Everything is risky, specially about doge coin. Has no significant price action, low volume and always get negative impact from bitcoin news. If we see from chart history, I don't see any good moving from doge. Besides that, doge coin used by trader only to send - received payment when bitcoin get delay ( alternative track transactions ). Leave doge and try another for better result. |

I'll not recommended invest in ICO, even they have brilliant concept and expert develop team. Most ICO fail and some survive with low price and volume, not good for invest. Besides that, crypto market not stable and bitcoin price has low price. What I mention is sign to not invest in ICO at this moment. Wait at least until March and analyze again. If you are a crypto newbie start from point 1. If you already invested money into cryptos then start from point 2.
1. Invest only the amount you can afford to lose without even sweating about it.
2. Wait for the rise of the value of your investment around 2x and then pull out the amount of your initial investment. This way it's like you never invested and you still have a profit, and a portfolio.
3. When you receive some extra profit put that aside too - open yourself a little "crisis fund".
4. When the crisis happens, look for the prices of travel to the tropical country you always wanted to visit.
5. Activate your "crisis fund".
6. Take your family on a vacation and enjoy the sunshine while everybody else is panicking.
7. Return from the vacation and irregularly check your portfolio to enjoy the rise in value.
8. Repeat steps 3-8.
I have another strategy and start built from last month. I don't have enough patience and start built new way to get income out from crypto market by using blog for affiliate marketer. For this new activity I should learn hard because has no knowledge, only have passion and little money to start. All of us doesn't like this situation and people have different strategy to face it. It can be long or fast, painful or enchanting. But in any case, to the right. If you believe in what you have invested in, wait and do not be nervous.
Agree with you but we have different opinion about what should we do at this moment. Most people will say " hold " because they don't want lost to much coin value but some people decides to cut loss their position to safe their asset. They will wait and start again when ready. I'm not join with ICO anymore, to much lost I get after replace my money. ICO is new way to collect fund from us and use it to develop their program. It's good concept but when they fail we also lost our money. Specially at this moment, I'm not recommended any ICO to join. Day trading with crypto became very popular, full or part time I bet many people are trying to succeed in it, therefore I m posting this, to ask to experience people if they wanna share some of their knowledge/strategies with all of us.
I d start with one good advice " do not entry in a trade with coins that are having a peek".
I start trading not from asking but learn by doing, meaning use real money direct into real market. My first trade I lost every penny I got and never come back for a year. But after use day trade strategy and keep practice my fund is turning back again and make me happy. One thing I want to share with you is " trust no one ". I dont know did you watch or not, Cliff High published a video on Youtube where he said that Bitcoin will reach 64k price till mid April 2018. I am not sure if it is possible or not but in my opinion price makers wont let the Chinese investors to buy bitcoin such a cheap price like 7k-8k USD. I am really curious what people on here think about that ?
Why we should take attention with news/ people with opinion like that?. That's only private opinion and chance to happen is 50 - 50 and the real time ( right now ) bitcoin market not support that opinion. You should stay calm, even bitcoin will raise again, it will never reach 64k specially mid April. Target too high and market has their own answer. Thank you bro. |

I noticed some altcoin in coinmarketcap, and I see the coin keeps going down, which I ask, will the coin be lost if the price keeps going down, or will it not go away and the price will go up?
Every coin has the same chance to become scam or lost ( no value ) if the price keep go down, because to raise up again need trust ( money/ fund ) from investor to keep develop their concept project and they don't have it. Many coin become scam but almost of them keep survive ( not go away ) even the value can make us cry. If you're newbie/ expert / trader/ investor should have good analyze and stop loss before replace your money into altcoin. Just for safety only. |

What do you feel you have learned from the crash (if anything)? I think the market has gained a little bit more stability now, and therefore it is nice to look back on your own thoughts and the decisions you made when experiencing such a crash.
Personally, I learned that I need to continuously, as markets grow, 'take off some risk' and allocate some profits from alt into ethereum and bitcoin.
In the same regards, I will also begin to allocate small percentages into $ so that I can gain more on crashes like this one.
Lastly, I once again got confirmed, that in crypto we see huge volatility and that is just something we have to live with - for now at least. Never panic sell in corrections!!!
I have different perspective about learning from crash. Until now I only focus to fix my strategy become more powerful but safe. Unfortunately, there situation ( crash ) that I only have one solution and we call it " hold ". Actually, I should prepare with saving profit to buy back again and also built some another way make profit out side crypto market. I'll do that and thank you for your post. |

I'm not buy Ripple anymore, make me stress and loss. Ripple has slow price action and volume but always get negative impact from news. Last year I decide to invest with ripple but need more money than I have, only get 3% profit from all my fund. It's good but the value is not enough to start invest again ( buy back ), too small. This isn't an aggressive post - I'm genuinely curious as to what peoples targets / motivations etc are.
Short/ exit strategy is close the transactions and get out from the market. Most people will say exit is when they get profit ( win ), actually loss is included. Before open transaction we must have stop loss ( cut loss ) and take profit point, if you don't have it please stop your activity. We only need to disciplines with our strategy and accept the result. No one can hold until die because patience has limit. |

Thanks  I think follow signals is bad idea, even sometimes you'll get profit. For me, you have analyze and execute by your self. From that way you can understand how difficult to get profit and learn about real market market. Last thing is, follow signal will not make you an expert ( newbie permanent ). I've seen a massive amount of people talk about the amount of money that their bots are able to make, I've looked into some of these bots (Gunbot, Profit Trailer) and when you see them, they have INSANE prices. Something that I don't think I'd want to get into just cause I don't think it'd be able to SUSTAIN profit and to be able to PAY OFF ITSELF with such a high upfront costs.
Can anyone provide some feedback for these things?
Trading bot is not good and will not make our skill grow up. Even some people say still profitable, I don't want you sure about what they talk about, all is lie. One more thing, if the bot still profitable they will not sell it, trust me. People can win only from learn and practice not by bot. Leave the bot and start your own journey with your own skill. You can replace your money into investment or trading, my question is which one you want? choose btc if you want to invest and trade for eth. But I need to say this, you should wait until February for invest ( btc ) but you can try trade with eth at this moment. I only started 1 month ago with $200 and now at $3000
Regreting not investing more but isn't that the same thoughts of everyone.
Started with Cardano at $0.13
Now holding:
50% Ripple
30% Cardani
20% Lumens
10% Tronix
All of which were low when i invested and not sure if its smart to continue hodling the same coins.
I know a lot of people would say invest in BTC or ETH but they are slow moving atm, where a lot of low value coins are mooning.
Ripple: probably 50% is in this currently which is hard to argue with as its rising fast but i could lose profit if it was to crash.
$3000 - $30,000 - how would you go about it?

When people say invest, I believe you should have " more " money because hold in invest need extra time. So, when the price comes up and take profit happen, you'll get " enough " fund. Agree with your list and opinion but I don't know about cardani and tronix, I'm sorry about it. BTC is good for invest but ETH better for trade and until now, eth give me income when btc still hold.
