61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do You trust Tether (USDT) Stablecoin? on: October 04, 2023, 10:48:51 PM
there are many rumours surrounding USDT, but we all know this coin has been standing for so long if it collapse i doubt entire stablecoin market will not have any aftermath effect.
I mean best course of action of course diversifying across various stablecoin but if its just temporary to keep our wealth from fluctuation, i think USDT serves its purpose.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the future of cryptocurrency?? on: October 04, 2023, 10:33:16 PM
i mean you already know that bitcoin is always growing from year to year, even though there is correction and dump along the way but overall its always growing.
the future is obvious in this case, though for altcoin its always dynamically changing.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins that you trust most on: October 04, 2023, 08:01:49 PM
ethereum is the only altcoin that I trust most in investing, simply put because its among the most long standing altcoin while also never ever losing its utility.
its just overall better compared with the other so there's no reason to invest in the other honestly.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I can't keep up with the High gas fees on: October 04, 2023, 02:36:46 PM

When I mention "high gas fees," I'm referring to fees that surpass the current charges imposed by Visa and Mastercard.
If you only make a small transaction, you will probably feel the costs you will incur. and here you are required to be patient and diligent in checking gas costs when making a delivery, as our friend said before, the shipping cost on the eth network is only more or less 2$, still within reasonable limits I think
just sending ethereum will definitely only charge $2 or less, but honestly when it comes to swapping using dexes, executing smart contract that fee increases significantly that somtimes it will require $20 just for simple swapping, I don't think thats really fine with most of people, surely ethereum in this case needs some fixing.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 95% of NFTs have a market cap of zero on: October 03, 2023, 10:34:14 PM
thats just how it is, with the fact that value of NFT itself is heavily inflated and heavily overhype it will definitely lose its value in the future when people wake up.
the thing that very clear from the very beginning these NFT art have no real value at all, most of the time its just generated jpg by the devs so really is it worth some dollars? definitely not.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Paying ETH fees? on: October 03, 2023, 10:24:38 PM
i mean having eth ready for the sake of paying gas fee is fine, but it isn't really that urgent if what you planning is to sell in the next bullrun.
moreover having eth ready for paying fee could also be a double edged sword when it comes to having precious token in your address, who knows if it gives a way for scammers out there to steal your money since the gas is ready for executing transaction.
67  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: October 01, 2023, 10:56:29 PM
I started to think that Kroos should stay at Real Madrid for 1-2 more seasons at least. He is still a useful player for the team now. Besides he isn't as old as Modric at the moment. Modric is 38 years old now so it would be the right decision to part ways with him at the end of the season. But Kroos should play a little longer.

I don't think Kroos would still like to leave even if Real Madrid want to extend his contract. But if he gets an offer from Saudi Arabia next summer I don't know what his answer would be. Maybe he would like to choose more money at this age in that situation.

I hope so but since kroos will be also aged and he is now shall preparing himself to leave from the club. Kroos may still useuful for real madrid but we didn't know what's happening to him once real madrid will get a new coach. This is raising my concern regarding his future. I hope he will fine once real madrid got a new coach.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with spam and scam tokens on my wallet? on: October 01, 2023, 09:20:57 PM
I understand how frustrating these unwanted coins are. Right? Your wallet, room. Your major concern seems to be getting rid of these tokens and preventing this from happening again.

Since blockchains are permissionless, you can't normally prohibit tokens from reaching your wallet. No need to keep them; having them in your wallet won't hurt.

If it bothers you, contact the wallet provider or exchange to hide or remove these tokens. Ignoring such phony tokens is better. Avoid selling or talking to them. These codes may put you at risk.
I don't think it gonna be a problem if its a wallet owned by exchange, also how can someone contact wallet provider to just remove the shitcoin?
doesn't that mean the wallet provider have access to your money which imply that there's bigger problem here?
69  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: October 01, 2023, 04:57:32 PM
We can say that it was quite a disappointing performance for PSG, how could 10 shots on target but not one of them was a goal, how inconsistent their attack was which could play well but instead was very poor in finishing when facing the weakest team this season.
Clermont being able to get a point when facing PSG was certainly beyond their expectations even though it was only one point, and PSG had wasted the opportunity to have the same points as Monaco.

PSG continues to surprise with results in Ligue 1, losing points with Clermont is a very bad result, but I can’t say that PSG played poorly, they attacked a lot and took a lot of shots on goal, but Clermont was able to hold out. Monaco managed to beat Marseille in a difficult match and topped the table, and today Nice will have a match with Brest, each team will have a chance to get ahead of Monaco if they win, I think that Nice can win.

Yes, maybe because Clermont also managed to play well in this match, so Clermont managed to hold PSG to a draw and also they got 1 point in this match. Also, at least PSG point gap with Monaco is not too far too, so at least it is still possible for PSG to be able to get closer to returning to the top of the Ligue 1 standings this season. At least, there are still many other matches and of course, that way PSG will also still have a chance to improve its position in the standings. Because after all, it is difficult for teams in Ligue 1 to be able to maintain their winning streak, so of course there will be imperfect results for teams in Ligue 1.
Clermoont forced PSG to gets draw and i saw that how clermoont was consistently to defense from any attacks were coming from PSG. Clermoont was doing it so well.
This club needs to be appreciated at this moment. Im feeling so sorry for anyone who was picking PSG in the previous match. The draw was not a happy ending for all of them.
70  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: September 30, 2023, 11:44:07 PM
Since being promoted to La Liga through the play-off round in 2022, Girona has emerged as a club that has provided a surprise this season, unexpectedly Girona managed to top the La Liga standings with a collection of 19 points from 7 matches. The toughness that Girona has shown in the last seven matches will be tested by one of the La Liga giants, with six wins and one draw, Girona is increasingly confident when competing against Real Madrid.
Their goal productivity is also quite good, Girona is recorded as one of the top scoring teams with 18 goals. Beating Real Madrid was a big motivation for Girona, the additional three points made them even safer at the top of the standings.
It seems like what I said before is that this match will be a match to test Girona true strength. And it seems that they are not strong enough when facing a strong team like Real Madrid. In today's match, Bellingham et al managed to beat Girona in front of their supporters with a score of 0-3. A completely inaccurate assessment that I predicted in this match because I hoped that Girona would be able to provide better resistance but in fact they were quite weak in this match.

A pretty good win for Real Madrid because when Vini returned to the main squad they immediately managed to win and also an additional 3 points made Real Madrid become leaders of the standings again this week. I think Girona will start to feel uncomfortable with the results they got in today's match. Hopefully they can come back to winning ways in the next match.
Real madrid was dominating the match against girona. It surprises me how girona was being defeated so easily by real madrid. I never thought that if madrid will be playing that good against girona.
It makes me feel that if real madrid is going to the top again soon. The club is showing great performance.
71  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: September 30, 2023, 11:35:11 PM
Milan really made it to the win thankfully which helped my bet won at the same time. I was quite worried while the score was 1-0 as the opponent was Lazio. I was afraid of the possibility of Milan's conceding a last minute goal. But it was great to see Milan making it 2-0 instead. Okafor relieved me quite a lot.

By the way it is nice to see Okafor continuing to perform from where he left. After scoring his first goal it looks like his self-confidence is in much better condition now. It is good news for Milan to be even more deadly in offense of course.
Milan was showing stable performance during the game. Winning 2-0 against lazio is not a common thing as lazio performed so badly in this game without even a single goal was coming from lazio. We must admit that the duo milan is still very strong at this moment
72  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: September 30, 2023, 11:32:56 PM
It was a really shocking result in the Wolves - Manchester City game. Despite the insane level of dominance by Manchester City Wolves still managed to win the game by 2-1. This was a silent day for Haaland as well unfortunately. But this is football and even the best teams would have unexpected results like in this example.

~
It's very hard to believe after seeing Manchester City lose against Wolves, which should be very easy to beat. With this defeat, many gamblers and fans of Manchester City are disappointed, and it seems like Manchester City's defeat has given them the direction to earn a lot of money from gambling, but no one knows about it. Certainly, whether that is true or not, Wolves should not be a tough opponent for Manchester City.
Me too but this is the fact that must be accepted by all of manchester city fans. Manchester city played so badly in this game. I never ever saw that manchester city play as bad as the match against wolves.
I hope city will be coming back again very soon. The citinzen needs to secure full points from its opponent.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Opinions on Native Coins/Tokens of Exchanges? on: September 28, 2023, 10:29:23 PM
currently these tokens aren't any good, many of them aren't even increasing in value, like BNB even though it has binance smart chain backing it up but its the same value like a year ago.
thats why they are not promising altcoin to invest, even investing in ethereum a year ago might be more future proof than investing in these coin like exchange tokens.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Zksync transaction checker for those doing retroactive airdrop on: September 28, 2023, 03:11:41 PM
i have the gut feeling that the eligibility one of them would be bridging through the official bridges available.
things might not be as complicated as many pictured out to be like the need to mint NFTs and the likes just bridging and interacting with smart contract already suffice but i can understand the need to do all task to ensure eligibility.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in new projects. on: September 28, 2023, 02:42:57 PM
investing in new project is fine, so long you know that these new projects almost all of them basically from the stats 9 out of 10 usually outright fail this means your money gone since you are investing here
not giving loan, when there is ICO big fat chance the money will turns into zero, since sometimes new coins just being used for pump and dump, therefore analysis is needed.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I can't keep up with the High gas fees on: September 27, 2023, 02:02:58 PM
Ethereum is expensive, L2s and other chains like Solana are not, hence probably the Visa integration with Solana. Ethereum has plans in it's roadmap to lessen the gas fees, it all will come right with time.
agreed, these L2 gaining popularity recently not because some proper reasoning.
they are all awaited to solve the problem that ethereum is always having for many years right now, which is solving the problem of fee taking distributing the transactions across their blockchain, i don't see reason why we shouldn't use L2.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with spam and scam tokens on my wallet? on: September 27, 2023, 01:39:44 PM
Remove any tokens that you suspect to be scams from your wallet. It's possible that one day you might visit a website that offers those tokens for sale, and that very website could be fraudulent. It could potentially gain access to and execute transactions on your wallet.
quite ironic, the act of removing the coin from your wallet will instead make you lose your asset because thats really what those scammers want you to do.
just ignore these scam tokens, majority of wallet nowadays have option to just ignore these scam token therefore you actually don't need to do anything.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum's GAS increase. on: September 27, 2023, 12:55:18 PM
Ethereum gas is not stable because of steady transaction movements and keep fluctuating up and down and not a new thing to hear about Ethereum network gas fee being high. So it has been Ethereum network culture, before executing any transaction, check when the gas fee's low.
gas fee reaching low is very situational, not everyone could afford to wait whole week just to execute smart contract transactions like swapping to stablecoin.
its definitely a problem need to be solved, the solution given to wait until the gas fee becoming low isn't solution at all, therefore ethereum is about to solve this problem with sharding their blockchain.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you see any value in move to earn crypto projects? on: September 26, 2023, 07:42:25 AM
I have the feeling that the whole model of the project closely related to the NFT games in general basically you're giving away token for people to use the app itself therefore it might get ended the same way those majority blockchain games are ending, basically got their token value decreased so hard nobody ever glance eye again towards that project and instead prefer to find newer ones.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Comparison between the Year vs Criteria of the Airdrops on: September 26, 2023, 07:28:55 AM
qualification got more difficult and difficult as the time goes because quite literally everyone is participating in airdrops, if the rewards is so small when the task is so complicated the project
will definitely gets ridiculed thats why they impose stricter requirements.
i remember sei with its complicated task, and reward so small, many member furious and mock the projects, despite the fact the already imposed rules to qualify.
