Maybe they will change the price based on video quality which makes sense to me, country with poor connections->poor->quality->cheap
Yes that not unrealistic, SD and HD quality, for sd quality also the server coasts will reduce. Payment depending of quality- it seems for me as amateurish. I think must be fixed payment per month or for a larger discounted term for premium access with all the features. They will not have a fixed payment per month as you can read here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2871239.msg29576757#msg29576757Thanks for this info, but for me it's still little bit fuzzily - how this model for paid content will be implemented in practice, I suppose the basic functions will be free? I think they should offer some free and paid movies at the same time. Freebies are a powerful tool to attract new users. i think so they will offer many free content and paid content will be on demand, there will not be a monthly subscription, bounty for subtitles would be a good idea... It will be interesting when the community will jointly translate films and write subtitles for them. I want to see this in my life! I'm not sure that the community will be doing this, that to translate a movie or impose a subtitle will take a lot of free time and besides this is not everyone can do. For them it will be necessary to create their own staff of specialists in this field!

Your CMO (Peter Dendis) was a director of marketing in Decent and SophiaTX as well? He still working there of left this projects?
Yes thats true, i think thats why biotron doesnt hold any bounty campaign yet, maybe they will follow sophiattx marketing strategy. But i cant understand this He still working there of left this projects? I mean Peter Dendis (CMO of Biotron) working in Decent and SophiaSX right now? Or he left this projects and working by this one? Peter has left Sofia as of 1.2.2018 to fully concentrate on Biotron, but it all happened on very good terms, so our companies share a good and friendly relationship, but that is it. It's nice to hear this, Sophia has very good reputation - they have stable token price, and also they relentlessly follow the roadmap. It's good when experienced workers come to the project!

maybe is better if they will apply different prices based on the country where they operate, based on fact that even 1$ can be a lot in certain countries
This is certain. For different countries there should be different prices. Since a person will prefer a pirated film than pay a large price for it. that's the challenge that all service providers must face. which is why , in my opinion, a subscription service is better, than paying by film. As for the subscription, many people are very negative about this form of payment. It is better if there is an alternative for the user: either subscription or payment for the film. Well, they already made the decision not to have a subscription and already announced it so there is no need to further discuss if it would be bad to have one or not. I think the price should be the same for everyone, in the spirit of decentralisation and a free market But what for a European means $ 10, and that for a resident of South America or Africa - the difference is significant.

It would be great that the developers would give some sort interview for bloggers, I like watching ICO reviews, live performances - but currently in YouTube there is not enough info about Biotron.

By the way I'm expecting low prices since this was created with poor people's situation in mind. But I can also say that even Netflix is pretty cheap, here we pay around €11/month for a massive catalogue
The problem is Netflix is still not available in many countries and I suggest cryptoflix to take advantage of it. Target heavy population 2nd and 3rd world countries. Netflix got not that much languages or subtitles. They just focus on big markets. That's a chance for cryptoflix They planned to start with poor countries, in these countries is almost no competitors, so they will quickly become popular.

I have a question. The roadmap mentions both "Public ITE & Proof of concept" for march 2018. Will the proof of concept be released before the public ITE? So people can base their decision to invest on more then just the whitepaper and current information at hand.
In regards to the development stages, as we mention in our whitepaper, the data we acquire will allow us to provide actionable insight many industries and use cases. However, to start off, we needed to agree on the first thing - location intelligence. The whole infrastructure includes – blockchain, core cloud components (data processing), data analytics and the presentation layer for both users and customers. We are in the stage of the internal Prototype - Phase 1. In this first phase we are able to store and process licensed 3rd party data in near-real time and create user profiles. These is used to create POI visits & characteristics, as well as user profiles, audience segments, and custom segments. Also we are able to target ad campaigns based on these user profiles. Custom reports are prepared. We are already validating product with real customers. In later stages, we will be able to deliver user profiles to customers via API and web app, split revenue among users (wallet), provide applications for users to collect data directly from them (data collection app), and of course allow them to cash out their earnings (full mobile app). This is how we are going to build it from ground up and start earning money from day 1. Our team already has extensive experience and network in this field, which will make things a lot easier. Full product roll out will be within one year from the ITE. Full product (I mean no beta, but actual final realease) in one year is quite ambitiuos, ot by full product you mean beta? I prefer a slower development but a bugless product to be honest Frankly speaking, full product is an ultimate and finished one, and beta is just beta - minor preparation to or repetition of it Their roadmap began in July 2017, so in fact it will be more than 1 year. I like when the team puts real feasible tasks, and when it does not take many time.

As far as I know there's no subscription on Cryptoflix, you'll only pay when you watch something (video on demand model)
then the price has to be really low for it to compete with Netflix. Unless we're talking higher prices for newer releases. The low price is awesome, but what about the movie's resources , compare with Netflix? Did the dev's announce anything regarding price yet or is this still speculation? No, no price. I'd say it's still quite a long time till they do that, the team has to concentrate on the platform itself. And I assume prices will be a bit different throughout the countries, so it will probably take some more time. I don't think that prices will differ depending on the country, in which case there will be manipulations with the substitution of the IP address in order to buy cheaper Cryptoflix premium - and this must not be allowed.
