621  Economy / Lending / Re: [50 btc] 100% secured business development loan on: March 08, 2013, 01:52:03 PM
Can't believe the length of time this loan is taking to close.

This is rated a 24. That's a full 9 points higher than anything else on BTCjam for the last two weeks.

I'm sorry to have kept investor's money tied up for the last week as I wait for the loan to close ;-)

Now, I need 3 more BTC to close the loan.

Can anyone loan me 3 BTC please? Smiley

He has claimed his shares according to Namworld.
So, when can this be cleared up?

Anybody heard from Brendio? Could Namworld give any information on the status of this situation?

Burnside should probably lock brendio's account. I asked him to do this a couple of weeks ago but he just told me to talk to namworld about it :/

Explain how I'm supposed to pay for something I haven't got an invoice for and with no response from judge.me. In fact I've followed them up on the email and still no response.

Seriously, I'm just going to ignore you if you keep posting BS to stall and want to get 4x of what you paid for without actually going through arbitration.

Let me make this clear:

YOU ARE NOT WAITING ON ME. I CAN'T DO ANYTHING AND I'M NOT GETTING ANY EMAILS BACK FROM PETER-JAN.

YOU ARE WAITING ON JUDGE.ME OR JUDGE.ME IS WAITING ON YOU (or the FBI).

I'm not even going to bother pointing out your colluding / lying messages here, because I'm saving that up for judge.me.

Make sure you request that he be judged liable for your fees for defending your reputation. This isn't just about whether or not you are innocent, it's about the damages he caused you. I'm very interested in seeing the result of this.

Wink I see your fractal snake oil and raise you my Heisenberg compensators.

Sig worthy Smiley

Just goes to show, Puppet doesn't know what the hell he is talking about. Bill Williams, PhD, CTA, is a successful daytrader and a professional psychologist. Don't be some jack who thinks they're hot because they got lucky and held onto a few bitcoins. People like Williams have been trading successfully longer than Puppet has been alive Smiley There's something to this technical analysis, you know. People like bit_happy made money on the recent dip because they looked at the situation objectively instead of being a rabid fanboy that locks onto an opinion and then ends up embarrassing themselves when they turn out wrong. If you really want to make money you have to be able to make money regardless of which way the market moves. So if the market crashes, you need to see it coming and make money doing that.

Just a heads up looks like Mpex was hacked as it's redirecting too.

http://www.whitehouse.gov/

Hope you are secure.

This is a good opportunity for a little education I suspect.

If our DNS is compromised, which is entirely possible, we do not operate it:  (The registrar does.)

    - A potential hacker could put up a clone of our login page and collect your logins and passwords.
    - Then the hacker could set his own /etc/hosts file and log into the real site with those logins and passwords.
    - Then the hacker trades all your stuff off for pennies on the dollar and withdraws all the coins and walks away.

The only protection from this is to use 2-Factor authentication.  If you don't already have a Yubikey or a mobile phone with Google Authenticator, NOW is the time to set it up.  Do not put it off.  Do it now.

Actually no, 2-factor authentication is not a protection against someone getting your DNS or getting root or anything like that. It's protection against most forms of keyloggers, and that's about it. Just sayin'

A fool and his Bitcoins will soon be parted.

From. My. Cold. Dead. Hands.

Yes, but without an exit strategy you will ride the opposite side of the wave all the way down to wherever it's going. Look at the chart; this isn't the first time we've had a parabolic rise.
628  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: MASTER'S SCAMMER LIST on: March 06, 2013, 12:58:49 PM
I am not in control of it. The community makes and verifies the claims.

Then take tradefortress off the list.
629  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: MASTER'S SCAMMER LIST on: March 06, 2013, 07:38:52 AM
you are on the list TF you need to respond to be removed

I am at my dads place he said he would review the code, just got done talking to him about it. If you dont respond you will be placed on the confirmed scammer list

Everyone who does stuff like this turns out to be a troll and/or abuse the power the community places in them. Micon is just one example, there are many others.

How do we know we can trust you to be responsible with a list like this?

632  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Amagi Metals - Largest Selection of Gold & Silver for Bitcoins on: March 06, 2013, 05:21:54 AM
I'd just like to say, that Amagi Metals shipped my 2013 Canadian Maples and they arrived today in proof-like condition. What's the term, brilliant uncirculated? Fresh from the mint? Anyways, I'm very happy with my order and I am very excited at the prospect of ordering again.

I am looking at (and very much liking) the Lakota "Crazy Horse" rounds. Something about them strikes a chord with me and I think I'd like to order a couple of tubes. Wonderful design and a truly important historical coin as well. Thanks Amagi Metals!
633  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] TU.SILVER -- 2013 Canadian Maples now in stock! on: March 06, 2013, 03:37:17 AM
I am pleased to announce our Amagi Metals order has arrived. We now have twenty 2013 Canadian Maples IN STOCK!

Wow, are they ever good looking coins! They look good!

Please see our profile page on BitFunder for more images of the maples and our other silver inventory.

Oh, and don't forget to redeem your shares for your maples -- first come first served!
634  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Usagi: falsifying NAVs, manipulating share prices and misleading investors. on: March 05, 2013, 03:04:23 AM
I'm not wasting any of my time digging up records for you. You are a scammer, and you have my 1BTC.
The readers of this and all of the other threads on which you are being outed can make up their minds for themselves.

No, you have been repeatedly told you are not on the list.

There have been a dozen and one cases just like this where people who thought they were on a list turned out not to be and the shares could be manually confirmed (by hand). You're not on the list, end of story.

I gave you my glbse email, it is nameface@gmail.com.

For the third time, pls send my 1 BTC to 16wXi4n4hN8LRvvqoDuBVvN46DGKCJPpPF.

You don't deserve an apology, but when you pay me I will state it publicly.

Nope, not on the list. You owe me an apology.
635  Other / Meta / Re: Register of Moderator Interests on: March 04, 2013, 03:09:52 PM
You're talking about this forum right?  Bitcointalk?  The one you pay absolutely nothing to use and for which the mods are paid in pure 24K criticism?  Please, feel free to offer an alternative that everyone flocks to in droves.  And your proposal would carry more weight if you offered specific examples. I actually had a mod on my Ignore list for some time because I perceived he was severely biased in favor of a BFL competitor. It's all a matter of perspective.

Actually just an aside (I don't even know what this thread is about) theymos clears 2 grand a week just on the advertising slots he sells...
636  Economy / Lending / [50 btc] 100% secured business development loan on: March 04, 2013, 05:01:31 AM
Hello. As part of an aggressive expansion plan, TU.SILVER is looking for a 50 BTC loan to help fund a purchase order. I'm trying to buy a 100oz bar of Silver and I'm looking for a purchase partner to put up half the money.

I will accept discussion on terms here directly, although I've created a BTCjam listing as well for convenience sake:

Description

TU.SILVER business development loan.

TU.SILVER is the largest precious metals fund in the community, with more than 20 times the liquidity of all precious metals funds combined. TU.SILVER's volume is around 60oz per month.

I usually order 20oz. of silver at a time as coins. However, I can save more than 50% on shipping if I order 50oz. of silver at a time. Additionally we can get a bulk order discount of up to .50 cents per ounce of silver this way. This is very significant when you're trying to attract customers by beating your competitors in price as well as service.

Basically the plan is to buy silver in one form or another in bulk and then sell it for a profit. I suspect my volume would be even higher than 60oz. a month if I could move silver a bitcent lower than I do now.

Please see TU.SILVER's profile page here:
https://bitfunder.com/asset/TU.SILVER

Please see TU.SILVER's audited monthly financial reports here:
http://kongzi.ca/silver/20130224TSR.pdf

Most recent weekly report:
http://kongzi.ca/silver/TSR/20130303TSR.pdf

Note: This is a 100% secured loan. As it should be.
Note: Loan will be paid back ahead of schedule if we move the silver before then.
637  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] G.ASICMINER-PT on: March 04, 2013, 02:46:37 AM
The table in that is based on the value of shares you sell.  I'm a few tiers up in it myself fro my sales whilst trading.

TradeFortress appears to be claiming DT will get get credit somehow by someone else selling shares in his asset.  I wasn't aware that existed : it ought to be publicised if asset issuers get credit for sales they aren't involved in, as that's something of definite benefit to potential future asset issuers.

From what Ukyo and others have said in this thread, friedcat appears to be involved with what DeaDTerra is doing, making this the only currently authorized ASICMINER listing. That's what makes this OK -- friedcat knows what is going on and has confirmed his support.

That will change when ASICMINER makes their own exchange, I assume. But for now, this is as close as you can get to "real" ASICMINER shares. I wouldn't be surprised if friedcat starts telling people to go deal with DeaDTerra Smiley
638  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Usagi: falsifying NAVs, manipulating share prices and misleading investors. on: March 04, 2013, 02:43:41 AM
I am owed 1 BTC from usagi, and I just wanted to make it public for posterity. I held 9 different assets on GLBSE and usagi is the only asset issuer that refuses to pay me that I also see masquerading around bitcointalk pretending to be legitimate.
Just post your claim e-mail and we can determine if you were on the list that was forwarded to burnside. Then we can confirm whether or not you made a mistake and lost your e-mail or made a mistake and are not a shareholder.

Update: nameface has sent me his e-mail and bitcoin address in PM. The information he sent me does not match anything on my lists. I can also show that I received complete lists from Nefario, so this is not a case where nameface was not on the list for some reason; we know he's not on the list.

To nameface: Your information turned out to be false. At this point all I can say is, if you give me the references for the nine securities you claim have paid you, I will look into whether or not you were actually on their lists and what information you gave them. But I do not welcome false accusations.

Are there any plans to list weexchange or bitfunder on the platform ?

Good idea Monster, I support that idea.
