61  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and me (Hal Finney) on: August 24, 2018, 08:29:35 AM
Well we are hoping for the success of the project which is being develop already. I know that there could be so many benefits with it and i know that it is being design because it is a need that needs to attend. There is no way that a legend like Hal Finney could not finish it. He had contributed so much on this system.
62  Economy / Economics / Re: Becoming wealthy and social responsibility on: August 23, 2018, 08:06:33 AM
Good for those individuals who had been here for a while for sure they were able to earn that much since they got here first when bitcoin market price is not that high. As we all know that bitcoin always getting high and higher in terms of its market price when there are many rich individuals who join here.
63  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is better than banknotes on: August 23, 2018, 07:33:33 AM
There are many possibilities that banknotes are just really the notes and had no value because you can wrote anything on bank notes but when you get to the bank for an exchange there is none especially those people that are doing transaction and are just only scamming other people using bank notes. Bitcoin is indeed really better than bank notes because bitcoin after trading you can see already the worth of it in equivalent to fiat money.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mining or Trading which one is safe? on: August 22, 2018, 09:25:31 AM
Well i prefer trading since i do not that much money to buy equipment for mining crypto. As we all know that we need those strong gadgets to use in mining and at the same time the current usage also will be huge so expect to get a high power usage on mining.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH, road down to $50? on: August 22, 2018, 07:44:46 AM
No it should not go down that far because ETH is one of the establish crypto and there is a huge platform of coins using ethereum platform so there is no excuse that ETH will going to fall down that much. There is a good time for ethereum maybe not for now.
66  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it too late to invest in bitcoin? Is it a bubble? on: August 22, 2018, 06:58:35 AM
Yeah if you are eyeing for an investment here in bitcoin definitely the answer is no. I will agree to the one who posted this thread and actually as of this moment where market price fall that much is the best time to invest in crypto. There is no wonder to those people who had invested now will going to earn more in the near future.
67  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: South Korea Opens Doors for Cryptocurrency on: August 21, 2018, 02:03:36 PM
This is another opporunity to create more diversity on cryptocurrency as different countries around the world opening up to a system like this. As we all know that Cryptocurrency might really do good like having a transparency in every transactions because of blockchain technology. This is how a government doing transactions and business with them there should be transparency.
68  Economy / Economics / Re: What will you do with the current market? on: August 21, 2018, 04:41:22 AM

Looking at the current market, many people are disappointed in the market price, bitcoin prices stomping at the $ 7000 level, altcoin prices are falling deeply. Recent good news, however, shows that the market continues to grow and has great potential in the future. What would you do this time: Buy bitcoin, buy altcoin or do nothing?
I have done selling my crypto already though i lost some of my money but still i am thankful that i was able to withdraw it for now. Since crypto market is not that well and there are lot challenges for bitcoin to recover since the news update for ETF is being delayed and whatever result it may be probably it will create a huge impact in the crypto market. So for now just staying close with the market price for crypto and literally if market price will going to recover definitely i going to invest again.
69  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: All Red and worried? Zoom Out and see the whole on: August 21, 2018, 03:16:15 AM
Yeah definitely there is a bright future ahead on cryptocurrency. I did not even regret when i invested again which market price is down. I do believe that it is better this way saving our money on cryptocurrency where it will get the chance to get a good increase than spending it with nonsense outdoor activities like having some vices like drinking alcohol that will surely get you lesser fortune in the near future. There is nothing to be afraid of the current market instead it is a good chance to invest on it.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Look at the market, are you scared? on: August 20, 2018, 07:53:45 AM
Recently, Apple has become a trillion dollar company. You see, Apple is just a company, yet it has quadrupled its entire investment in Crypto. We do not take into account other investment channels, such as real estate, gold or the huge cash flow that is floating or lying dead in the bank. Just only 1% cash flow of the stock market dump on Crypto, our property will increase tens of times. Do not know what you think but I still prefer to invest in it, it's risky but the potential is huge. I was ready to get another job and wait 10 years to reach $1 million. I will never give up this market.

yeah market has a hungry bear waiting for new investors to invest and cryptocurrency and get it back by day trading. A little bit increase will and they will just do day trading especially those individual who are knowledgeable on the exchange that relatively will not get too much transaction fee from buying and selling crypto. Some of the day traders uses a system a scripted one that will automatically trade for themselves. This is new and i guess there are already inviduals who are using it already.
71  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Early BTC adopters still hodling? on: August 20, 2018, 06:53:39 AM
Of course they should hold BTC because they are still longing for another profit. As we all know that this is not for the early BTC adopters instead it is for all. Strategy may apply here in getting the maximum profit if you want to because you can take advantage on its volatility. And taking advantage of crypto or bitcoin high volatility will make you as a day trader. Day trading nowadays is good and it could be easy to determine if you have some time to see how market price moves in coinmarketcap.com
72  Economy / Speculation / Re: It's all RED!!! This could really be the end. on: August 19, 2018, 07:27:47 AM
I do not know why there are some people would really love bitcoin to end. Maybe they are not invested on bitcoin literally and that they are rich already and would not wander around bitcoin to invest. Anyway i am getting curious also on how bitcoin will going to end. If it will end now then maybe there are lot of cases to be filed among the bitcoin team from around the world. They could not escape because the world is their enemy. So in short better not end this system for the team will likely to take huge penalties and charges.
73  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can we push Bitcoin to full, mainstream adoption? on: August 19, 2018, 03:32:23 AM
Whereas it cannot be doubted that what was on Satoshi Nakamoto’s mind when he was inventing Bitcoin was certainly to create a digital currency for real-world application, that potential has eventually unfolded into reality but with some hardy limitations; the allure to criminal hand and long transaction confirmation procedures are some of them.  The high price of Bitcoin has made world investors to see it as a store of value just like gold and hence are much inclined to store their money in it other than actually using it for regular transactions. This has unfortunately attracted criminal hands with an ever increasing magnitude of incidents of crime, related to Bitcoin. Reports emerged in May 2018 of a Bitcoin millionaire in St. Petersburg who killed himself after his £280k was stolen from his flat few days after posting bundles of cash on a social network.
Similarly besides its high value, the anonymous and untraceable nature of Bitcoin transactions makes it such a perfect currency for criminals. Bitcoin has attracted considerable adoption by criminal dealers on dark marketplaces using it as a convenient medium of exchange. From drug gangs in Spain, money launderers in the US, cyber-crime gangs in Russia to kidnappers in Turkey; all have found motivation and convenience in using Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies to complete their underworld transactions unnoticed. Just last December, Scotland Yard reported that Bitcoin was being “used by CRIMINALS to launder illicit funds.” Another research was published in January of 2018 in the Independent (UK), suggesting that “Bitcoin price is so high because criminals are using it for illegal trades”.
On another note, to increase payment security, the Bitcoin network has created a long transaction processing procedure. Transactions on Bitcoin-blockchain are recorded only once every 10 minutes, but it takes a standard period of 50 minutes more to wait for each new record to appear because the records frequently rollback. Assuming that we make conventional money to disappear and we all adopt Bitcoin as a universal currency, how would it feel to standard in a queue for one hour at your favorite store just to buy a snack?
While the invention of Bitcoin was a real breakthrough, the real limitation to full and mainstream adoption lies in difficult usability. Is it possible to keep cryptocurrency from criminal reach while maintaining its anonymous and untraceable transactions? Is it possible to break down its high price into handy amounts while preserving its value? Is it not possible to make its confirmation procedures in completing transactions quick enough to encourage mass adoption?

Let us be patient on this one. There is no need to rush and bitcoin is doing great nowadays so we should not push this that the government will think that we need them instead we will go lie low so that the government will come running to the system and put it to good order. After that the bitcoin system will go mainstream and again it take some time before it will happen.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Am I late to the party? on: August 18, 2018, 03:51:53 AM
I feel so late to the party. Coins now are very expensive, like $5800 for Bitcoin and $345 for Ethereum... then $5 - $30 for other coins. I take a look at the blockchain explorers and see big holders of coins, for example some people have 1000+ bitcoin, a lot of people have 500,000+ ethereum. These people got the coins when they were 1 penny each, now I have to pay $500 for the same coin?

Why are the coins so expensive today? Can I go back in time and get them cheaper?

Even if I put in a lot of my money, I only get a fraction of what people were able to get 1 year ago. 1 year ago people got coins for 1 penny and stashed 100,000 coins for $1000, now I have to pay $1000 just for 1 coin?!? I feel so ripped off!

Also I knew about Bitcoin when it was $30, and I knew about Ethereum when it was $7! I was alive in these time periods and was looking online and reading about these things but it all flew by!

Am I too late to the party? Is it a good time to get buy today or should I find a way to time travel back in time?

My frustration is BIG.
I think you are doing great nowadays. This thread was posted when bitcoin market price is cheaper than today. I guess your frustrations are over and the newbies like me was our time to take part the frustratioins. Yes i am newbie in bitcoin investment and i do some losses now after selling my crypto holdings.
75  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Cryptocurrency Stand Without Bitcoin? on: August 18, 2018, 03:14:34 AM
I mean Why bitcoin? Why waste huge energy in mining. As everyone know bitcoin is useless in terms
of usability.
My question to bitcointalk users :

Is this possible that any altcoin become no 1 on coinmarketcap and bitcoin disappeare

I think this can be possible, what you think so comment below...

Yes it could be possible that without bitcoin the cryptocurrency could stand. The other coins are independent with bitcoin but it could  be trade to bitcoin. Another thing is that some of the coins also could be trade by other coins because it is not just supported by the common platform which is the ERC20 or the ethereum platform. There are many coins in the market like this and i do believe that these coins could stand without bitcoin.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which is best coin for long term hold? on: August 17, 2018, 08:39:22 AM
It is bitcoin and there is nothing else. Bitcoin is one of the best coin for long term hold as you can see bitcoin market price never drops at 6K USD even if the other crypto in the market has drop to almost 50% on its market price a month ago.
77  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why BTC is not adapted into business?? on: August 17, 2018, 03:37:24 AM
I always wondered what is the problem for BTC to be finally adopted in the wide range of business, I was expecting at least a great adaption in the online business but even so, what stops business from adapting BTC, the volatility? The low rates of adoption? Or maybe a lack of propaganda? BTC is so great and I really wish I could use it in more places IRL!
Actually not all establishment could not adapt bistcoin because relatively there are few of the establishment already accepting bitcoin and involving there business on the bitcoin system. Aside from that bitcoin does relatively adapted especially in the world of digital currency from local exchange, bitcoin as medium of exchange when you invest in an ICO project and to bitcoin mining. This is the businesss that BTC is really adapted and we should not ask for more because it will just create conflict among centralized form of system.
78  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Please read! Do not get overlook on the crypto market price! on: August 16, 2018, 09:19:25 AM
I know that there are many individuals here in this forum that are always looking on cryptomarket price for the crypto that they are holding. Always hoping that one might get a good market price increase. This is why one does overlook on real number of crypto that they are holding because they are always looking on the equivalent of the crypto to fiat money. It is not like that because the real thing that you should look is the number of crypto that we know it is not changing for example you have 6 BTC @ 6k USD and eventually market price drop to 5K USD per BTC. Even if market price drop you still have 6 BTC and that is not changing and you should not worry. You have to get worry when you have 6 BTC and after seeing some time you will have 3 BTC only. That is one thing that you should worry because there might be one getting into your digital wallet and transfer your BTC to other digital wallet.
79  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what will happen if miners stop mining bitcoin? on: August 16, 2018, 08:16:15 AM
Well if they will stop mining bitcoin then we will start to mine on it. This is a very good business then why one should stop mining bitcoin? As we all know that bitcoin mining is one of the most formidable form of business here in cryptocurrency that after acquiring expensive mining equipment one could earn BTC relatively with good proportion on bitcoin being mine. I wish i could get a good mining equipment in the near future.
80  Economy / Economics / Re: Tax on the crypto currency! What do you think? on: August 15, 2018, 11:58:57 AM
It will depend on the VAT that will be going to iplemented. As we all know that the value of crypto is constantly moving so how could they implement crypto taxation? Or if they can implement through local exchange after purchasing crypto then it is better also to decide on how much should the government will going to take the VAT for the purchase crypto.
