61  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Focus game: EPL, Matchweek 12, Liverpool VS Manchester City on: November 07, 2019, 06:27:17 PM
This is a very tough match up as they are also the top 1 and 2 in EPL. Liverpool has the home advantage but it is only a slight advantage. Both teams to score most likely. I think Liverpool wins 2-1 or maybe a draw at 1-1. Hard to pick a safe good odds in this match.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you sell a million dollars bag of crypto? Would you trust exchanges? on: November 07, 2019, 06:02:35 PM
Just wondering if I want to sell significant amount of crypto, where can I do it ? By significant I mean $250,000+ of crypto.Would you trust Binance / okex / huobi to return their money to you , and how law can protect us from being scammed?
$250,000 is not a big amount in Binance, Okex and Huobi. Those big exchanges have hundreds of million dollars trade volume daily. $250,000 is only worth 27 bitcoins. I can trust these exchanges because they are big which also means they are catering many whales. But I prefer Binance because of their SAFU and due to the fact that CZ paid all the lost funds when there was a hacking incident.
63  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Andy Ruiz vs Anthony Joshua II on: November 07, 2019, 05:47:00 PM
Quote
Heavyweight contender Tyson Fury would like to see his countryman Anthony Joshua get revenge against Andy Ruiz - but he doesn't expect that scenario to take place.

https://www.boxingscene.com/fury-i-hope-joshua-wins-i-see-ruiz-doing-same-thing--144072

Fury wanted Joshua to win, however, he thinks that Ruiz will make it 2-0.

Of course, if Joshua win then it's going to be a mega fight between the two. But a Ruiz win will put them in collision course, and for me it will be a very easy fight for him because we all know that Fury has different tools, jabs and good defense that can overwhelm Ruiz.
Don't talk of Tyson Fury fighting Andy Ruiz first. You should know that Deontay Wilder and Andy Ruiz are under PBC, so they are easier to match. And PBC is hard to negotiate with other promoters. Much more harder if we talk about Ruiz vs Fury, because everyone knows PBC is in a disadvantage.

I also thought that Ruiz would win this fight.but after seeing the odds on Sportsbetio (https://sportsbet.io/sports/event/boxing/international/matchups/joshua-anthony-ruiz-jr-andy-5d4e7739a0de2962b0cbecf7) I'm not too sure anymore Ruiz will win. the Odds are too different, I think this fight will be a trilogy fight.

Who cares about the odds. Bookmakers will drop AJ odds because he got more betting fans and supporters than Ruiz. This is why odds are sometimes deceiving due to supply and demand.
64  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin and casinos on: November 05, 2019, 05:29:21 PM

Even if there was an opportunity of gambling directly with bitcoin, I would have advised to not go for that. Risking world’s most precious asset in risky game like gambling will eventually become regret. Instead of wasting bitcoin here, it would be much better to forget about bitcoin for few months and then come back. You will be richer than your expectations. Bitcoin holders should recognize worth of their holding.
Someone wanted to become rich with bitcoin but is not willing to spend bitcoin as a currency is odd. Do you know that the best thing for bitcoin to happen is to become an ordinary currency just like fiats? The best way for bitcoin to become very valuable is to become the currency for everyone? Bitcoin will fail if everyone's mentality is like you.

Thank you.

Napoli / Leipzig / Inter - all to win @14.94
I have no idea about any of these teams as I am more into English teams. Other than them I watch Barcelona which is the only non-English team 🤪
By the way, your odd seems really really temptative LOL
Good luck to you too.

For Napoli and Leipzig I agree but for Inter I doubt because Dortmund is a strong team when playing at home, I remember when Barcelona played away to Dortmund there were no goals scored. Dortmund also tried to avenge last month's defeat so this is not easy for Inter.
There is no doubt if Dortmund play at home and Dortmund will fully master the game, but that will not make Inter weak and the game Inter is very solid and play compact and Conte will make sure to play full attack despite playing at home to opponents.
and besides that Dortmund and Inter need full points to be able to catch up to Barcelona who are solid at the top of the table.
Risky but great returns.

Dortmund and Inter will give their best to try to win and stop each other from scoring. For me, Inter will be the favorite but because Dortmund plays at home then it becomes 50/50 or near that may possibly end up in a draw. I think they are in the toughest group.
66  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: November 04, 2019, 04:31:37 AM
Why Manchester City always wins in champions league matches, you can see the picture below:

So do not be surprised if Man City always wins in every game, they are in an easy group in my opinion. We will see later in the next round, it will prove.
Manchester City can play well against the other top teams but it is a fact that it belongs in a weak group. Put Manchester City in a tough group like B where Bayern Munich or Tottenheim or in the toughest group F where Barca, Inter Milan and Dortmund are all together.
67  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Statement against people who say Bitcoin is a Scam on: November 04, 2019, 04:09:40 AM
Indeed many people say that Bitcoin scam, Bitcoin is not profitable, and the end of the time Bitcoin is very detrimental. I think they lack knowledge of crypto technology and they do not want to risk. But I like the name investment let alone invest in Bitcoins. It all requires science and knowledge and remains alert to the risks that occur.

I don't get it. What is the connection of bitcoin being either profitable or not profitable included? So if bitcoin is profitable it is not a scam? So when bitcoin is not profitable it is a scam? So if I buy a gold bar and then I failed to profit after 1 month, gold is a scam? lmao!
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: your opinion about this investment strategy on: November 04, 2019, 03:55:22 AM
Your investment plan as a newbie is really impressive since you have a good idea on how to make investments. Diversification of investment is ideal and it seems that you chose your investment depending on your own criteria of crypto that you think has a potential in the future. You are making a wise investment decision setting an allotted amount of money monthly.

Yes, op diversifying investments is impressive. But the way he proportioned it is kinda kinky. He could have made it simpler and easier to track. Just like this:
BTC 35%
ADA 25%
XRP 20%
EOS 10%
QTUM 5%
XML 3%
ATOM 2%

In this format he can easily memorize and keep in his mind. We don't have to make things complicated as it only give us stress.
69  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Did China Dominate Bitcoin? on: November 03, 2019, 07:23:02 PM
The labor cost is very cheap in China. There are also many minerals that are important ingredients to technology materials like computers and other tech hardware. This allowed the Chinese to monopolized the supply of mining materials. And because of these advantages they can easily set up also their mining farms. At present, mining bitcoin is illegal in China but because they still have the accessibility then it will be futile to completely eliminate.
70  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Errol Spence Jr. Vs Manny Pacquiao on: November 03, 2019, 07:03:59 PM
So, Spence will be more careful than Thurman while fighting Pacquiao.
Spence team are surely studying the recent moves of Manny and they are aware that there is no room for mistake if you are fighting Manny.
I have a little strategy which I want to share,...

For spence to be able to beat Manny, he should not be aggressive in the first 6 rounds of the fight since that's where Manny is very effective, he should keep the game longer and he will just be aggressive once Manny will be gas out.

I saw that weakness on Thurman fight, Manny almost lose since he was hit more in the 2nd half of the match.

Spence is like 3 inches taller than Manny and he also has the power to knock people out. Spence is also the younger fighter. Manny is not good defensively, his defense is his offense. You cannot allow Manny to set-up his combinations unless you are a defensive genius like Floyd Mayweather Jr. or a counter-puncher specialist like Juan Manuel Marquez. Erik Morales was the bigger guy and was aggressive and Manny was having a hard time fighting on back pedal. Morales gassed in the last rounds as he was having weight problems at super-featherweight but was able to beat Manny convincingly. The rematches were different stories though as Morales continued to grow bigger and Manny's camp never allowed him to a catchweight fight. I just think Spence can do what Morales did especially to an old version of Manny.
71  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What messenger do you use to chat with your crypto gambling buddies? on: November 01, 2019, 06:24:38 AM
We are using Telegram with my friends. Telegram is very popular in this forum because Telegram is the least to get tracked compared to other centralized communication apps like Facebook, Whatsapp and Wechat. Telegram is also very friendly to user, very simple and is light.
72  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What scares you the most? on: October 31, 2019, 04:06:36 PM
Scariest? Hmm, I already experienced losing thousands of dollars in a day many times. Those shitcoins are foking scary as hell. I get used to it later on. This year I became more careful. My altcoins are in the top list because I don't want to become a victim of pump and dump once again. 2018 was a traumatic experience for me in financial terms.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to prepare for long term HODL on: October 31, 2019, 03:24:10 PM
Now the bigger question is will this altcoin season ever turn up soon, so like you rightfully stated, one needs to have extra source of income and be very involving, aside that you can't hodl, u get to sell when you are not ready
Stop looking for that altcoin season, there will be no altcoin season for this year for some obvious reasons.
If you are only depending to crypto, you need to start looking for some other source of income that you should rely on.
Don't stick yourself with one source if you think you can't survive this probable long bear market for alts.
A very nice ideas. If you want to survive never to relied with single option that locks you up it's always best to have alternatives. The market is volatile and there's no certain time to accurately predict what or when the market will favorable to your position.

If there's other way to get more fundings where you can add up to your investment it will extend your survival to this market.

That's why I keep telling my friends that are planning to invest in crypto currencies to use only extra money. And they should not expect crypto currencies as an easy to become a millionaire venture. Yeah, there were already thousands of people that became millionaires from investing in crypto currencies but for sure there is an enormous amount of people that lost a big portion of their life time savings.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Asia can be the biggest crypto market on: October 30, 2019, 05:40:40 PM
maybe more crypto investors from continental Europe and America. but actually Asia is the biggest market for crypto because it has the most populous countries like China, India and Indonesia. and more importantly, Asia also has fairly stable internet access at the moment, unlike Africa which is still having trouble getting to the internet. many business models that can be applied there, especially in the financial sector such as payment instruments. but why the reality isn't what I imagined. at present crypto is only a notion and there is no real use that can really be applied to crypto except investment.

many think it's all because of the Regulation, but I don't think so. Regulations can be changed and there are currently no regulations that actually prohibit crypto. so this is not the main reason.

then what do you think?

Most Asian countries are still in developing stage. Some manage to successfully urbabized its central community just like Singapore and Japan. Those countries observe proper behavior for its citizens. They are also advanced with tech and that included block chain technology. India and Indonesia have great potential in the crytomarket due to high manpower. Meanwhile, China made quite a news that she is about.

The biggest cyrpto market cannot be defined on population alone but it is based on populations financial capacity. India and Indonesia have a billion population but South Korea alone beats their crypto volume. South Korea population is not even 100 million. Asia's top crypto volumes are from China, South Korea and Japan. Pakistan, India and Bangladesh are densely populated but nowhere near but it's improving.
75  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do we still expect a repeat of 2017 ? on: October 30, 2019, 05:16:54 PM
Errbody wants a repeat of that 2017 golden year. But everbody do not want to experience again what happened the whole year of 2018.  I am not expecting another days or weeks of big pumps because one year of dumps may follow. Look at what happened last days ago, a big pump and then followed a big dump.Experienced traders and investors in crypto market are more cautious now. A big increase in price means they also need to take profits fast enough.
76  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: October 30, 2019, 04:57:22 PM
I believe Liverpool and Chelsea has more depth in their squad than Arsenal and Manchester United. I would back them to make it to the next round.
I think Liverpool could make it with +2 goals but the game between Chelsea vs Manchester United is more risky, Chelsea odds are better tho, +1 goals and both team will score maybe?

There's a reason Liverpool and Chelsea are ranked higher than Arsenal and Manchester United. I think this is another 2-1 for Liverpool just like their previous match last month. I placed my bet ML on Liverpool 2.08.

While Liverpool is leading to win EPL this season, it looks even more promising thru the years to follow if they are indeed taking Leipzig's star Timo Werner. Leipzig would rather hand Timo over to Liverpool than Bayern .
77  Economy / Economics / Re: What should I convert my money into? on: October 30, 2019, 08:29:57 AM
The Bank of Russia is dependent on your government so there is little they can do on Russian Ruble devaluation. Russian is always the leader of US opposition over the years. Sanctions from US allies are normal since the end of Wold War 2. Russian won't become poor like many African nations because there are too many resources in your country enough to sustain its population. Leadership is strong. You just have to learn how to minimize your savings devaluation.

The US dollar is neither safe. Trump is at odds with the world. EU and UK aren't closer to the US unlike before. Russian, Chinese and Turkish differences can affect the US dollar too.

Bitcoin, altcoins, gold and silver are good options as long term investments.

You don't have to worry on cashing out bitcoins and altcoins in Russia because you have your own exchange. I think you also have bitcoin ATMs in Russia.

There is a Russian board in this forum https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=10.0. There are many Russians here and maybe they can give you more advice.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will China start Altcoin Season on: October 29, 2019, 05:45:11 PM
I hope so!

In my opinion many Chinese are feverishly opening accounts right now to invest
Chinese search engines are reporting the Chinese are searching this topic feverishly!
If these guys start investing in the projects that are on the Chinese list of preferred projects I don’t need to tell you what will happen.

As an example, I am invested in Cardano and it is on the list and they also have a solid presence in China

https://www.tronweekly.com/iohk-bringing-cardano-ada-closer-to-chinese-market/

I am not telling you to buy Cardano it is an example. There are many projects on the Chinese preferred  list.

List is here:

https://news.bitcoin.com/china-rankings-37-crypto-projects/

It is anticipated by many that China will soon make a move in blockchain technology and it has positive impact to many cryptocurrency as of now but it can change in the near future. Surely, China's support to blockchain technology has made a big news and causing the prices of many to rise. But it will be also expected that they will create their own and compete in the market. Some coins will surely lose on China's coin. Though it will be good addition in the current variety and diversity of the crypto market.

China will create their own centralized version. Just because China said something good about blockchain doesn't meant it is supporting decentralized currencies. Whatever China's statement was, that was it, nothing more and that was not intended to manipulate and pump bitcoin and altcoins.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coming Soon: China's Own Cryptocurrency on: October 29, 2019, 05:11:03 PM
With their financial power, it would be pretty obvious. I hardly understand their political direction, because on the one hand, they do not allow people to take part in various ICO projects, but on the other hand China is one of the biggest blockchain investors ever.
maybe they have their own policies to keep the people in them awake. And if you think back about what you said, the opposite of one another. but we must look at its development before arguing

Nothing has change on China's stance on decentralized crypto currencies. China understands the importance of blockhain technology. And they will invest into it. But they will probably make it rigged so they can gain control. Outside they wanted everyone to see it as decentralized to gain trust.

Chinese government is not giving approval on decentralized ICO projects. Only the rich Chinese are investing because they can easily travel to other countries and invest. Some of them have foreign bank accounts or foreign friends. There are too many ways to breach Chinese restriction on ICO investments when you have the money. Binance for example is Chinese but is now operating its headquarters in Europe.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What to expect now? on: October 29, 2019, 04:57:55 PM
Should we expect a big dump this week ?
How do we call $10,000 down to $9,000? That was the big dump already. Don't ask for more my friend. Stop shorting bitcoin, it is bad for your health.

After such a pump, it would not surprise me Smiley But let just wait to see what happens, the only thing that I learned from crypto during past two years, is that it is very unpredictable and could not be analysed at all.
That is right but some of the so called technical experts in trading will be mad. Many of them believe that all market conditions can be seen in the charts if you are doing it correctly. I know one of them in person.
