1041  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook Libra finally launching? on: December 05, 2020, 05:36:01 AM
So they don't mix many instrument of investment to create stablecoin as they stated in the past but just directly peg dollars for their coin.

Now it seems our market gonna be flooded with stablecoin. So many company including government trying the opportunity to create stablecoin right which might be good because it might arise blockchain system exposure. Maybe it's time to ride to blockchain developer train.
1042  Economy / Economics / Re: 2021 not Looking good on: December 04, 2020, 01:24:55 PM
I think the economy is starting to recover right now after vaccine found and just left to be distributed.
Although, most of the countries that could handle this pandemic usually are developed countries and the developing countries gonna suffer a lot.

Speaking of crypto market, it seems we really did well in this year, so many things coming up helping bitcoin price to get pumped.
1043  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If crowdfunding started from IEO on: December 04, 2020, 10:36:25 AM
Gonna be the same situation as it is right now.
Even ICO is still alive you know and if IEO happen to be the first method of crowdfunding before ICO then there gonna be much more 3rd tier exchange created than what we have right now which in turn might be a lot more scamming rates with IEO

But, maybe ICO not gonna exist and be replaced by another crowdfunding method because security concern.

1044  Economy / Economics / Re: Why criminals prefer cash (Fiat) on top of crypto? on: December 04, 2020, 09:46:11 AM
You need to ask yourself why hackers demand crypto when they carried out successful hacks on their victims? Criminals have different levels of smartness and understandings, each of they choose what's best for them, though it's hard to stay off the radar online without been traced successfully but it's still damn possible
that's different thing. Those so called hackers that encrypt their victim data demand crypto because that's the only way to extort safely without limitation on how far the victims are. But, criminality in real life usually done with cash.

For example drug dealing, they usualy uses cash not bitcoin though there's history of drug dealers caught using crypto
1045  Economy / Economics / Re: More Banks maybe Closed and cryptocurrency exchangers are new way of banking on: December 04, 2020, 07:48:28 AM
This is not gonna happen.

Just think about it, an exchange that could go run off with your money anytime becoming the new bank handling trillion of dollars. if not disaster then i wonder what expect from it.

Even right now we don't recommend saving up money in exchange for too long, let alone making it as our place to save money
1046  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is uniswap a good place for the new tokens? on: December 04, 2020, 04:09:46 AM
It's good starting point for a token that comes out of small project which aren't listed yet on popular exchanges and building their market starting from the bottom.
Tbh, it's the same as those decentralized exchange like in the past except it's more modern but the flow is the same. You gotta make your market flourish with all the hype, marketing and such.
1047  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Data safety on Centralized exchanges on: December 03, 2020, 04:25:53 PM
so I read the news and it's leaked because the exchange uses external service for sending email and the email that was sent unexpectedly sent in batch including all other emails as recipient
Wow its actually crazy how an exchange, thats supposed to be competent in handling data and privacy of its customers do something this dumb lol.
the mistake feels like amateurish and leaked email is nothing to be underestimated since some people could send some phishing email to all these addresses.
1048  Economy / Economics / Re: More Banks maybe Closed and cryptocurrency exchangers are new way of banking on: December 03, 2020, 03:05:27 PM
If only exchange is truly viable option to save money which I don't think it is. Way too much hacking occurs within few years and bank usually don't tolerate hacking like that. Also, the regulation is too lose meanwhile these exchanges are mostly private owned. I don't really think thats a good idea to begin with. Exchange is "exchange" and bank is "bank", two different things.
1049  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: usdc leader of the stable coins future are stable coins on: December 03, 2020, 10:07:47 AM
Doesn't matter if the stablecoin partners even with the most prominent financial institution in the whole world. My point is, as long as these stablecoin doesn't try to bother our true decentralized cryptocurrency but instead just there to provide us way to liquidate or reserve our coins value then it's gonna be fine.

What's the point of comparing stablecoin to decentralized coin if they both doesn't serve the same purpose.
1050  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ahead of the launch, Libra changed its name on: December 03, 2020, 06:51:27 AM
They are rebranding maybe to hype up the release again. I mean Libra is already a hot topic a year ago but right now it's just not even becoming our concern instead we focuses more on paypal and visa nowadays which about to adopt cryptocurrency. Therefore, they decide to rebrand . Though Diem or Libra doesn't really matter in my opinion. What matters most is how they operate or what they really offer.
1051  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it over for Binance IEO? on: December 02, 2020, 03:40:52 PM
It's not over for binance IEO yet, 2x is not a small profit unless your are a complete greedy human and Axie infinity won't be the last IEO project that will get launched on Binance exchange, the sky is the limit for IEO on top exchanges as they will remain profitable ever
LOL yeah. 2x profit from initial investment is already huge it's like 200% profit within short amount of time. I mean try to invest into those startups or stock. They might give the same profit but the time it took might be few years or even decade.
Saying IEO dying because a project could only make 2x ROI is simply hilarious lol.
1052  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra is planning to launch in January on: December 02, 2020, 10:05:36 AM
Pretty sure it's just gonna be one more stable coin and not gonna give any signifcant impact to the crypto market. If any it's gonna be that kind of flash dump you usually see after some good news coming up. Libra's delay make its release pretty underwhelming to be honest that people just don't really care at this point. People are more focused on Paypal as of now and Libra just gonna be another stablecoin available on the market.
1053  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH 2.0 is LIVE!! on: December 02, 2020, 08:43:50 AM
So the gas required for a transaction has dropped so much right now last time  I take a look at ethgasstation. Is it because ETH 2.0 or simply because defi craze or hype has died down?
Still, it's good to see ETH 2.0 that most of people has long awaited finally here. Sad though I can't participate in the staking and can't get the small share lol  Roll Eyes.
1054  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Oikos,Tron DeFi,Synthetic assets & trustless token exchange, alpha launch on: December 01, 2020, 04:23:13 PM

Round 2 bounty fund is 500.000 OKS ~ $7300. Really ? With trading volume of $160.000 you decide to postpone bounty distribution in the last day?

Back in past projects with such behavior were tagged as scam. Seems that Justin Suns warning about Oikos being shady is true after all.

The team should be tagged, they have not given the specific time and the words of 2021 look vague consider it can mean if the team will be distributing the reward around Q1, Q1 or more.
This is such very bad behaviour by the team. A very low reward that needs a lot of time to be distributed.
1055  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Altcoin Safe for Investment on: November 30, 2020, 11:57:45 PM
In now days too much Altcoin Project are Launching one by one and all of them claim that invest in his project because we will be successful in upcoming days but in the end they run away and make a scam. They don't woory about people fund and stole them.
So how we can trust on altcoin to give us profit after investment. Because most of them become Scam and Scam. All of them has one Aim how to stole too much fund .
So how we make altcoin investment safe ?
Leave the shitcoin and put all of your eggs into the major coins. That's more than enough to get the legit investment. You should never mind that to invest in the shitcoin as this will being yourself into the trap and you will be losing your money.
It's easy to make your fund become safer and just think about what kind of investment that will offer you less risk. It's simple as that.
1056  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to get VIP Signals? on: November 30, 2020, 10:39:23 PM
I mean, why though. Are you planning to just follow the signal from these so called VIP signals group or are you gonna use it for just reference and do your own research because if you rely too much to this VIP signal you gonna get taken advantage of.
These signals group usually just tell people to buy thing and said that it's gonna get pumped few hour later and ofcourse it's being pumped since people who was told to buy it really buying it making some demand. You better off making your own decision at that point.
1057  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is POW algo abandoned? on: November 30, 2020, 03:18:15 PM
The thing about PoW is the power it wasted just to solve a block. While with PoS you get mining power based on the coin you stake.
Both have its own disadvantage and advantage. Ofcourse PoS also has its own tradeoff which is being less secure than fully decentralized PoW.
But if every coin pursue the security and all of them uses PoW then imagine how much energy wasted each year it's just doesn't seem viable in the long run.
1058  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ethereum going to Die? on: November 30, 2020, 08:15:54 AM
I don't think this is possible today. I haven't seen such a frenzied demand for decentralized projects for a long time. All the same, Eth will go even higher. Maybe even break the previous record.
The frenzied demands now fades out though. For example Defi right now is not as hot as it was before and instead so many garbage tier project disguising as defi appearing and doing some rug pulls which in turn makes people lost a lot of money.
Even like that, the already existing defi projects that are popular could add some eth demands to the platform because they have many users.
TBH I'm expecting that ETH 2.0 somehow make the price go up because quite the amount of ETH got staked but maybe that's not enough.
1059  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what successfull trading tips have worked with you so far ? on: November 29, 2020, 04:29:09 PM
Always conscious that you're trading to make profit but not to get too greedy of maxing out your profit which in turns make you lose instead.
Always set at how much you want to buy or sell so you gonna know when is the right time to sell because the whole market is uncertain.
It always work but the disadvantage is sometime we gonna regret that we can't max out our profit or buy the dip at the right moment but it's still profit  Grin
1060  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should i Invest more??? on: November 29, 2020, 03:33:37 PM
You didn't share your strategy, did you buy at ICO or from the exchanges. How do you choose the coin? How do u know when to take your profit and didn't fall victim of the recent dump in altcoins?

ICOs do not have high guarantees, if you invest in an ICO project it is of course very high risk,
especially now that many ICOs are scams, and altcoins are also experiencing dumps,
if you want to invest more, then you have to think about the risks.
ICO is considered high risk high return investment and people should only invest if they know all the risk coming from it and be prepared for the worst. Even IEO is not a guarantee that you're not gonna lose money so it pretty much sums up what OP should think about which is considering the risk and the return whether it's actually worth it or not.
Though I'm guessing OP just trying to somehow promote the coin he comes up with LOL
