No, seriously, I meant Black Market Reloaded.

BMR got their biggest arms dealer delivered into the slammer last week. I'd assume everyone left there will be crapping his pants and hastily packing.
602  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ross Ulbricht defence fund. on: October 02, 2013, 09:21:09 PM
Now what about BMR?

I can help you with that.

I'll need your gender, age, height, weight and average physical activity level. From that we can determine your BMR by applying the Harris-Benedict formula, which for all intents and purposes should be sufficient for this internet coaching thing. If we're going to be working on a more regular basis towards specific goals we'll have to go a bit more into specifics up to and including a Bodybugg analysis.

Now, were you looking to lose weight or gain mass?

Edits are only registered if they are done a few minutes after the time of the post/reply. If SMF works like phpBB those "few minutes" are configured by the administrator.

Thanks. You're right, it works now. I've updated the post accordingly.

You guys are crazy. He might be as innocent as a 2 year old, but as soon as you start giving the notion that Bitcoin users support an alleged murderer and drug kingpin (since the public opinion is all that matters), you are doing MUCH more harm to bitcoin than protecting some random guy in california because prominent bitcoin people should be able to get away with anything based solely on the fact that they are bitcoin users

Don't worry. I'm not in the US and I will quietly disappear with any contributed funds.

The quiet part is a lie and involves sockpuppets. Lots of sockpuppets.

greyhawk seems trustworthy based on his activity level....

Thank you for recognizing my huge dick activity and thus trustworthyness. There's still some places free for you on my "Contributors to the Dread Pirate Roberts Defense Fund Honor Roll". Be quick, they sell fast.

Hero's hire people to kill people?

The guy was threatening to release the info for many people. Those people would have had their lives ruined by LE. If I was at risk of 10+ years in jail for a victimless crime because of the deliberate actions of an asshole motivated by money, then I would not mind someone assassinating that person.

But it's not so morally easy since the guy had kids, and drug debts. But he was blackmailing with the threat of many people's lives at stake.

Quoting this for my files.  Cool

OR MAYBE YOUR TRYING TO TAKE OUR COINS SCAMMER?

Of course I am. Have you contributed yet? You should.
608  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SilkRoad domain Seized? on: October 02, 2013, 08:47:08 PM
Is it possible to forge forum messages? What mechanism prevents an admin from doing so on this forum, or the silk road forum?

The forums software itself documents post edits, either by user or mod/admin.

You can see the post in question https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=47811.0 is untouched, otherwise the date line would be underlined as in this post which i have edited after posting for demonstration of the function.

The only way to do an edit that is not noticed by the forum software would be by directly modifying the post on the database level.

EDIT: Ok, the function showing that a post was edited doesn't seem to be working as it should. You may now start going paranoid.

EDIT2: Now it works after the 5 minute grace period.

Hero might be a bit much but yeah I agree with most he did. A shame he was stupid enough to get caught though Sad

He was the one of the most wanted men in the world running the most hated website on the internet. He wasn't stupid.

He was stupid enough to set up an interview with the most surveilled newspaper in the world for the express purpose of bragging how he can't be caught.

Just a suggestion - someone with some BTCTalk credibility should set one up - I'll edit this post with details when it's done.

Done.

You can send your contributions to the adress below.

You spelled "champion of murder" wrong. HTH.
612  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SilkRoad domain Seized? on: October 02, 2013, 07:45:26 PM
Of course drug dealers don't want drugs legalized. DPR claimed he wasn't just a simple dealer but rather some ideological crusader for a better tomorrow (by which he meant: anarcho-capitalism, his idea of utopia). He wasn't only selling drugs remember, but also malware, forged documents, he experimented with selling weaponry, etc ...

Source?

Yeah, source?

Are you mixing up SR and BMR?
613  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: mods are earasing my wanings. plese sell while you can on: October 02, 2013, 07:42:46 PM

Congratulations on your 80th birthday. Concerning the "dropping like a rock" problem, I hear some people had good results with Viagra. All the best.

615  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Links to bitcoin.org skyrocketing since mid-Sept on: October 02, 2013, 06:47:30 PM
Great news Smiley

I would think this would be driving the price of BTC up? Seems to be flat forever now though :?

It's creeped up a tiny bit this past week.

Can't wait for some significant moves Cheesy

Look again now.  Cool

Christ that thing is huge. Finally we're going to get more haphazardly kludged together fire hazards.
618  Other / Off-topic / Re: Need your vote! on: October 02, 2013, 12:03:17 PM
How much do you pay?

he is already saying cannot pay any thing just want votes   "Although I do not have any BTC to offer I am asking for you generous act of voting"

some body must look at this

That's the worst kind of payment. I don't think he should pay so little. He is after all trying to game a paid contest. He should at least pay out a percentage of his winnings.

but please read he is asking generous act of voting so hope never pay any thing and looking only for our generous act  Cheesy

Is a man not entitled to the sweat of his browser? 'No!' says the man on Bitcointalk, 'It belongs to the poor.'
