we should use bitcoin related 2FA

https://github.com/nanotube/supybot-bitcoin-marketmonitor/blob/master/GPG/local/bitcoinsig.py

easy to implement and only requires storing public bitcoin addresses.

theymos hasn't responded here for a few days. We will know after he respond. But I don't whether he will use this instead of Google Authenticator. Is there any other site, which uses this 2FA? AND HOW does this work, if only public Bitcoin address is needed?

I don't think you can do that. Even when you removes them from your watchlist it's still gona show them in show new replies to your posts.

Yeah, you are right! But you can remove it from Watchlist and you can check watchlist for new replies instead of Show new replies to your posts. Roll Eyes

Joining post count 298
Left post count  326

So will i get paid for this or not

IF not no problem with that

thanks

are you join this campaign in 1 week? if no, possibly you can't get paid

Nope i am old member of this champion you can see my name in previous payout Schedule  Can i join Personal signature and other Forum signature use at same time ?

Yes you can. See mine. Roll Eyes The rate/post is 0.00001BTC. I think you will not get the payout as you left in middle of the period. If you have stayed till end of the period you will get it. It was probably a good idea to tell pocketdice to reserve you a slot for you and you can join after this period. Anyway, good luck! Smiley

7085  Other / Meta / Re: BBcode & Sliced Images - Help Needed on: September 25, 2014, 03:51:23 PM
I think you have pressed 'Enter/Return' between some images, spaces are showing between them only. If you want to remove the spaces, remove the space between the images caused due to pressing of 'Enter/Return' or if you want to add spaces between the remaining photos, press 'Enter/Return'. I hope this helps. Smiley

From what I read, that feature is currently not there, it may come in 'New forum'. You may want to wait a few months more. Just click on the threads you want to read and then click 'mark all messages as read' button(top-right). It will help you a little(till a new post is made). It is annoying for me too but I think we will have to forget some features.

OR you can try this:
If you click on watchlist, you should see threads that have new replies to them that you have not looked at yet. When you click on your watchlist and see something you no longer want to see copy the thread name, click on edit, then use the "find" feature on your browser to find the thread and delete it.

Let's try to send message to some moderators. Maybe they will tell you the process Smiley

Don't send messages. Instead of being a moderator, you will be banned from Bitcointalk.

@royalty_no1 : The question has been answered correctly by redsn0w & DiamondCardz. Please read before posting! Smiley

7089  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Is there any way to convert from 1 private key format to another? on: September 24, 2014, 01:12:27 PM
Hello! Is there any way to convert from 1 private key format to another?

Yes.  A private key is just a number.  Different "formats" are just different ways of representing the same number.

Different wallets support different formats and some supports all format. The wallet I am using only supports compressed private key format but I have Base58 Wallet Import format. So is there any way? Thanks!

  ~~MZ~~

Compressed key is a form of Base58 Wallet Import Format.  You shouldn't need to do any conversions.

Sorry for not posting correctly. I thought Bas58 Wallet Import Format is Uncompressed key as I saw just uncompressed private key in Bitcoin wiki. So is there any way to convert compressed to uncompressed format? Huh And thanks for clarifying it! Smiley

I think coinbroker has changed the server time to local time. I think that's the problem. Changing time would change the dates and time in the posts, won't they? Roll Eyes That means, I and jeroenn13 met the requirements. Smiley I believe we will be paid. Smiley Sent a PM to coinbroker.

  ~~MZ~~

Changing server time would not make a big difference. Your post number is lower than expected cuz some of the historical posts are deleted by Bitcoin Forum or yourself. Since our calculation basis is post number, this made a hug difference.

Since it's the first time of this kind situation and some misunderstandings may exist, I would pay Muhammed Zakir and jeroenn13 for last week's work. However, this point is cleared now and all the future calculation will be only based on the number after 'Posts' in Profile. Please do understand!

Thanks! I hope this kind of issue won't be there in future.

It's fair we are getting paid for our posts. Great we resolve this issue.
As soon I received it, I'll remove the posts about the issue.

EDIT: Received it.

Congrats, friend! AND it was a nice PM you sent, thanks! Wink Cheesy

7094  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how to earn some quick btc on: September 24, 2014, 11:44:43 AM
These are the ways to make some qucik BTC
1. Faucets
2. Signature Campaign
3. Gambling

With gambling you can make quick BTC but there is chance for loosing too. Try to join in signature campaigns. You can find full list here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0 .

Check Games and Round subforum frequently, many giveaways are being held there from gambling sites or affiliates.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=71.0

+1. Check this too. You can get some BTC through this.

I did meet the requirements, he told me I had "3 posts" which is not enough to get paid. I have posted over 15+ times this week as you can see here :
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=95039;sa=showPosts

It was not about the "Constructive posts".

Here is the discussion:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=671082.msg8952069#msg8952069

You didn't reach 15 posts when he started paying. I don't know whether he will pay for posts made after the payment, it will mostly included in next period. It is the reason I posted these lines.

After he paid, I posted some posts. I think he looks the post count at the end of the period(when he starts paying).

Edit : I counted the posts. There were ~17 posts from 17/9 to 23/9. Then there may be a bug when he checked the post count.

We have got the payment from Coinbroker. Smiley

Currently we are working on supporting the uncompressed private keys, we will release the v1.1.0 with this feature ASAP.

Also we will add address book in the future.

Thanks for your advice  Cheesy

Thanks! AND, why doesn't it import private keys while the phone is offline? Can you fix that too? Smiley I will try to keep my feedback up-to date. Grin

Coinbroker.io didn't paid me for the campaign for "not having the post requirements".

I completely disagree with this, I have posted enough post and not spammy or trolling posts. I am eligble for payout.

I recommend everyone to not join hes campaign.

I was wrong. Actually I didn't meet the requirements. I think you didn't too when he paid BTC. After he paid, I posted some posts. I think he looks the post count at the end of the period(when he starts paying). I hope you understand.

This is the PM he sent me:

hello,

I saw your feedback under our sig project and checked your profile record. These two screenshots were taken on Sep 16th and Sep 23rd. Based on the posts, your last week's post number was 9 which didn't meet our weekly requirement. Please understand. If you have more questions, feel free to contact me~

I am very well with Coinbase, i suggest it to enyone lokking for a wallet!

You are wrong. Coinbase is good but it is not fully featured wallet. A fully featured wallet will have feature to export, import etc... But Coinbase doesn't fulfill, atleast 'export private key' feature. If they go, your BTC goes. The best online wallet now is Blockchain.info wallet, try it or just use a desktop wallet.
