I have a metamsk with both the ERC and the BSC chain set up. I want to buy elonspace and store it in my metamask. You buy it with BNB. If I buy the BNB on binance.us do I buy the black bsc or the yellow BNB to send to metamask. Is the swap to bsc done on the metmask side? I don't want to buy the wrong BNB and then not be able to swap it to bsc before or after.
So you want have BSC / smart chain in your metamask right ? if you already set up your metamask network from ethereum mainnet to smartchain then you already on binance smartchain on your metamask you can received bnb token (BEP20) from your eth address . BNB address start 1bnbxx and bsc address same with eth address.you can receive bep20 token ( token based bsc ) on your eth address . and access it with smartchain network on you metamask. |

I disagree with this due to the fact that if world goes cashless and all would adopt with it, companies like PUNDIX and binance support cards which you could use for transactions with less fees involve. No hassle holding your money. Another thing is it is inevitable due to the fact that this pandemic helps a lot with digitalization and cashless transaction is a trend.
I understand your point but the fact is that not all merchants accept it according to the needs of each person. indeed all still on progress for digital payment adaptation, and sadly all people are not having the same status economy. like a poor or homeless. |

I'm currently receiving some of my income in BTC, and I'm just holding it because I expect it will go up long term and so it is my savings.
But sometimes I'd like to be able to turn it into fiat for daily expenses. I can't yet pay my rent or buy my groceries with BTC (hopefully one day! but not today and not in the near future).
Not at all and I don't believe that would happen. there will always be value in bitcoin. and also there is no limit to access the internet. if one of the way to convert it to fiat is closed. like banned crypto in some country people are still using internet. |

China seems to be close to the full suite of Bitcoin restrictions:
1) No crypto exchanges allowed in China, restricting fiat to crypto flows
2) No mining companies allowed in China
3) No Bitcoin related spending allowed using bank accounts in China
Just because the source power issue from mining abuse and now they prohibit the exchange and ownership? I don't really follow this but if it's true I think the decision is unfair, they should just ban massive mining not restrict exchange. |

I sent bitcoin today but after more than 1.5 hours of waiting, I could only get 9 confirmations. Still waiting! Haaaaaaay.....
Most of the service company only needed 1 confirmation and some needed up 3 confirmation . why you need more than that . even at 1 confirmation you are already able to move your coin anywhere. I have never deposited a service and asked for more than 6 confirmation. and now all on average requirement only 1-3 confirmations for bitcoin. |

If crypto is going to continue to climb the mainstream latter in terms of quality investment tool, stability and actual utilization for the purpose many of these tokens/coins were originally created then we are going to need to purge some of the craziness. I am hoping this bear run will be the beginning of that process.
I think the current market conditions are not because of these things anymore. I think it's a matter of banning mining in China for big companies there that start mining businesses there. and for the meme coin issue i'm not really interested except doge . I've been using it for a long time, not because of Elon. and i don't believe other memes coin for my investment asset . |

Never heard of SUBX yet . but the first thing i do to ready hold some certain coin and let it there for a long time. i should trust that coin first and what this coin impact in future . i can't just hoping there is pump moment for this coin someday. i should believe the coin first and thats why all of my decision coins are still around top 10 volume in cmc. |

Sorry for the noob question but if the mining goes on outside of China, isn't that a good thing? At the very least, there is the semblance of law and business rights. Also, if China bans mining, wouldn't that increase the scarcity?

Thats what they are doing . i saw news on twitter some of those mining rigs are shipped overseas and one of them is also to the usa. china government strictly prohibits bitcoin mining on a large scale. because there are many new companies that are specifically only for mining this bitcoin. |
