Just spent 45 minutes reading 16 pages of this. I find threads where bcx is involved that are long to be quite entertaining at times. While there is some definite trolling in both directions bcx does bring some valid questions to the table. I'm not going to rehash them as a few others have already but his points are valid given the lack of communication from the party making the claim of stolen coins.
Then he needs to post something, since he's this great master hacker detective. If not, then shut the fuck up. Seems to be onesided troll speculation to me. |

You make no sense. Even if he had sold a bunch of his own coins that he supposedly stole from himself, he had any right to do so at any given time. It would be disappointing because he would really have to be a total idiot as he could have sold them AT ANY FUCKING TIME over the past year when they were worth much much more than over the past two weeks. Extremely weak motive, esp as he is working as hard as ever to improve DGC at the moment.
He needed money, plain and simple. The third party verification is undeniable. His only option in retaining any hope of continuing in this community is being straight with people. ~BCX~ Stop making accusations without proof. No accusations made. Stating what I know. Let's just say I took your advice and chased down some addresses I found on my own. I found more than I was looking for when my third party contact confirmed address to user names. You should probably ask Baritus if he wants the undeniable truth posted. His silence is more damning than anything I can post. ~BCX~ If you have something why not just post it? Because he's a troll. I don't like the new dgc logo. it looks amateur. The old black and white one was the most legit logo ever. i was always jealous of how cool DGC's logo was. just my thoughts.

He stole his own coins? He couldn't very well admit to selling them so he came up with this "rogue employee steals my wallet" line of BS. The reason he won't publicly list the addresses is simple, they were sold at Cryptsy and as long as he doesn't openly admit which addresses is his, he can always deny anything we can logically point to as the address. Basically if you invested in any of Baritus' ventures, you made it possible for him to cash out $30K USD of his coins. ~BCX~ This is a lie. |

Ok fair enough I didn't realise funds were returned there after the breach. Will update my post. no there were funds lost, i was holding withdrawals on the deficient withdrawals while i built the little system to track who lost what and create a code system so they could recieve a "debt share" when the new OpenEx platform launches. that way there is atleast a hope they can get their coins back. can you clarify this? so in fact there are lost funds? who will cover for them? are the clients losing anything? if yes - why don't you take the resposibility instead of them?? That post was about openex.pw, not cryptoave. |

I'm picking up rumors that coins were indeed lost and Baritus found some "magic" funds to replace them with.
Probably why he won't post the address of the "stolen wallet", this way he can always have plausible deniability.

Yeah, rumors that you made up yourself... This sounds like an attempt at muddying the waters. Baritus had 560k DGC stolen. It's not linked to the C.AVE attempted hack issues. Then there were hack attempts at C.AVE leading to it being shutdown and a manual withdrawal process has been initiated. As I understand it parts of the exchange are being recoded to prevent future attacks leading to service disruption. This process is underway as we speak. Why is that you tend to know exactly what Baritus intentions are and how he thinks? Dev gets hacked with custom keylogger on his windows box.
Handwaves, no public address to verify 500k gone.
Exchange gets hacked but only 9 accounts, no way to verify.
Says bug somewhere in php libs.

Dev getting hacked is a personal issue and has nothing to do with the exchange.Exchange did not get hacked... it was an ATTEMPT to hack. My account was one of the compromised ones and I lost NO COINS. It was shut down as a precautionary measure. NO coins were lost. NO COINS LOST for compromised accounts = NOT A SUCCESSFUL HACK = NON ISSUE.It doesn't matter what was or was not given up as far as information goes. At the end of the day, no customer coins were lost... so who the fuck cares? Personnal issue my ass! Why do a PUBLIC THREAD THEN? Non issue my ass! Why did it warrant an EXCHANGE CLOSURE THEN? Moral of the story. Berry claims he was robbed.. meaning the wallet was stolen and wiped out and dumped. Meaning the wallet is useless at this point but will not provide an address as a "pride" issue as best described to me in DGC IRC. Now if in fact wallet were stolen, and wiped out, why would you not post it so all holders of DGC can see it on the chain?
Fact is me and BCX have had it out several times here before. Simply check my post history, I called him a cocksucker several times. But yet he raises the most valid of points. If said wallet was stolen, why not publish it? I would, had I made a crucial mistake like this, and at least folks would know they buying my stolen coins.
Then again BCX also shows that 500k DGC sold for almost 30k in a day. Sorry 30k USD in a day ain't no chump change.
Baritus, simply post the address please as an investor. Shit ain't adding up.
Maybe you missed this when I posted it a few days ago : This is the block which I believe contains all the stolen coin transactions from March 8th http://dgc.blockr.io/block/info/758830As you will all know very well the block shows every address where coins come from and where they go to. How can you be sure? Everyone can infer that, we need confirmation by Baritus. Also, it does not add up to 560k. We have another slow one on our hands. |
