627  Economy / Games and rounds / [FREE* 100 BTC Raffle by Coinroll.it] Change the prize pool ratio poll on: October 31, 2013, 03:55:34 PM
The current Prize Pool for the 100BTC raffle is:

The prize pool is
First number drawn will win 50 BTC
5 next numbers drawn will win 5 BTC each
25 next numbers drawn will win 1 BTC each

I think it is better to distribute the prize more, so more people have a better chance to get something back for advertising for the company.

My first preference would be:

First number drawn will win 25 BTC
5 next numbers drawn will win 5 BTC each
50 next numbers drawn will win 1 BTC each

So 25 more people can be part of the winners.

What part of:

"There hasn't been a huge hardware dividend payoff: is it because of reduced margins, or delays?

Because we are collecting funds to get ready for the exponentially increased devices to be assembled in September and October."

Don't people understand?

Yeah if government shutdown exchanges and makes it illegal to use. It will go down on value but still live on regardless. And it may take longer to adopt but i have no doubt it will still grow.

You should concentrate on what's out at the moment and make your decision to invest based on the research you have done for the particular crypto-currency.
640  Economy / Economics / Re: Mass Adoption of BTC on: October 26, 2013, 07:14:55 PM
A store of wealth for the coming years, but still used for blackmarket transactions.

However eventually mass adoption will occur and an increase in micro-transactions. Though i don't know the block chain can handle so many transactions at one time. We shall see.
