So, this time a minor update I guess, but it may improve the user experience.

Lets see what I have for you today:

Introduce the ability to use configuration files
Use "--use-config <fileName>" to load your configuration from file instead of from command line. This also makes maintaining multiple copies of lolMiner easier. See the example file to see how these files are written.

Use "--enable-time-print" to perpend the current local time to the statistics output
Well do not have more for that, do I? Ok: if you enable this HH:MM:SS in your local system time is printed before the stats.

Enable v0.13 thread model by "--use-alt-mine-thread"
This will enable the work handling of lolMiner-mnx 0.13 but with all the other bug fixes and improvements still enabled. This will deactivate multi-gpu support, so only the first device listed in --device will be used. By default the Nvidia CPU load fix (hotfix) is enabled, see below how to disable this. This option will brings back support for Intel devices.

New expert switch "--set-sleep-duration <number>"
This switch controls the new thread model introduced by 0.21.  It sets the time span between polling the GPUs for completed work in microseconds. Lower values may stabilize the performance, but also increase CPU load for all vendors. Setting the value to 0 will make lolMiner-mnx use one full CPU core by 100% for handling all devices. If this is used with "--use-alt-mine-thread" it will disable the Nvidia hotfix. Higher values reduce CPU load but may reduce hash rate. Default is 1000 microseconds = 1 millisecond.

[Windows] Hibernating is now prevented
lolMiner-mnx now reports Windows that it does not want Windows to switch to power save, hibernate and switching screen of automatically.

Improved thread safety
I inserted some mutex so most critical parts that are shared can now be accessed only by one thread. This should improve stability and reduce double free errors that make the miner crash.

Huge project? Seems like it's a dead project!
I'm just waiting for a sell opportunity, but obviously many people do. Because when price gets close to ICO price, rate immediately drops again.
Listing on big exchanges was obviously denied (promised for Dec./Jan.)
Such a huge number of comments without any big investors show it's still overvalued and hyped.
So you guys think it will ever reach ICO price again? Or will it be dead soon? Hype comments without any reasonable arguments will be ignored.
Devs blamed themselves that much, I don't think investors will ever trust them again.

The parking is one of the selling points on MNX platform. It serves as a really good passive income for anyone parking their MNX coins.  I'm curious where the profits from parking coins are coming from. Are the from the platform fees?

Question...When you park your coins for a monthly %...ie 15%...Is this rate locked for the entire month at this rate the day you locked or is it a monthly average rate?

I am quite happy with this ... why? Because it is like 0.2 should have been But see the release notes:

Introduced a complete new work thread model
The old solution caused massive problems with more then 2-4 Nvidia cards. Therefore I tried something new and what to say... I am happy with it. We tested it with one rig (I5) on 6-7 GPUs (GTX 1060) and what to say: It works This also means that the old --enable-nv-hotfix switch does no longer exist. The new solution will also increase the hash-rate on Nvidia hardware slightly (2-5%).

New parameters: --set-short-stats-interval <n> / --set-long-stats-interval <n>
The new parameters can be set to control the verbosity of lolMiner-mnx. It sets the time between the status lines printed to n seconds. If you set 0 or a negative number this disables the corresponding output lines. As for the --set-long-stats-interval this also controls the duration of the benchmark mode (that you can access when passing no user / server data to the miner)

Benchmark mode is now offline
Well I manged that no connection is required to test the capacities. Before it was mining to dev fee account, now this works even on machines without network connection.

Extending the parameter range for --set-work-batch
As before the default (2) is ideal for Nvidia GTX 10XX cards. The Nvidia professional cards (P100, V100 and Titan V) may profit from setting this to 1. For AMD cards: every even number will work well, but the higher the better. I measured that setting the parameter to 8 or even 12 (max) gave about 15% extra performance over the default. Setting a higher value also increases the memory use, so if the miner crashed on startup it may be better setting the value lower.
Even with this setting optiminer is still faster on AMD (to be changed in future ^^), but lolMiner-mnx consumes less energy (may be changed when GPU is better utilized). As far as I can estimate the two are now almost on par for sol/s per watt for RX 570 / 580 series. Try on your own which is more profitable in your concrete setup.

Some small changes in the stratum connection
Nothing to talk much about. I hope to improve stability with this. Note that the miner will now quit when it is not authorized from the server because the credentials are wrong.


Unfortunately there are two known issue:
Miner will crash on startup with Intel drivers
Well somehow the Intel drivers do not like the new work handling. Have to dig deeper why. For Intel 0.2 is the better version right now.

Miner will not quite when a GPU is detected with 0 sol/s
This feature had its problems in 0.2 and now with the new handling it does not work. But it will come back (with a switch to turn it on / off) in next versions.

最近、「楽して稼げる系」のモノを進めてくる方がすごく多いです。色々調べてみましたが去年位から結構あったみたいですね。

従来のMxMinerよりハッシュレートが改善されていますが
まだ、バグが多いようです

windowsでは数分でソフトウェアがクラッシュ
Linux、windows環境にて複数のGPUで作動させると、平行してハッシュレートが落ちる 等

今後期待のもてるマイナーです、特にwindows環境でのハッシュレート改善に注目されています

安定したバージョンがリリースされれば市場にかなりの供給が見込まれます


windows10 Linux にて動作確認

へー、Liskってリブランディングするんだー
ICOで買って去年の早い段階で全部売っちゃって、何も情報を見てないな（来ているメールもスルー）
とか思いつつ、今の価格を見たらちょっと驚いた

2600円ぐらいするんだ
Cryptiの頃から何となく情報を追っていて900ぐらいしか買わなかったけど（当時のbtc価格だと5～6千円で？）…持っていたら…

どっかにお宝が転がってねーかなー、ICOのようにスタートから時価総額が高くて伸びしろが少なそうなやつじゃなくて
もっと小さなプロジェクトから始まって段々発展していくような…

Bountyキャンペーンは検討したいと思っています。
日本のICOで応援したい気持ちもありますし、COTトークンの需要も見込めると思いました。

ただ、コスプレの世界に疎いので「CPCトークン」の仕組みが良いものなのかどうかの判断がつきにくいのですが、個人的には「COTトークン」ですべての流通をカバーしたほうが良いのではないかな？と感じた次第です。ちょっとややこしくなってしまっていると思いました（笑）
