I was very excited and eager to get into cloud mining, but after reading this thread I'm full of dread.
Is there a cloud mining service you'd recommend that can accept credit cards?
Hashnest looks profitable but only accepts bitcoin which I'm very low on these days.
AMHash is sold out it seems, but they also look good.
Genesis Mining takes cards, but from their fees and pricing looks like it would be a bad deal compared to the rest.
KnC may be a good choice, but not sure if they take cards or not.
Any recommendations?

I think ZeusHash is pretty good - accepts credit cards/bank transfers and knC Cloud accepts USD bank transfer.

He is creating a script and integrating it for me. Hopefully, it will done soon. I will post the link here when it is done - wait for it! Smiley

Just contact some user called equinox, he is in the services section too.

Yes, he is a good person. You can also contact spreadbit. Both of them create simple faucets for free. Smiley

P.S. Service threads:-

Spreadbit:

yea 1$ per click would be nice Smiley and thanks for the 2 sites with info

Good luck! Smiley

If you want to make faucets for other cryptocurrencies, you can use this script : https://github.com/ChristianGrieger/Cryptocurrency-faucet-script .

You have to edit atleast the following:

Code:
"rpc_user" => "rpcuser",
 "rpc_password" => "rpcpassword",
 "rpc_host" => "rpchost",
 "rpc_port" => "rpcport",
 // MySQL settings:
    "mysql_user" => "db_user",
 "mysql_password" => "db_password",
 "mysql_host" => "localhost",
 "mysql_database" => "db_name", // faucet database name
 "mysql_table_prefix" => "sf_", // table prefix to use
 // Coin values:
 "minimum_payout" => 1, // minimum coins to be awarded
 "maximum_payout" => 6, // maximum coins to be awarded
 "payout_threshold" => 10, // payout threshold, if the faucet contains less coins than this, display the 'dry_faucet' message
 "payout_interval" => "1h"

Special thanks to coinblasters123 for the link and specifying the codes to be edited. Smiley

6129  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] NiceHash.com - sell & buy hash rate cloud mining service / multipool on: December 28, 2014, 04:34:56 PM
guess thats same as at ghash io right? any ideas how to increase profitability?

You can set p=price in the command, if you want to mine on other pool when the price is lower than the price you set.

Not current profit. Gross income. Gross income - operating costs = gross profit. So 0.0122 btc/Th/day - electrical cost - bandwidth = gross profit - other costs = net profit or loss.

Thanks! Corrected it! Smiley

You must have domain and hosting.
I can setup a faucet just for 0.03BTC

What kind of faucet?

I think he creates good faucet but his latest work was a basic/simple faucet. Will have to wait for his reply...

thanks again, may I ask how much you paid for it? and who did it for You? I am asking because I am a noob regarding faucets (not only)  Smiley and also would like to have one.

The user "jokerboy" did it for me and the frankly speaking, he does it super fast. And he charged only 0.025 BTC for it.

thanks man. are you sure regarding Google ads pays roughly ~$1 per click,?

I checked the faucetbox website but didnt understand the advantage in case I would work with them?

Sorry! It was a bit old one, I think. You will get from $0.02 to $10.00 per click and it will also depend in the country you live. Smiley

Faucetbox works like MicroWallet and similar service. People will get their satoshis instantly to their faucetbox account. Most of them like such thing, so they can earn payout threshold easily if they can earn enough satoshis from other faucets which uses same service. It will also decrease your headache in managing the payment. Roll Eyes

P.S. You may want to check these sites : #1 #2

The microwallet API sucks. You need to request for the API key and wait for long to get it.

You don't want to use their API, you can get help for editing the config file from that site. That's why I added. Smiley

but this doesnt answer my question how much a faucet could have profit if it is done like you are saying?

Google ads pays roughly ~$1 per click, you can get BTC from a-ads for impressions and clicks + adbit for clicks(Advertisers need to bid first though). You can use captchas which pays you such as areyouahuman, solvemedia or minteye(depreciated because of frequent errors). First few weeks, it will be hard, after that you will get profit if the prizes are fair. Smiley

Small pic(Thanks to minifrij):

I used to use minteye for my old faucet minifrij.pw. It worked pretty well, I made a little bit of money from it, nothing much though.
The earnings aren't massive, here's what I made from it (keep in mind my balance was reset a few times for an unknown reason):

There was the occasional bug, but it could be fixed by just refreshing the page.

You can also use http://areyouahuman.com/ if you want legibility, since it's just simple puzzles. Never tried it though, so I cannot vouch for it.

P.S. You can create your own faucet easily by downloading the script from https://faucetbox.com/en/faucetinabox. You can get a small help from https://www.microwallet.org/api. Smiley

BTW the captcha is very slow. With areyouahuman captcha, you can earn money but it is slow now which isn't normal, so you should try solvemedia - it also gives some money. Good luck! Smiley

very nice  Smiley so who can tell me how much such a faucet will/could have profit. any  serious answer is very much appreciated

The prize is every 4 hours, so it won't be very expensive but there is no ad slots, so it will be a bit tough to manage it unless you get sponsors. I suggest to put google or yahoo ads, if you don't like 'em, then try to add a-ads or adbit. Smiley

Bro , how much bitcoins you spent for creating this faucet. Pm me all the details.

Faucet balance is 913300 satoshis. So total funding will be bit more than that. IMHO if you want to create a free faucet, you can choose Equinoxx X or Spreadbit.

Never made a signed message before, but, I'm looking at the possible options. Would you like a Bare Signature (Bitcoin-Qt Compatible), Base64 Signature, or Clearsign Signature?
If you are using blockchain.info, go to the tab where you see all your addresses, click on the down arrow in front of the address for which you  want to sign message. Click on sign message. Now input your message and its done.

I use Armory. Those are the listed options; I'm asking which type of signature Muhammed would prefer, haha

Bitcoin-qt would be helpful! Smiley

@Muhammed Zakir when payout will increase all people are leaving signature Campaign now and joining other one

any plans to increase pay rates/

Sorry! This campaign isn't really effective, so it is hard to increase the payrate. Smiley
Also, can you guys please update the main post telling what do you guys payout to full members, somewhere i heard you are giving out 0.00015btc/post, but your thread doesn't represent that.

It isn't an official ANN but yes, I am paying @0.00015/post. Wink

Good to see you again! Smiley

Welcome back!
Keep in mind that the new software will have a lot more new useful features. You can too request features in the Meta subforum.

Icon preview (they are vectors):

What do each of these images mean? Does this mean we're getting a +1 and a 'favourite' feature?
They are just some icons bundled in the current new forum software development, they might be used or they might not, but the fact that they have created them shows that most of that icons will be used.

You can too request features in the Meta subforum.

He has requested Add own JavaScript scripts but didn't get enough response. Don't know whether it will be implemented.

6140  Economy / Services / Re: ★☆★ Bitin.io » Instant Cryptocoin Exchange! » Accountless » Sig/Pm Campaign ★☆★ on: December 28, 2014, 07:35:50 AM
What if the account was bought from someone?
The person would need to change the address in case of a sold account but wont have access to the previous address and hence would not be able to sign a message?
Should that guy PM you telling that the account was sold and so he needs to change the signature? But this method would provide account stealers with an option to change the address without having to sign the address and thus it can be misused. But your current method is not beneficial for the people who have bought the account.

There will be another procedure for that. Mostly I will remove such people. Roll Eyes
