1061  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just info for all of you : "Stake BNB to Earn Free Tokens!" on: November 29, 2020, 10:46:55 AM
Such attractive reward for staking but seeing how much BNB holders out there and how active they are following such events people with small amount of BNB will definitely get peanuts so don't expect much.
Still an attractive offer and BNB have the tendencies of being stable and rather bullish not to mention this reward offered.
Just another way or strategy for pumping the price of BNB i think. It is good if the value of BNB is not that high because we can bought some for staking.

Only the whales will benefit from this kind of scheme as they are the ones holding so many BNBs.
Well, business always reward their customer who gives them the most profit. That's only natural.
1062  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Been cheated again on: November 29, 2020, 07:30:54 AM
This kind of thng should be noticed before hand not at the end of bounty hunter like that. If they don't give a way for the participant to claim it, then it's total scam since it's considered as scheming and also the fault is at them for not noticing before hand.
This is why escrow is really recommended for any bounty campaign, atleast we can be rest assured with the escrow.

Don't venture into something you aren't completely sure about.
Exactly, moreover only following the hype of something. Whether it is on mining or other ways in the crypto world.
Mining was profitable and many did it very well because they could earn money profitably.
But now? Many friends of mine said that mining is no longer profitable right now, the outcome is bigger than income. Most of them then sold their equipment and jump to trading.
Staking is definitely more viable option than mining. Less stress and kinda more rewarding when you can just lying on your couch while your own money generates you more money.
The condition really different compared back then though. In the past, mining difficulty is not as high as it is right now. Even using old PC could still generates you some dollars but right now if it's not high end GPU you gonna gets rewarded dust.
1064  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are we gonna see a new ATH this year? on: November 27, 2020, 03:36:09 PM
XRP could become double edged sword meanwhile BTC and ETH gonna stand strong. I don't expect to see new ATH this year however in 2021 might be massive for cryptocurrency.
Even if we reach just near ATH is already enough for me but reaching ATH will further increase our chance of breaking through another level ofcourse. Such surprise is what I welcomed.
1065  Economy / Economics / Re: Paypal bought up to 70% of all the newly mined bitcoin recently on: November 27, 2020, 11:48:53 AM
Although PayPal has billions of dollars, yet it's not easy to acquire a crypto-company such as BitGo, they have discussed but there seems to be no agreement because this news has been quite a while but Pay Pal has not shown any cooperation other than with Paxos. You see, it's not that easy to buy a company if no one to sell it, even though they have a lot of funds. And I doubt Binance or blockchain.com will ever sell their company.

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-10-22/paypal-said-to-be-in-talks-to-buy-crypto-firms-including-bitgo
Yeah it's not easy when the owner or founder of that crypto company sees potential behind it in the upcoming years.
That's why sometimes when a large corporation trying to acquire some company they gonna make the founder and devs work for them.
Though, I wonder why paypal don't just start building their own crypto platform. I mean paypal is already big enough to easily create new brand.
1066  Economy / Economics / Re: "Humans will not be replaced by robots very soon" --- yeah right !!! on: November 27, 2020, 08:47:56 AM
Indeed the reality is like that. Humans who do not have skills will be eliminated and replaced by robots. cruel enough, but this is reality. One of the big companies in my country has laid off as many as 300 people because it already has an automatic production machine. Therefore, we are required to have the skills and talents to compete with industrial robots.
Instead of opposing the idea of the workforces being replaced by robots. We should instead focus on the idea of taking advantage of these robotic workforces to further increase the living quality of people.
It's crazy that people always think they gonna be replaced by robot and poor af in the future while we could maybe get some good thing like universal basic income or such by taxing the company that uses robot significantly. Isn't that what human actually pursue. A good life without hardworking while focusing on their passion?.
1067  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best altcoin to buy now on discount? on: November 26, 2020, 10:57:05 PM
The top 3 coins right now all in big discount. Though, I dont' really sure with XRP but ETH is certainly the one that has potential here. Though ETH seems like down -10% but actually it's just down -1% in BTC. The dumping mainly because the value of btc to USD is decreasing.
However, ETH is as I've seen the one with most potential. Just wait until upgrade launched and fee issue resolved it might go skyrocket.
1068  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH high gas fee on: November 26, 2020, 10:18:22 PM
That's what you have when so many projects are under the same blockchain. The traffic is so crowded and EThereum just can't bear to scale or adapt very well.
Although ETHEREUM upgrade is right in front of us but it's still a shame that even the #2 Crypto with really high market cap that's supposed to represent crpto for mass adoption still doesn't scale very well when many people eager to use it.
1069  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shitcoins are complete shitcoins this time around on: November 26, 2020, 09:32:08 AM
Yeah, the market right now really different compared to 2017 where there was just pure madness back then in that year and everything is driven by the hype while right now instead we're driven by innovation and benefit of the project to our community.

Expecting a shitcoin go be pumped is simply delusional at this point except there's gonna be a market manipulation. Otherwise, forget about shitcoin going up because I'm sure that's not gonna happen. Everyone in the market I suppose is wise enough to think twice before throwing money.
1070  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin pump and dump on: November 26, 2020, 08:03:12 AM
Sometimes Bitcoin also shows crazy volatility! And altcoins are still a more dangerous investment for me personally, but you're right, security is very important.
If you still consider investing in Altcoins dangerous, then stay away from all Altcoins and always keep better than that, because every investment is purely from the heart and is voluntary according to what we have personally analyzed.
I think he's talking about the danger from market cap perspective which makes sense considering the liqudity is lower than btc which means more vulnerable to manipulation but I do agree.

None of investment instrument that has zero risk and the profit usually as big as the risk it's just the law.

Even stock market right now could crash as hard as btc back then. The crazy volatility not only happening in crypto market.
1071  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I believe I made the right choice on: November 25, 2020, 10:10:20 AM
I personally think that's the right choice considering a small individual miners nowaday don't make that much anymore not to mention big coin like ethereum which usually is preferred to mine now switching to POS. Just switch over to staking instead of mining you will never think about maintenance, electricity or any of that kind.

Also everytime new GPU which produces higher hashrate comes out there goes your portion of reward it's just not viable option for small miners.

Without mining atleast you won't think or get stressed with all the technical things.
1072  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are centralized projects more reliable right now? on: November 25, 2020, 08:01:14 AM
Even centralized project could easily get hacked. I mean, forget about these small half-assed project remember the exchanges breaches. I'm pretty sure those exchange invested heavily for their security but see? they still got breached by the hackers.

With that logic it's only normal that these defi projects which supposedly have lower funding will have exploit or hole in every corner although that's not a reason to justify the hacking or security breach.
1073  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: As the markets remains bullish; Do the right things on: November 25, 2020, 06:25:04 AM
I mean even if we do something the market still play out anyway unless we have some big capital like billions of dollars. Trading is just always following and predicting the market pattern and as an individual you're pretty much just gathering the profit under the constant change of the market.

The hard thing is how to do the real "right thing" and what I mean here is to think logically instead of emotionally which easy to be said but really really hard to do.
1074  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Uniwhales - Analyze the market movers on Uniswap on: November 25, 2020, 02:14:49 AM
Private sale already was as I see, hard cap was 150 ETH, I think it is not very big. That's why it was reached pretty fast within an hour. In any case it is good result and Public Sale should be successful also Wink
UWl gives also a small ROI for the public sale participants but 1x ROI for the private sale participants.
https://info.uniswap.org/pair/0x9d4b552c992ee3b863f3b51e95e46ecf38c21429

Im just waiting for the review from someone who has been using this platform. The whales were actively trading on uniswap and I'm just curious how many whales will be joining on this platform.
I hope we will see a good result soon.
1075  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing my $2000 to altcoins instead of Bitcoin on: November 24, 2020, 09:51:50 AM
Guys, if you have $2k today, where do you put it? Which altcoins? Seems altcoins already rallied high and i dont want to be caught at the high.
You should choose the altcoins that were not getting pumped but this is a very difficult task to did.
I will try to divide both into the 1k to be invested in bitcoin when bitcoin gets a correction and the rest to spread into some promising altcoins.
The only best time for you to get into the market when there will be a correction to the price for crypto. If you are entering the market this time and it's too risky for you.
1076  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP miracle on: November 24, 2020, 04:40:14 AM
I have xrp. I was holding it about 3 month. Price was stable.  So I sold it and invest on btc. Now XRP pump.
What a bad luck.
Me too, I have ever experienced that in my life when I was selling my coin and a month after I have sold my coin the price was going up so high.
We must be patient waiting for the pump to happen in our portfolios. You should never try to sell all of your coins if that was a promising coin. It's not only you but all of the people ever experienced it. That's a very bad experience in my life.
1077  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buying Bitcoin with no KYC verification on: November 23, 2020, 04:45:13 PM
An alternative is mining,
there is no KYC in mining, and you can mine as much as you want.
LOL. It's okay if you somehow have supercomputer that could mines thousand time speed of that ordinary mining rig otherwise you gonna wait for centuries until you can get the btc you desires. I know maybe this is sarcasm but this such a bad advice LOL.

Most of the time website that doesn't require kyc to buy kinda complicated and shady so It's just better to get verified once and for all rather than dealing with unecessary stuff.
1078  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC and KYC correlation with ICO on: November 23, 2020, 02:36:43 PM
Simply put, an ICO could be used for money laundering and even worse could be made solely for money laundering. To prevent such thing from happening any ICO who obeys the law and regulation need to have KYC which in short verifying their customer's identities to prevent money laundering and that's whats called AML atleast that's what I know in crypto space.
But usually it only happen if ICO have customers that resides in US or Europe.
1079  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Where to find current crypto Airdrops? on: November 23, 2020, 08:06:25 AM
You just use telegram search box and try to type airdrop or crypto airdrop there's literally hundreds of channels that gonna give you information regarding airdrop but ofcourse the admin usually keep to good stuf by themselves and eager to share it unless the airdrop requires refferal to increase reward.
1080  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just a wish for small projects on: November 23, 2020, 06:07:35 AM
Small projects are usually low in volume and demand. They also usually have low starting fund which is why most of exchanges outright deny them since it's unsustainable for the exchange to maintain the coin listing. I think one of the best solution for small project is just to use uniswap but only limited to erc20 token. It's always like that anywhere though small business gets crushed easily or they gonna need to start from the bottom.
