61  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: March 05, 2023, 07:09:14 PM
I would guess that after such a tiring and long season last year, Real may not be playing as well as they hoped for only because they have a huge fatigue, between copa del rey, la liga, and winning UCL as well, they played insane amount of games and not like their players are all young, sure there are some young players, but they have pretty old players like Benzema, Modric, Kroos and such, which means that their best players last year, are all older and more tired right now.

Yeah, they are professional players who are at the top of their shape but there is a reason why we do not see any 50 year old's playing, the body ages, and maybe it was time for Real players to start feeling their aging too.
They have to go through a lot of matches this season, of course this is tiring for Real Madrid players. Apart from that, they also have to field a lot of young players in preparation for the coming seasons. Many Real Madrid players are nearing retirement. Meanwhile they are preparing these young players to be able to play to the rhythm of Real Madrid.

On this night Real Madrid also faced Real Betis. In head to head, Real Madrid was superior, but they only won the match by a narrow goal. Real Betis' performance is currently on the rise, and Real Madrid just lost to Barcelona in the Copa del Rey.

But I am optimistic that Real Madrid will win tonight's match, with a score of 3-1. Hopefully this prediction is profitable.
62  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 05, 2023, 06:53:28 PM
Look at me the statistics Liverpool control everything means that tonight Man United can't get anything out of a slump, we know Man United has been on a positive trend with a win but a 7-0 defeat is embarrassing in my opinion.
Yes. This was a bad thing for Manchester United with a 7-0 defeat, and 6 goals were scored in the second half. 7 goals from 8 shots on target is certainly an extraordinary achievement. Liverpool have humiliated Erik ten Hag in tonight's game, because this is Manchester United's most defeat in history. I don't understand what happened to Manchester United not being able to score 1 goal in the game even though possession wasn't too bad.
63  Economy / Economics / Re: War: who benefits and how! on: March 05, 2023, 04:03:24 PM
With this Russia Ukraine war which the effect is felt in almost all parts of the world directly and indirectly, I want to ask are there beneficiaries to this war and in what ways are they benefiting from it.
Of course, many parties benefited from the war. One of them is a country that produces sophisticated war equipment, and sells it to countries that are at war. I did not specify which countries benefited, but some understand this. If war is not something you want, why should sophisticated war equipment be developed?
Of course, for the goods to sell, then there must be a bigger war.

I've been monitoring this topic since the match started, you can change it quickly. I think you have the ability to structure the table changes.
Actually I just wanted to see what you do with that many tables when the match starts. Grin
66  Economy / Economics / Re: U.S dollar almost equal to Euro on: August 25, 2022, 12:29:00 PM
For the first time in 20 years, the U.S. dollar has been surging so much that the Euro sinks towards parity with the Dollar, currently trading at €1/$1.01, being almost equal. This is a threat to both Europe and USA, since imports are now much more costly for Europe. The exchange rate is also driving oil prices up, since purchasing a barrel of oil valued at $100, now costs €98-99 for Europe, while a few months ago, the same barrel would cost €80-90 at most.

Goldman Sachs warned that the Eurozone is on the edge of recession, especially with Russia's decision to cut CNG supplies to Europe, resulting in huge surges in prices.  While the war in Ukraine hasn't affected USA as much as it has Europe, it has magnified oil and gas prices, punishing European consumers with the surging living costs.

What are your thoughts? Will Euro's value fall lower than the U.S. Dollar? One thing is certain though, we're going to go through a tough time in the very near future.

Edit: Thanks LoyceMobile, I meant to say that U.S. exports are much more costly for Europe, bad phrasing.

I think a recession has occurred in the EURO currency, which was previously well above the USD price. If Russia's war with Ukraine continues, there is a possibility that some countries will experience inflation. In this case, the US is in a safe position, because they have a strong economic resource through trade in war weapons. While Russia is also in a safe position, they have a source of income from oil sales. What about countries - countries that depend on other countries. Maybe the third world war hasn't happened yet, but it's already in the discourse. So that the economic crisis will continue to occur, and the world community will become victims of the political games of several countries.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen to layer 2 networks? on: August 25, 2022, 12:14:29 PM
Eth merge is happening and soon we may see a super low transaction fees for eth transactions, the question is what will happen to layer 2 projects like arbitrum and optimism? They doing really great in scaling Ethereum with swap fees no more than 0.2$ but the question is if will keep existing in the future
The Ethereum blockchain swap fee is not 100% determined by the blockchain, but also depends on the swap platform it uses. The swap process costs three times, namely the confirmation fee is twice, and the platform fee is taken based on the swapped coins. Although arbitrum and optimism have low costs, of course the Ethereum blockchain cannot be separated from the two projects. $0.2 is the equivalent of 0.16 OP, I don't think it's a small amount if the OP's price gets high.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Terra Luna Updates on: August 25, 2022, 12:00:23 PM
From the news I have come across, it seems that the former employees of terra form labs who developed the controversial Terra luna and UST have no escape. The Soul southern prosecutors office has issued a travel ban on Terra Luna employees. This is to prevent them from leaving the country and escaping potential cases and investigations against them. Many were also affected when Terra Luna and UST collapsed in Korea. And the estimated Koreans affected are around 200k Koreans and the employees of Terraform Labs are also annoyed, but other employees are willing to cooperate if necessary.

According to the report, the passport of the CEO of terra luna may be invalid. Currently living in Singapore. But despite this, they were able to launch Luna version 2.0 up and down the current movement. But Do Kwon still denied that he cashed out multi-million dollars before Terra Luna collapsed.

Referrence:
https://techcrunch.com/2022/05/20/terra-creator-do-kwon-faces-prosecutions-in-south-korea/
https://cryptopotato.com/terraform-labs-terra-staff-reportedly-under-investigation-by-south-korean-authorities/
https://forkast.news/skorea-blocks-ex-terra-employees-leaving-country/

That something bad happened to Terra, they tried to scam a lot of investors. Coin prices drop suddenly, and UST as a stable coin also does not have a USD equivalent value. Then they tried to develop V2. Regardless of whatever reasons they give, they have made a lot of losses for investors, not only investors in Korea, but also foreign investors.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba Inu has no value and shouldn't be bought on: August 25, 2022, 11:53:15 AM
Very important: Shiba Inu has no value and should not be bought by anyone in their right mind / should be directly sold to prevent LOSS
There are still many who believe in the existence of the Shiba meme token as a future project. But they did not explain what the future offered in the project. I'm just worried that they will develop a new project and leave Shiba, so they will benefit greatly from developing a new project. While Shiba will die on the way. However, currently, the team is doing many things to attract investors, including by burning.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto = Shiba Inu on: August 24, 2022, 06:55:31 PM
~
Instead of you creating a token and sending it to another party's wallet, which just becomes trash in the wallet, it would be better if you develop an NFT in memory of Satoshi Nakamoto. That's much better than developing tokens.
Currently too many meme tokens have been developed, maybe hundreds or even thousands of tokens. But it's useless.
So my advice, do not do something that is not useful, let alone trouble others with what we do.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP potential? on: August 24, 2022, 06:47:59 PM
I bought my first 500 XRP yesterday and plan to DCA while these prices are low. I am aiming to get to 5000 and plant to hold till 2024 at least.

I don’t know too much about XRP to be honest but it seems to be getting a lot of news lately and I just watched a video of some guy saying it can reach $200 by 2030.

This sounds way over the top to me , that would make it over a 500x  from current price so just wondering if this is realistic? Be interesting to hear arguments for and against this price prediction.

If someone could explain what is currently going on with XRP lately and why it is in the news so much?

Ripple is also a good coin, and many investors invest in the coin. But unfortunately, today's crypto users are sometimes very anti-centralized. A centralized system is a system that developers can tinker with. Crypto is currently maintaining a decentralized system, which allows investors to be more secure from manipulating the amount of supply.
Talking about the price will increase 500x by 2030, it is only a hope. However Ripple is not a new coin, in fact Ripple is older than Ethereum. Unfortunately, too, Ripple lags far behind Ethereum.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Solana be the next Ethereum??? on: August 24, 2022, 06:37:28 PM
Solana quickly became a favorite among many investors, Does it became the next Ethereum Huh Huh Huh
In terms of developed blockchain systems or smart contract systems, it is possible that Solana is the next Ethereum. But not to compete with Ethereum, because the king of smart contracts is currently Ethereum number one. Let alone competing with Ethereum, competing with BSC is still questionable.
Sometimes we see things when they are trending, thus creating a hassle for ourselves in terms of investment. If speaking for future potential, I agree with what you say.
73  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC Ever Reach $100k? on: August 19, 2022, 05:57:07 PM
Arguably, the most significant driver of Bitcoin value is its future price speculation. There have been several speculations of BTC price by top crypto influencers, while some have come to pass but it appears that the 100k price milestone appears elusive.

The $60k prediction came to pass but BTC has since lost more than 65% of its ATH price.

Do you think that BTC will ever rise to and above 100k in the near future? Wil it be before or after the next Bitcoin halving or this price would never come?

What's your opinion?

There is a possibility that the Bitcoin price will reach $100k. You could say the next bull run. But the big question mark is when will the next bull run happen? If it happens in 2024, the number of Bitcoins that can be mined is getting smaller, or the supply circulation is almost at its maximum. Thus the price of Bitcoin will be higher.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BTC or Gold Investment? on: August 19, 2022, 05:48:32 PM
To me both look good, investing in gold first or BTC later, but I'm confused by the current market conditions especially in terms of ROI, who is the fastest to move on?

Of course the fastest move on is Bitcoin. For me Bitcoin investment generates profit faster than Gold. Although the bubble risk is greater in crypto investments. But if we are able to control the market well, then we can enjoy the benefits every day. Price changes reach 5% every day, both for the green chart and the red chart.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum (ETH) on Its Way to $2,100, Top Trader Says ! on: August 19, 2022, 05:42:16 PM
Scott Redler, chief strategist officer at T3 Trading Group, argues that the price of Ethereum (ETH) is on course to hit the $2,100 level. If Redler is correct, his bullish price target means that the second largest cryptocurrency is on track to spike by another 10%.

The technical analyst is confident that the second largest cryptocurrency may march higher after it recently cleared the $1,792 level. Holding above that pivotal price point could subsequently open the door to the $2,100 level. In addition, Redler believes that Bitcoin is on its way to reclaiming the $26,000 level. Ethereum recently experienced a significant relief rally in the run-up to the highly anticipated Merge event. Goerli, the last of the three testnets, successfully transitioned to proof of stake earlier today, which was the final test before the Ethereum mainnet finally merges with the Beacon Chain in September. Leading cryptocurrencies also benefited from cooler-than-expected inflation data, together with U.S. stock and bond prices.

Yes, the Ethereum price is likely to reach $2100. But they can't say for sure that number will be reached in 2022 or next year. I remain optimistic about Ethereum and Bitcoin in their opinion. Maybe not for now, because the price drops haven't really happened yet. I think the price of crypto will drop by a third of the current price, after which the bulls take a stand.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Has Shiba Inu a bright future? on: August 18, 2022, 10:02:32 AM
Hello,
I have some questions about the Shiba Inu:

1- Is it OK to buying some Shiba Inu tokens?
2- Will Shibarium Blockchain cause the Shiba Inu pumping?
3- If I convert Ethereum to Shiba Inu, then it give me more profit?

Thank you.

If you buy a Shiba Inu, it is your decision in terms of crypto investing and how you manage your finances. Shiba Inu isn't that bad of an investment even though it's a token meme.
Regarding Shibarium, it probably has nothing to do with the Shiba Inu toke, it's just someone's thrill of developing a new meme token.
If you convert Shiba Inu to Ethereum it is the right step, but the profit depends on when you bought Shiba tokens beforehand.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Biggest mistake in crypto? on: August 18, 2022, 09:51:02 AM
What have been your biggest blunders so far when it comes to cryptocurrency? We all know that how much volatile the industry is. And the things that made you regret your decision? Can you share your thoughts, guys?

Mistakes are part of the most rewarding experience. Both in mistakes in making decisions when trading or investing in new projects.
Trading indeed often makes us lose when we take the wrong action to buy or sell. But it really depends on our personality. But investing in new projects is what makes us frustrated, because so many projects fail to launch. In this case, choosing a new project that has future potential is the most important thing.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Millions are still been raised in this bear market on: August 18, 2022, 09:42:27 AM
Bear market is here but new NFT/Metaverse projects are raising millions of funds, I think this is not bad news for the future of crypto and the next bull market might even be bigger than what we've seen before, what do you think? Are you excited for the future of crypto.

Of course everyone will be excited about the future of crypto. Bull run is something that crypto holders both high and low have been waiting for. The bull market always has new surprises. Maybe in the future there will be a new sensation offered by the Metaverse project.
79  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What your ideas about bitcoin adoption in the future? on: August 17, 2022, 07:49:48 PM
I am still very new to the bitcoin world and of course there are many questions I still need to ask this community about bitcoin to clear up any confusion.

Bitcoin is a new type of currency that is constantly evolving. Many new ideas about its use as a means of payment will be discovered and perhaps this revolution will continue to escalate. Here in my country bitcoin is not a legal tender, but I know that some of you may have used it as a means of payment for goods or services. As for new ideas, I think of a few but the fact doesn't directly allow me to legally adopt them as doing so would be against the law. How about you, do you have any good ideas for future bitcoin adoption?
Bitcoin adoption will take place, and anyone who understands crypto developments will adopt Bitcoin as an asset as well as a means of payment. The legality of the law will go along with the times. Currently it is impossible to issue a legality, because there are still many people who are unfamiliar with blockchain technology. So that the legality is not misused by certain parties. Although currently there is no legal legality, the use of Bitcoin can run smoothly, meaning that those who use Bitcoin today must be prepared with all risks. The biggest risk in my opinion is price fluctuations.

Yes, I agree. Of course providing an understanding of blockchain is much more important nowadays than legality. Precisely because people are still unfamiliar with blockchain so that legality is difficult to obtain. The pros and cons of crypto are still going on. Current crypto users in the world are still below 5% of the total world population. Not to mention we're talking countries that don't understand and that reject crypto.
I think that it is our job who understands crypto, especially Bitcoin, to give a positive view and use it in positive ways, so that Bitcoin will automatically be adopted by society in general.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Polygon (MATIC) to $20? on: August 17, 2022, 07:30:58 PM
Do you think Polygon (MATIC) will reach $20 within a year from now? If not, why? What are your predictions for this cryptocurrency? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much. Smiley

Nothing is impossible in the current blockchain development. But the question is, if Matic reaches $ 20, then what is the price of Bitcoin at that time? If we make a comparison today, then 1:50000, if Matic $20: $..... Bitcoin?
