The more money we raise, the more we can provide. More money will be more marketing, more flexibility to hire skillful people to work on side projects, maybe making the protocol evolve into something bigger and better, building applications for it, and not only for messaging (We can think of an uncensored wiki for example, that's one of the possible application of the protocol).

But people would trust more your project if you had stated milestones, like: If we raise 1000 ETH: * 10% will go for marketing * Will hire 1 developer * Will have our own website servers If we raise 2500 ETH * 12% for marketing * Will hire 1 developer * Will hire 1 community manager * Will have our own website and wiki servers Etc. Agree with that. Having such a huge hard cap equals to an uncapped ICO by having no concrete milestones beforehand. You guys should set some points so that investors could have a better insight in your plannings. I would appreciate this as investor. |

10h to go... What's really interesting (and quite challenging?) about this project is the development of a new blockchain for encrypted private and secure communication. I think there's a huge potential because people who are fed up with facebook, whatsapp, & co. (like me ) are ready to rather pay a small amout for their anonymity instead of being watched every single step they do online and becoming more and more transparent. This counts for me as well. If there were no tries like that today, someday it'd be too late to break out off the police state. Better safe than sorry with anonymity! |

Soft cap 500 ETH and Hard Cap is 500k ETH? Why so big different? What is the reason for this? Can you explaine?
I guess the soft cap should cover the first development costs while the hard cap allows more people than needed for that. 500 ETH should be reachable in a few days if not even in few hours. Publicity is getting stronger day to day. |

In first sight, it'll be mainly established in europe but in long term globally. Concentration on nearby areas to their origin makes sense in the beginning, so this is a good step IMO. |

Yes they will have a kind of community management with Snapup, it is very nice, its fun to have a profile and karma point and to see other's point. The bid would be determined by the will intention of users for a product.
It would be very nice and Snapup will sell premium product, so i think a lot of people will use the platform to buy expensive product at a very low price, and with that people will a bit network with the auction and bids function.
The idea is really nothing new at all, though most of cryptos use existent ideas combined with their blockchain technology. And that's why we're here - we believe in blockchains and its' future benefits. Anyway, it truely could addict a huge amount of people all over the globe to cryptosphere! |

Tokens are issued during the ICO and not at the end, that doesn't make much difference as token trading is locked until the end of the ICO, but we thought it would be cool for investors to see their tokens sitting in their balance right after investing into the project, rather than having to wait the end of the ICO, that's all  . I like that step. Shows a bit of your skills to the crowd and gives the investors some kind of proof for not being just another scammy ICO. |

They want to make a real decentralized platform to protect the privacy of users, they took the exemple of the success of IRC to show the possible success of WWAM.
Everyone need to discuss and IT is made for that, i think we have a big lack of privacy this time and project like WWAM is necessary to fill this gap.
real privacy is very hard to archieve nowadays. But that's the point.. starting in this branch today might cash out in some years in multiple ways! Today many people don't care about that, but exactly they are someday the first ones that regret it most being lazy with that. |

You can claim only the BCC equivalent to your BTC funds before the fork. You should have converted your alts to BTC before the fork, now it's useless. Shame on me that I didn't get this before the fork. It's always better to read the news twice .. I already thought so, but thanks for clarification. |

so, die hardware ist bei mir nun angekommen. bin jetzt mal gespannt, wie lange ich brauche das ganze zum laufen zu bringen EDIT: habe jetzt auf meiner formatierten sd karte das noobs entpackt. nun steht unter punkt 2 folgendes: -> Raspbian aus OS Liste auswählen und installieren -> Nachdem das OS geladen ist, starten wir als nächstes das LXTerminal, in dem wir per Befehleingabe den RPi in den folgenden Schritten konfigurieren wie kann ich das OS aus der liste auswählen, wenn ich die PI garnicht auf meinem bildschirm sehen kann... Du solltest beim reboot des Pi das NOOBS install Fenster sehen, worin du Raspbian zur Installation auswählst. musst das PI schon mit WLAN bzw. mit dem Internet verbunden sein oder reicht erstmal nur die reine stromzufuhr und muss ich das PI mit dem usb kabel an den rechner/laptop anschließen? Das kommt ganz darauf an - wenn du NOOBS Lite auf der SD Karte hast, dann ja - dann zieht er das benötigte aus dem Internet und installiert das dann danach. USB Verbindung zum Desktop PC brauchst du nicht - Maus, Tastatur und Monitor sollten aber am Pi angeschlossen sein .. hab aber ein laptop - wie komme ich jetzt weiter?  stehe jetzt komplett auf dem schlauch... Ich denke nicht, dass du den Pi per USB Verbindung zum Laptop steuern kannst .. Alternativ bei einem Bekannten die Schritte bis einschließlich Tightserver machen, den Rest kannst du dann via remote machen. |
