Why are people from the United States excluded?
As Andreas Antonopoulos has stated before. The lack of KYC/AML is a feature, not a bug. (Talking about bitcoin).
Will you be friendly to US customers in the future? Are you going to look for legal solutions?
It's not the fault of people in the United States that they live under such a strict and corrupt government and it would be a win-win for any project to receive investment from one of the worlds biggest country (and possibly richest).
The reason is very simple if they violate some obligations when selling, then the US court can demand the arrest of the creators. The risk of this in an area that is not being re-designed is very, very large. In order not to risk it is easiest to exclude from sale. That's the reason on why you should get KYC'ed for investing the project to prevent fraud in the future. I wish they could manage your KYC id and your photo safely stored in a highly secured server. |

I am glad that we have this kind of project here in the crypto currency community. This kind of project which will bring more progressive impact for all of us in here which will make the science industry beneficial but an end to end benefits for both the science of genetics and crypto industry. This is a great project that aims a great future ahead.
The whole concepts makes it more interesting because we are talking about genetics. This is really a very challenging due to its complexity because we know science is very interesting but a hard thing to do. It might be a hard job to do but for some reasons it is possible to do the job. Nothing is impossible in science if you want to do it. |

I don't think people will be needed to pass the KYC module to be able to trade since it is not an exchange and its not a trading platform. Hope you can understand that there is no restriction to invest. |
