Seems block explorer not working.
Sent some NODE to alcurex, my windows client shows 5 confirmations, while alcurex needs 6 confirmations, so my NODE sit in limbo, alcurex shows 1 confirmation left.
How these confirmations is supposed to work?
My client shows transaction id 558440129799256779, alcurex shows transaction id 1309792183096622615.
What do I miss here?

Made transaction 5 hours ago, still 5 confirmations. How to understand that? It is complete BS  Devs, wake up finally, it's not beta NODES you are playing with. |

Keeps crashing after block check. Also you should put version number on first window so we knoe what version when checking blocks. My windows client is running know. Last block 10631. |

NODE Rewards Update:There has been an addition to the node reward system. If you are running a node on a Windows PC, you will now be rewarded as well. Since people are running it from their personal PC, Windows nodes will have a requirement of being up at least 12 hours a day and the reward will be 75 NODE per day or however many NODE you accumulate after 12 hours (you can do the math, I'm lazy  ).
Special thanks to sava0123 for writing and running the scripts for the NODE Rewards. Wait, wait, wait, what?! What does this entail? Is it the same as a node controller that we setup in a VPS? With the same rewards? So setup a Windows PC, with a node add in 500k? This is a private giveaway, to forge you need at least 500k NODE in your account. I am giving away the NODE to help out those who cannot forge at the moment. OK so you still cant forge in windows? You can forge but at the moment some people are taking advantage of the system so I and a few others have decided to even out the field a bit. Once forging is more balanced, you should be able to forge and the giveaway will not be necessary anymore. So just so I am 100% clear, I can download the windows wallet and transfer in 500k node. Then I just let it run 24/7 and I will be forging? Well getting a reward for it? Can anyone confirm? Yes, I can confirm. I run node on Windows and got bounty for that. Not sure about new 0.9.5 version. |

My Windows client shut down. Do we have centralized coin, then devs can shut down complete network and running clients? Am I missing something?

that is really old. You will be on a hard fork once block 330000 hits for NXT because of NXT releasing MS (Monetary System) The most up-to-date SuperNet client is located on NXT's forums https://nxtforum.org/lite-multigateway-releases/supernet-v1-4-7-1/and I would suggest following this forum as well for news regarding SuperNet. Just remember SuperNet (UNITY) is an asset of NXT (at least for the moment). You will need to create a NXT account in order to hold SuperNet (if not you can't trade it away to the NXT AE, or even secure your account with a transaction.) Thanks!! Another question. Where do I create my NXT account? Or do I just download the NXT wallet? You download the NXT (or in this case the SuperNet) wallet that I linked. Once it's done downloading you will get a .zip folder called "supernet-1.4.7.1.zip" where you need to unzip it to wherever you want to hold the files. Inside should be a folder called "supernet-1.4.7.1" that will contain the NXT wallet files. If you use Windows (after doing the above)1.) look for the file named "run.bat" and right-click ->copy to desktop (to create a shortcut which I find easier to use  ) 2.) Double click the shortcut you created and it should start running the nxt.jar file. 3.) Let it load then go to localhost:7876 where you will be greeted with the NXT login screen. 4.) Enter a passphrase (think of this as a password to your whole account.) If you lose this or a hacker gets a hold of the password then you lose your account. I would suggest adding things like %$&#!,uppercase and lowercase letters, and other types of symbols to have a more secure password. 5.) Your account will then login. It's regularly updated by the creator 'Wesley' and even gives notifications when there is an update. btw. In order to trade your SuperNet on the AE and/or secure your account you will need at least a few NXT. Cool. Thanks!!! Just a reminder for NXT newbie: DOUBLE CHECK that your choosen passphrasse opens the same account ID before funding it with NXT!! If you'll make any mistake in entering your passphrase (extra symbol, extra space, etc.), client will open different account. |
