Pīnă ce īncă nu sunt legi care oligă să achiți impozite și taxe pentru transferul sau tranzacții cu Bitcoin. Chiar nici impozit pe venit nu plătești, deoarece Romānia īncă nu a reglementat piața de bani online. La moment este o șansă imensă de a face bani și de nu achita nici un fel de taxe la stat.
La primul aspect sunt de acord cu tine, ma refer la faptul ca nu platesti taxe/impozit pentru transferul de Bitcoin.Problema apare atunci cand vrei sa scoti banii in fiat.Si pentru asta vezi Legea 30/2019: La īnceputul anului, īn luna ianuarie 2019, cu ocazia aprobării īn Parlamentul Romāniei a uneia dintre multiplele ordonanțe de modificare a Codului fiscal a fost adoptată legea de aprobare a procedurii de impozitare a cāștigurilor din criptomonede - Bitcoin, Ethereum și alte monede virtuale Legea nr. 30/2019 pentru aprobarea OUG nr. 25/2018 ce modifică Codul fiscal.
Potrivit acestei legi, persoanele fizice ce realizează cāștiguri din criptomonedă vor depune declarația unică pentru declararea bazei de calcul a impozitului pe venit, iar procedura de impozitare este aferentă veniturilor din alte surse - art. 114 și art. 116 din Codul fiscal.
Legiuitorul se dorește a fi și generos īn sensul că NU sunt supuse impozitării cāștigurile din astfel de tranzacții ce nu depășesc suma de 200 lei per tranzacție cu condiția ca valoarea anuală cumulată a astfel de cāștiguri să nu depășească īntr-un an suma de 600 lei.
Impozitul este īn procent de 10%, iar īn rubricația declarației unice ce are termen de depunere 31 iulie 2019 pentru veniturile din anul trecut se va completa categoria veniturilor din ale surse. This will introduce some more improvements and efficiencies to it function. I started that thread in the hope that I could provoke some interest and debate about the changes. It is topics like this that I would like to see discussed on the more general boards like Discussion and Beginners. Apart from JackG there has been no response or interest in the topic ( thanks JackG  ). I'm going to give him 5 sMerit, and maybe that will stimulate some interest. So where did I go wrong? Is the topic too technical? Do Bitcoin Talk members not care about these changes? Should I have included more details in the OP, and not left it to readers to make the comments? I think you should add a short introduction part on the main post even if JackG posted some guides on his post. People (including me) tend to be lazy and not read if there is no explanation of the discussed topics. Your post inspired me to be more active in the Bitcoin part of the forum and should inspire many more people to do so because we have a lot to learn from it.I saw that you try so hard to be useful for the beginners of the forum and you deserve more than you received. |

Why do think that chipmixer campaign needs to be represented on Local Boards? Chipmixer is a private company, the guy who is responsible as a campaign manager chooses whoever he likes. Congratulations! I'm on my way to Full Member too but with baby steps. Basically yes, you can create your token there but I'll also offer further support for future token owners.I'll offer for free services like helping through guidelines to verify the token on etherscan, inform them about different decentralized exchanges where they can list for free and so on. |

An idea for you, OP, since the thread is created on the Beginner & Help section of the forum you should add a small description of what the Lightning Network is, why it is so important, something like a mini-FAQ(pun intended). Anyway, I'll bookmark the thread and translate it in Romanian language when I have time.
Edit: I've seen your thread just after I posted, I'll make sure to post here and pm you when the translation is ready.
