63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA :: Buying / Selling on: December 03, 2016, 07:48:14 PM

I think GUI will come and then get the reclaim of Iota to 70-80%, then exchange. Don't think this will happen this year though, but who knows. Imo 2017 will be the year of Iota.

Good morning  Smiley Beta of GUI came out yesterday.

Alpha  Cool

I have sent a small amount of Ardor as asset to Poloniex Nxt account, but after 1500 confimations it don't show up.
Is it possible to send Ardor to Poloniex?

For other Mac users:
I managed to get my Ans to Bittrex but I had to use a windows computer. The web wallet worked there.
On my Mac the web wallet just did not sync.

Quite right Zanzibar!!!

IOTA has done nothing but waste A LOT of my time so far. I have not made a penny of profit, I cannot access my coins and I have donated 20% of them to help provide resources to the project, then I'm told to FUCK OFF when I ask about (essential) progress a year after 'buying a share of the software' and try to make you see that the GUI is vital before exchanges. The arrogance and rudeness are staggering.

...

If anyone is interested I'm selling my seeds at a knock down price.

I've wasted enough time here in the last year, it'll prob work out as Mcdonalds wages per hour, yay lucky me :/

Common man, Iota is highly experimental sofware, we all know that. It requires a lot of testing and imput of the community.
I am also not that technical and also feel no so comfortable to claim now. I hope a GUI comes out fast.
But saying the devs have done nothing is not true imo, a lot has been done in a year.
Also there are a lot of great community members working on Iota, as can be seen on slack.

I believe - someone correct me if I am wrong - that you can use your password anywhere

I thought so too...

Can I import an address I generated on my the desktop client into mynxt.info?

I ask thic because my desktop client is not syncing, jumping from in sync to height 1000011 and back.
Downloaded db from peerexplorer twice, also downgraded from 1.10.3 to 1.10.2... I am running on Mac.
Any ideas?

Hi,

Please contact support to get your issues fixed.
https://nxt.org/helpdesk/

Mynxt.info is 3rd party (but really reliable) so you need to register a new account.
Within mynxt.info (logged in) you can connect your other nxt account as far as i know

Other way around:
To use your mynxt.info account in the nxt client:
https://nxtforum.org/mynxt-info/accessing-your-mynxt-wallet-accounts-in-the-nxt-client/

Thanks for the response.

I had nxt client running smooth but after Ardor snapshot it's not syncing properly.
Yet again I have installed everything new... no go.
Anyone else have this problem on Mac?

Do I need 32 bit or 64 bit?

I installed mine on a Windows 10 64 bits. It crashed two times but is (currently) syncing. I remember reading about people having issues with 32 bits Windows (and maybe some succeeded to make it work on a Windows 7 sp1 32 bits ...). So if you have the choice, I think it's better to go with a 64 bits Windows.

Thanks, have you managed to send/ recieve antshares?

Couple of questions:

I don't have Windows computer, has someone run Ans via Terminal in Mac or Ubuntu?

In Antshares App my amount of Ans don't show up.

@Antshares
