world knows where you get your money from: The United States government, Saudi Arabia, and Israel.

Do your research. ISIS is a United States' funded organization. Operation Cyclone started out as an op where Reagan and his cronies began to fund the Mujahideen, to fight the Soviets in Afghanistan. We now know them as the Taliban.

Once called "Freedom fighters", they are now conveniently declared terrorists because interests changed, the arms fell into the hands of a different administration.

Again, I reiterate: America created ISIS.

No, they do not use Bitcoin. They use the USD, and the petrodollar. Oh, and they have a lot of it, too! Did you know that Bin Laden was part of the Saudi Royal Family? Yes, he was unhappy with how the Saudi government had ties with the US government. In fact, this is a talking point for Republicans who believe in labeling Arab anarchists as terrorists, too!
64  Other / Off-topic / Re: New rank suggestion: Legendary Shitposter on: June 06, 2017, 09:42:26 AM
This is a retarded idea.

Lmao, spotted the Legendary Shitposter I forgot to mention in my OP. Maybe I should make a list? Lol.

Is it bad that people defend their point of view? If you don't like then don't communicate with him. I also do not support it, but that does not mean that he should be silent. Our argument with him see a lot of other people draw their own conclusions. Why would a forum if we all support each other?

The problem isn't that people defend their point of view. The problem is that they "defend" it by deflecting to absurdity and Ad Hominem. There are famous examples of revered people that do this, too.

I am the only one on the forum that uses logic, and is capable of forming coherent sentences. I deserve better.
65  Other / Politics & Society / Re: You eat pork you look like pork on: June 06, 2017, 09:39:13 AM
Reminds me of the time white people nearly wiped out a group of races and then went "oops", before proceeding to put the survivors in camps, prisons, and the faces of target practice boards for cops and military personnel, the biggest welfare whores in the United States of AmeriKKKa.
66  Other / Meta / Re: Lot of member,sr,hero multiple account on: June 06, 2017, 09:23:12 AM
Those who have multiple account, should be blocked or removed from this forum.
Well,it's ironic you're from Bangladesh and most of the people coming from your country make their living off signature campaigns. On.On my visit to Dubai,I met 4 Bangladeshi's who rented a cheap service apartment and all they do is make money from signature campaigns operating from 5-10 accounts, almost 10-12 hours per day. This was back in 2016.

What does his country have anything to do with his views on signature campaigns? Attack the argument, not the person through his country. His country means absolutely nothing because he didn't choose to be born in Bangladesh, and he can't really control the spammers that happen to be from his country. Would you also call it 'ironic' if a white American teen showed up to a school without a gun?

Also, I don't know if you're trying to be funny, but nobody can make a living out of signature campaign earnings. Those who can, would not be the type of people to buy internet access and get started on forum posting.

@OP: Nice work, keep it up.
67  Economy / Reputation / Re: STOP PARENTAL CONTROLLING, COCK-BLOCKING AND NITPICKING NEW MEMBERS on: June 06, 2017, 09:06:31 AM
u sure that you aren't just writing nonsense because of that Yobbit signature? Roll Eyes The rating on OP is well deserved; case closed.

Nobody argued against whether or not the rating on the OP is well deserved. Your cliche, shrewd, dismissive Ad Hominem wording that refers to my participation in a signature campaign, while simultaneously attempting to use that point to try and somehow claim that it makes my post any less valid will not have the intended effect on me, because it is not only irrelevant, but overdone.

Additionally, of the list of people that you cited, it does not matter who the people are, they rushed and defended the moderators, when in fact, nobody here except for the moderators and the OP themselves would be able to discuss this issue. They have context on the issue, we do not. Therefore, to be favoring one guy over the other would clearly be taking sides. Let's be objective here.
Smiley)

PS: You writing "Case closed" means that we have concluded this, I will not be responding to any posts you make regarding this matter.
68  Economy / Economics / A $10,000 Bitcoin is possible, but it won't be what you think it would be on: June 06, 2017, 06:11:43 AM
People often tend to miss the point with such posts. Yes, I believe it is possible for Bitcoins to be valued at $10,000 USD or greater at some point in the future, but only because the USD is going to suffer from inflation. Not all of us are taking this into account. Bitcoin's value does not come from the USD at all. Let's stop making the comparison, for the sake of economics. It is not a substitute or a competitor of the USD either. It is *actual money*. The US dollar bills are debt slips. Bitcoin is based on supply and demand. It may or may not be the currency of the future, but cryptocurrency definitely is!
69  Other / Meta / Re: Lot of member,sr,hero multiple account on: June 06, 2017, 06:06:14 AM
Those who have multiple account, should be blocked or removed from this forum.

This sounds like a bad idea. It is difficult to enforce rules regarding multiple accounts because of the relative ease to which one can evade detection (VPNs, Proxy servers, etc). This would only discriminate against forum users who do not know about such methods.
70  Economy / Reputation / Re: So Lauda is Theymos on: June 06, 2017, 06:03:58 AM
I do not think you understand what "corrupt" means. It is not possible for forum moderation staff to be "corrupt", as they are not in a position where they can receive money in exchange for special favors. Unless we are looking at forum staff of high positions who also happen to be managers of heavily promoted businesses on Bitcointalk, but that is another story.
71  Economy / Reputation / Re: STOP PARENTAL CONTROLLING, COCK-BLOCKING AND NITPICKING NEW MEMBERS on: June 06, 2017, 05:56:03 AM
OP may be a scammer, but he has a point. Let's not turn Bitcointalk into one those forums where anybody who has an unpopular opinion gets group attacked by white knights. By white knights, I am of course talking about the people who rushed to this post to defend the moderators, simply because they were moderators. This happens because on a subconscious level, these users want to identify with the "people in charge". Just look up Milgram's experiment to understand what I'm talking about. We want to expand and encourage discussion here, not suppress it. Not pointing fingers at anybody, just telling you guys to chill out. It's just a website.

Also, this thread is coming off like a complaint about the forum [meta], rather than reputation related.
72  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump's arms deal with Saudi Arabia cost taxpayers $100b on: June 06, 2017, 05:44:25 AM
Compare this with Islam. All those conquest was definitely for religion. Unlike Christianity which mainly spread among the lower-class peacefully (heck, they were even fed to lions or impaled and burned on stakes), Islam was spread by the sword, with the army led by no other than Muhammad himself.

And oh, Catholicism came later during the Great Schism.

There is not a single country which has voluntarily accepted Islam. In all the nations, Islam was spread using force and genocide. Even now, the same is ongoing, in nations such as Sudan and Pakistan.

The same can be said about Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, and just about any other religion out there.
73  Economy / Services / Re: someone can remove the ban from bitcointalk account i will pay fees. on: June 06, 2017, 05:38:21 AM
Guys, I don't think OP is talking about a legitimate "ban"

@OP: Your use of the word "ban" is problematic here. The restriction on an account that is VPN based is lifted if someone pays the fee, which is very small.

I am assuming that is what you mean, because you used the word "fee".

Normal forum users, such as myself, are incapable of managing or discussing forum bans.
74  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I sell? on: June 06, 2017, 05:28:07 AM
There are already enough threads about this. Bitcoin is going to go up quite a bit in the long run, even if there are fluctuations short term. It would hardly be an "investment" if you bought coins a few years ago.
75  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: I finally found my Armory wallet root key on: June 05, 2017, 11:27:37 PM
You can restore a wallet from the root key and then generate and export the private keys from there to be imported into another wallet. However doing this requires you to know how many addresses that wallet used. Otherwise you may not receive all of your Bitcoin.

Start Armory in offline mode. Then use the "Import/Restore wallet" button and follow the wizard to restore the wallet. Once that is done, open the wallet properties and choose "Backup this wallet". Then choose the option "Export Key list" and you will get a list of all of your private keys from that wallet. Note that you may need to extend the wallet keypool or click the "Receive Bitcoin" button a lot of times in order to get all of the addresses you have used.

Can I do this even if I have an Armory client that won't start until I have downloaded a couple of gigs of Blockchain?
76  Bitcoin / Armory / I finally found my Armory wallet root key on: June 05, 2017, 11:12:13 PM
I do not want to wait a couple of years for the Blockchain to download, does anybody know how I can use my root key to recover my Bitcoins in a wallet I haven't had access to since forever?
77  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Hillary is just beginning to fight. on: June 05, 2017, 11:09:44 PM
Why is Hillary Clinton still relevant? She lost by an electoral landslide a year ago. Get over it!
78  Economy / Speculation / Re: IS BITCOIN GOING BACK DOWN? on: June 05, 2017, 01:03:03 AM
This isn't a 419 forum, stop using caps lock.

Yes, currencies fluctuate, they go up and down.
79  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump's arms deal with Saudi Arabia cost taxpayers $100b on: May 22, 2017, 01:49:43 PM
The headline can't be anymore misleading. Trump's deal with Saudi Arabia will add tens of billions of USD to the treasury, and it will create hundreds of thousands of extra jobs in the United States. But then, it is wrong to expect anything positive about Trump from the mainstream media.

Your post is a paid shitpost.

The money went to a country that is involved in human rights violations. The money will be used to participate in the military industrial complex, which is a machine that takes from taxpayer money and injects into the hands of the corporate elite
80  Other / Politics & Society / Trump's arms deal with Saudi Arabia cost taxpayers $100b on: May 22, 2017, 01:10:09 AM
I am curious to know what Bitcointalk's opinion is about this.

"Saudi Arabia and many of the countries that gave cast amounts of money to the Clinton Foundation want women as slaves and to kill gays. Hillary must return all money from such countries!"
~Pre-election Trump

To be very honest, I doubt this will make a difference, if Trump supporters could be convinced with reason, they wouldn't have voted for him in the first place.
