6221  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do You Have Any Fear Bitcoin Might Crash Someday. on: March 08, 2018, 07:01:43 AM
i do believe that someday bitcoin will crash and overcomed by other cyptocurrencies because there will always be better.
e.g nokia, nokia dominated the market for a long time but there comes the smartphones.
Let's look at things this way: Nokia is a popular company that manufactures phones and smartphones are innovated phones, so the emergence of smartphones could not have left Nokia behind. Same way, Bitcoin has been the flagship cryptocurrency and it's not averse to innovative moves in the industry, so what other cryptocurrencies to overcome it are yet to be seen.
Using the Nokia as an analogy actually makes it worst. Nokia at some point refuse to blend with the trend and that affected their market a lot, which was the same thing that happened to blackberry as well. Yes, they may still be in the market, but they have been dropped from the top position in the phone market compared to how they used to fair. One thing about life is, if you stay in your comfort zone and refused to evolve, you will get thrown out of the main picture, but I do not see that happening to bitcoin anyway.

As long as we are all optimistic, one can still always leave some room for any negativity just in case it happens. It is not like it is not possible to see this happen, but the chances of seeing it happen is very slim, but you see that little percentage as long as it is there, means a whole lot. I really do not have any fear that bitcoin crashes, and I would rather use it to always buy more since I know it has a great future.
6222  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin predicted to rise up this 2018 on: March 08, 2018, 04:50:24 AM
That could be if when bitcoin has gone up and suddenly bitcoin direct free fall again, we better sell at high nik prices and wait to buy after prices fall again.
The problem is that users never know the reason for the price drop. Bitcoin is unpredictable. How can you distinguish a correction from the landfill. All those who held the coins in December did not want to sell them because they hoped that the fall will stop and the price will quickly return to 20K dollars. The next time you sell your coins on the decline and lose because the price will quickly recover and go up.
The problem with people is that they feel prediction based on what is happening at the moment of a fall is all that is needed and they may not know when they are either making the wrong decision when buying or selling and the problem is that a lot of newbies always like gambling and depending on luck most of the time.

Now, some may start having the mentality to sell when the price is just showing a little dip in future and risk losing the increase that comes immediately after forgetting that the same way there is a bull trap, there is also a bear trap.
6223  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC to Crash further till 1000$? on: March 08, 2018, 04:00:32 AM
I really don't think, that the whales left the market.

Crypto will rise again, whales know this very well. So maybe they left for now, but sure they will buy back in and enjoy their new millions of dollars..
They are always watching and seeing how the lizards in the market keep running into the holes in the walls panicking because the rain of blood in the market is about to fall on them. Weak hands! People like the OP usually give them the chance and those who are gullible enough to listen to the people like OP are the ones who are going to reap what they deserve in the long run.

How that baseless OP information has helped anyone with anything and if the price drops to $1k, good we buy more and wait for people like them to come buying at the top again in few years’ time.
6224  Economy / Marketplace / Re: market now on: March 07, 2018, 06:07:50 PM
The market is constantly fluctuating. What is your opinion?

market now is very good everyone is on green (most of them)
well even they are with dollar value lets not forget that they are depending on satoshis pricec right?
therefore the rise of bitcoin is their gain too.
It is normal to see this happen with bitcoin breaking out of the downtrend and new money is beginning to enter into the market gradually and being that a lot of alts usually increase within periods like this makes it a good time for traders to start loading up. The market right now is giving those good feelings like the ones we had early last year, and I am optimistic that it is really going to be a lovely time ahead of us.

Current market prices are showing signs of improvement. The Bitcoin price has reached $ 11,000, and blue is flooding the market as there is a lot of positive news about cryptocurrencies. But it is impossible to predict how long this exchange rate will last, as the exchange rate fluctuates regularly, which is very difficult to control.
Yeah, a lot of improvement and it has given a clear indication that the bulls are back. The bears are done now and they have gone into hiding. It is good to see those days of greens and high percentage profit again. I opened bittrex this morning and when I saw some of the coins already having huge percentage of profit, there was just this smile that came on me to check on my holdings. It is time to make more profit.
6225  Economy / Marketplace / Re: "Bitcoin mining is a Big no!" on: March 07, 2018, 05:06:03 PM
Bitcoin mining is great platform to earn some standard income. But we need some equipment to do that. If we have equipment maybe we earn some good and high profit.
If I want to earn extra, rather than tying down my capital with bitcoin mining that would end up with a lot of headache due to the high level of difficulty and unless you have a lot to invest and you have less electricity rate compared to a lot of countries, then it is better you just buy your coin at dip and hold or trade them. With that, at least I know all I need is just the knowledge and my capital is always going to be intact since I would not be losing most of the time anyway.
6226  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to become a trader on: March 07, 2018, 04:35:28 PM
Determine which type of trader you would like to become. There are a variety of different types of trader which you can become, so spend some time thinking about what role and job description fits your skills and interests most. Most traders will work for a company, buying and selling shares, bonds and assets for investors. Flow traders work for banks, buying and selling for the bank’s clients. Proprietary traders buy and sell on behalf of the bank itself.Sales traders act as intermediaries between a client and the market, investing their clients’ money. They talk to clients directly, advising them on the market and investment opportunities.
He won't even know the type of trader he wants to become when he does not even know the different categories of trader. Moreover, the type of trader that he wants to become will ball down on the experience he must have had from trying out the different categories of trading which he cannot get that experience unless he has been able to build it from the knowledge he has gained from learning. I never imagined starting trading without learning and that has really helped me a lot over the years.
6227  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Monitoring of new coins on: March 07, 2018, 01:43:31 PM
Are you good at trading? Where you get advice or signals?
If you cannot trade yourself and have some pretty good idea about trading, then you should not bother yourself with the whole idea of trying to follow someone to make a decision as you will get burned. What the OP is sharing though is a different one and for those who may not have some good trading knowledge, you can make use of it to make some pretty good profit as the tokens or coins get listed on big exchanges, but still you should have some trading idea to enable you play safe.
6228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just made a million by investing an ICO with my friend, what now? on: March 07, 2018, 09:59:23 AM
Now just do not rush, invest further, make more money and have a rest! Make your dreams come true!
Just enjoy it!
I am sure by now his dreams have already come true with that amount of money. With that, he can easily set up himself for life if he is smart enough to make good use of all his holdings. There are so many upcoming ICOs, and I would not be holding an overbought coin when I know the chances of having a huge retrace or change of trend may be high, So, I would rather prefer to go huge on some other new ones and keep making the money forever while enlarging my businesses outside cryptocurrency.

Surprisingly a lot of people are busy falling for it and then congratulating the dude for his progress in lying. $5000 to $1million ?
I would have bought myself a private jet by now if any of my token that I am holding even decided to reach half of that increase in percentage.

I am sure he has exaggerated this but whichever way, for the sake of giving out advice, since he did research before hitting a token that gave him up to that, he should not find it hard in doing research to know the next thing to do. Ok, that is my own advice.
6229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What makes an altcoin valueable? on: March 07, 2018, 07:43:10 AM
I guess the 3 most important factor is
1. Team and Adviser
2. Product or services offered
3. Marketing Strategies

marketing is very important. you need your coins to be well known so it will gain more value.
All those come together to usher a huge success for the altcoin. However, what really make it valuable is that product and how the people or users perceive it or see the need to make use of it. That is what is going to keep increasing the demand and as long as that is there, the value will keep increasing. Marketing strategy will obviously push the product out there, but even at that, if the altcoin has no product, it definitely has an expiry date.
6230  Economy / Economics / Re: Debt and Crypto? on: March 06, 2018, 02:23:24 PM
About the debt problem people can use it to pay interest on a large scale using the satoshi as unit. If 1 satoshi is equals to 1$, It would be possible to pay large scale interest using btc and lending is not an issue because it can also be done using btc. Another roundabout solution to this problem is the creation of a new coin dedicated to it, but the coin itself might not be decentralized.
Obviously, I would not expect a currency from the banks to be decentralized. Moreover, each bank cannot just decide to start launching their own cryptocurrency since they have a central bank that regulates the whole thing, so in that case, I can see government coming up with something and letting that roll out for anyone who may want to borrow.

One thing I have known is that things always do end up rectifying themselves in the long run, and worrying about banks being discarded is something I don't see happening.
6231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MYRIADS.IO confirmed SCAM. on: March 06, 2018, 10:06:59 AM
I suppose they don't have a telegram chat, only announcement channel. It's strange, but very convenient for scammers. So the only thing we can do is to warn people through bumping this thread I suppose.
If they have an announcement channel, then that makes it good as long as they are not moderating the topic themselves and removing anyone they feel like. If the OP can get this to the announcement page, then that should really help. It is even the way they usually bounce people from their telegram page is what baffles me, as I have experienced this before.

In fact, it all started by asking questions, and then they ended up giving some flimsy answers, only to find the chat being deleted until I got banned from the group. This one happened recently on one ICO that claimed to be an advert solution ICO.
6232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: possibilities for crypto on: March 06, 2018, 08:37:54 AM
It is very difficult to halt the global trend. Considering that many leaders of the state and members of the government are not poor people, they have probably already made personal investments in the crypto currency, and this will push them to accept crypto-currency at the state level
Right. Since the day that Jamie Dimmon said he apologized for calling bitcoin fraud, I already knew these guys at the top spot already have a lot of things planned and they know this is a market that has come to stay and with the way things are, they would better invest in it which I believe they have done already like you said and I am sure with that, the government are seeing a better need to just regulate it and get tax benefits from the conversion into fiat.

What would OP think about me if I give you the answer to all of that and tell him they will definitely happen? I am sure he will imagine I am a soothsayer. How can we ever know what will happen to cryptocurrency in the next few weeks, let alone year.

All the questions you have asked, is something no one can know, but if we are just to be realistic, I am sure, regulation should be on board, banning would have even been a thing of the past and the few ones who have banned now may be trying to recover.

Controlled by the government depends exactly based on the control you are referring to, if you mean regulation, yes activities will be regulated, but if you are talking about coins like bitcoin that is decentralized becoming a centralized currency, then that can only happen if the protocol is changed.
6233  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will 2018 be better than 2017 for bitcoin on: March 06, 2018, 07:46:16 AM
I hope 2018 will be good, but pricewise I doubt we will see another 10x increase. That would mean 100x in two years, which is very unlikely. I would be happy to see the return to $20k until the end of 2018.
We all hope so, but that is all we can do, isn’t it ? Normally, what should be driving the value of an asset is huge adoption probably due to some news and all that, but we all knew that 2017 was just more like the year of FOMOs and greedy investors who wanted to make quick money and forgetting that a market that is just moving up unnecessarily will come back down finding a good support. Bitcoin will be fine forever, and that is all that I need to know, however the value want to play out.
6234  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin after Chinese holiday on: March 06, 2018, 07:06:53 AM
For the past few weeks there has been speculations that Bitcoin will rise and face the uptrend after Chinese holiday and now the holiday is over, will bitcoin start going up and up again?
No one knows if that's the real cause of the tragedy that we've been through.
I'm not trying to be racist but Chinese people are rumored to hold tons of bitcoin so they have sold a lot. And if they are about to buy tons of it again then it will go up.
Honestly, no one can really say. Although, looking at the volume that use to come from China due to trading and the fact that they mostly shifted to PY, one could have thought they may actually be having some impact on the value of bitcoin when it comes to trading volume. I may be wrong, like I said, no one can really say and obviously everything we say is just pure speculation. On the other hand though, I just feel the market is ready to start a change in trend.

The way people speculated on Chinese holiday, people would have thought the Chinese holiday ending will immediately cause bitcoin to start growing immensely and non-stop. I see the normal pattern of a solid market playing our and it has nothing to do with the Chinese holiday. I just see a downward trend market recovering after the bears have taken out all the necessary weaknesses from the market.
6235  Economy / Speculation / Re: Your opinion about the fall of bitcoin on: March 06, 2018, 06:34:57 AM
I'm not worried, as it has become a tradition that btc price falls in january. Look at the data from the last few years, then you will notice that the price always fell in January.
By the end of February or the beginning of March the price has risen again. I think this year will be similar and prices rise again no later than at the end of March. I hope so anyway.  Cheesy

Yeah, that's the reality. As long as i join bitcoin i know that its price is always fluctuating, like at the end of 2017 its price is soaring, it is likely that it will happen again this year. The bad news that 2018 is a price collapse, it is the frustrated people's opinion that the market is always red. If we've joined long with bitcoin of course this is a thing that often happens throughout the year.
Anyone who has been in this game for long should always see the idea of holding bitcoin not a problem and buying when low a very good opportunity. Although, if you can understand the market and can trade effectively, the marker volatility can be used as an opportunity to making some good profit. You cannot always have it all, but from that you can keep piling up more bitcoin from the little you have and increase your position for the long run.

Obviously, there is always a trend in every market and it depends on how everyone sees the opportunity. Als, the fact that bitcoin controls the general market a lot makes it the one to always look forward to. So far, most who understand the trend in the market, rather than complaining should always see it as an opportunity. Downtrend or uptrend, all is needed in the market, and for a new market like this, we should still expect more volatility.
6236  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why not play games online instead of gambling? on: March 05, 2018, 12:25:19 PM
I think gambling is better than online game, we can see by gambling we will get huge profit, while online game? indeed can benefit also from our followers or audiences who give a gift, but usually takes a long time and must be a great player used to be able to get a big advantage
Well, you are forgetting the main part of gambling and the reason why the OP actually said why not play online games? A lot of people classify gambling as fun, and you excluded the part where you can lose everything and in fact, most times, except you are very lucky, you will be losing most times, and even if you win a lot and you are not smart about it, you can still go back to square one. So, in that case, why not just play games online if you really want to have fun. Personally, I do not consider losing a lot of money fun.
6237  Economy / Marketplace / Re: seller refuse to meetup to selll miners but accept escrow your thouhts? on: March 04, 2018, 04:57:23 PM
Hi I found one seller but he refuse to meet before I make escrow payment? He sell many miners for 45KEUR... ok maybe because of this amount but still you could meetup other place with less miners split order etc.
What do you think it's a scam? He allow to see product after escrow payment. and its not cash but BTC payment

If it's an escrowed deal, make sure to find someone VERY reputable because I don't think you'll be dealing with small amounts of money. Even with an escrow, I would be a little iffy about the seller. If I were to spend that much money, I'd want to see the product before I make any payment. So, in this case, I would say not to go through with the deal just because if you're dealing with the amount of money that you say you are, it's not worth it to get scammed.

This is also my call. Get a trusted escrow here and you should be the one who chooses escrow. Several scenario's might happen (1) If he chooses his own escrows  then the possibility of him and escrow colluding is there and even if its just a small amount they will likely pull a scam (2) payment in bitcoin is irreversible, so once you pay him without escrow then say goodbye to your bitcoin. If you guys doesn't meet in the middle then I might as well go and look for other options. IMHO.
In fact, the first scenario will put him at a huge risk, and even if the seller is legit, the same scenario too puts the seller at huge risk since he would want to also have that mindset anyway.

If there is just no concrete agreement between the two to at least use an escrow probably on this forum with a high level of trust, then there is no point going ahead with such deal. Better to find another alternative like you said than risk that huge amount of money.
6238  Economy / Marketplace / Re: China calling for a wider ban on Crypto currency trading ? on: March 04, 2018, 04:27:46 PM
I think it’s just temporary and nothing serious as such.
It is never anything serious; it is just human's way of blowing things out of proportion. China apparently already said there is nothing they can do when it comes to banning bitcoin or cryptocurrencies, so if they are calling for a wider ban, they are really just beginning to act and sound stupid, but most of the time, I believe whales only use this news to their advantage and nothing of that magnitude may have really been said.

6240  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How Much Should You Invest in Bitcoin? on: March 03, 2018, 01:37:46 PM
You can say yes but I wont.
I'd tell them it is all up to you. Learning them okay great do it. But when you want to go to the next level then of buying crypto currencies then it is your decision.

I dont want to be the reason of anything if something bad happens.
Example:
He killed himself, could not take the loss. You are the last person he talked to. You are a suspect.
He got so much broke he blamed you then shoot you without letting you explain. You die.

Too harsh but could happen.
How much you have should not even be criteria as long as we all know we can invest anything we want to invest and there is no small amount, then one can go ahead. If it is $50 the OP is looking to invest, from all his holding, no one is definitely stopping him. After all, if that was invested a long time ago, it would be worth something a lot by now. It is good to invest and forget the rest that happens and also not get too greedy looking for fast money.
