 Solomining Spreadheads aren't going to sell their beloved SPR on the cheap to a pack of sharks like you lot. Put your buywalls on bittrex and allcrypt like the rest, eh?  Haven't you noticed the speculative buys being posted today? I'd say that's only helping the value of your money bags. You need the odd shark around here to keep things in order. There is more to come. Just need these bag holders to see the value in releasing some of their stash. As they say, a lot of not much is, err, not much. I have to agree, widespread adoption is key. As I said, I got sufficient but I'm not a high roller or I'd sell you some. |

@ Mr.Spread How do you plan to handle the intensity and other single/multi gpu configs and settings ? I have some tips if you're willing to include a Win7 mining tweaks/ guide. eg. How to's on, disabling media player/ internet browser hardware acceleration, driver updates, ect. The best way to achive a high level of decentralization would be to win over the single gpu/cpu users/newbies by making their involvement as seamless and as hassle free as possible. If successful, the swarm will leave the privkey whales with little to no WUs to feed on. Poor whale...  Right now it is only about removing the necessity to create and edit spreadcoin.conf, I didn't yet thought about adding GPU mining to GUI. You would probably be able to set mining parameters and start mining from GUI, instead of creating new console window it will output all info back to GUI. For this we'll need some good default parameters, mining guide is also appreciated. Mining guide is useful anyway, regardless of the presence of the GUI mining. The price and trading volumn are falling down as well.
Good time to buy But yeah, we need promotion. I made a 4000 SPR (40 SPR per person) giveaway on cryptocointalk some time ago, hard to say how much had it helped to promote SpreadCoin, some people just generated addresses directly on exchanges and sold them immediately. (Always good so you can actually do something with the coin) - You Tube Video Contest (Bounty)(To also put on landing page) - Signature Contest, also actual signature campaign - MasterNode implementation Time Frame (Not trying to rush you Mr. Spread but the anticipation is high  ) These are my thoughts for now. |

I think it's a good idea. It will get more people involved. A coin is only as strong as the community that wants to use it. Again I think the coin has huge potential, but we need to put a lot of energy (technical, creative) in it. |

I have optimized synchronization code, next version will sync much faster.
DarkCoin code is pretty complicated, sometimes for no reason (if you are interested I can point you to examples). I want to make simpler and cleaner implementation which is easier to understand and easier to done right. I will prioritize instant transactions over anonymity since they are simpler to implement and I think they are useful for more people than DarkSend.
After new year I will have hell of a lot of free time, so I hope in the second half of January we will have some code for public testing, maybe sooner.
Great work Mr. Spread, I have the confidence this will be a great coin. On another note: The technical aspect is ofcourse the most important, but maybe some Marketing, give aways, Apps etc. are also a good thing to think about. |

Paper ,IOS,Androin wallets make the usage for beginners much easier and good for promotion. Perhaps set some bounties for creating these. |

I think it is good to set a goal but maybe set it more realistic, get a (parttime) job and buy 1 btc a month.
