The links to DUB are wrong. BTW one of Digitalcoins best arguments.

Mac : http://getdub.com/packages/Mac/dub-exe.jar

I don't like the new dgc logo. it looks amateur. The old black and white one was the most legit logo ever. i was always jealous of how cool DGC's logo was. just my thoughts.

My negative trust rating is reflective of a personal vendetta by someone on default trust.

I hated the idea of a new logo at first, i surprisingly really like the new one.

Digitalcoin will feature two pages in the book called Cryptocurrency "The Alt-ernative" the Beginner's Reference

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=483187.new#new

Please donate to the below Digitalcoin wallet address in order to help fund this project:

DMj925G9p4LJ497qCRy9C8CUh2CkT9xrQA

It will have 2 pages similar to this:

If you spot any spelling or grammar errors, these are easily sorted.  I do have a full time job as well as trying to get this project completed too.

The links to DUB are wrong. BTW one of Digitalcoins best arguments.

Windows : http[Suspicious link removed]
Mac : http[Suspicious link removed].jar
Linux : http://getdub.com/packages/Linux/dub-0.1.1-linux.jar

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=445324.0

Thanks for your watching. It's necessary to change the links but when i use it i have an error on layout. I don't understand. I think the links for MAC and Linux with ".jar" cause this error. You can see it on my first post. I search a solution.

I have the response at this problem. Smiley

Look my post just above. I took the post of btcash and you can see it:

https://i.imgur.com/DeesgeK.png

"Suspicious link removed" for windows and Mac links.

It's the problem. It's necessary to have new links because actually the links for dub doesn't work for DGC layout. I don't know if it's Baritus or ShimalH who can provide me new links.

Thanks for your help.

DGC V1.2 will be an important issue as the loyal miner base of DGC has gone down to only 100 Mhash due to the latest Multipool "attacks" and overall price loss of Bitcoin and DGC.

DGC V1.2 should be brought on its way asap or we might see veeeeeeery long blocks. Average block time already is up to 3 minutes instead of the 40 second target after the last exploit from multipools. If the update isn't done before either more loyal miners pick DGC back up again, it might be possible that the block times go up even more until the point that you can neither use DGC as intended, or worse - not use it at all anymore, and even have difficulties reaching new blocks before you could set up a difficulty adjustment. One recent example: MoonCoin has just barely survived (considerably worse) attacks by multipools than dgc as it didn't have a multipool-countering mechanism in effect as DGC has right now. At one point it took half a day or longer for a single block to be found. Multipools had skyrocketed the difficulty so much that none of the loyal miners wanted to mine anymore. It took over a week to even get to a relatively close block when the intended update fork set in and miners were basically mining the blocks for free until then.

I know lots of stuff is going on, but we should make this issue a priority as you want to give everyone some time to update their clients.

Nice website.

I think this sounds better.

"A currency for the digital age."  (We are in the digital age and there's only one)

and....

"The digital money solution for you."

"The" instead of "a" puts the emphasis on DGC being the one.

Good luck!

Terrific! New Website looks...digital! I did notice that the translation into other languages has suffered due to the google approach. Any way to include the custom translations again by users? The google translation is pretty crappy.

DGC 2.0: Did you see that thread a while back where people discussed potential KGW exploits? Not sure what came out of it, or how serious it was, or if the concerns had been addressed/ an update was implemented. Just pointing it out in case you didn't see it yet.

Yes I am aware and know how to safely implement it.

Also, the google translation allows people to contribute better translations for me to approve. If you see something wrong, please fix it and I will approve your changes!

Yeah, I pulled all my coins out.  Looks bad.  Too much competition, they can't keep up now that they owe so much money from the hacks last year.

I would pull everything out ASAP.  Use cold wallets and so far Cryptsy has been pretty safe for daily trades.

DGC hot wallet is already empty. Waiting for a txid since last night. I didn't have much on it, but it still hurts to lose it. A pity there is no such thing as a safe exchange.
