6901  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE CASINO - 100BTC MAX WIN, WAGERING CONTEST! 1ST PRIZE 1 BTC ENDS JAN 2ND on: January 09, 2017, 06:50:44 PM
wagering other non-BTC coins should count for levels and other rewards as well. The value you wager in an altcoin is converted to the equivalent BTC value and added to your stats. I'm pretty sure you can earn BD points from wagering other currencies as well. You just would need to wager enough of it to reach the equivalent BTC value.
Are you sure currently bitdice is doing similar to your statements. Because I just played using dogecoins but I am not noticing any change in my total wager amount. (But with bitcoin gambling, I have noticed the increases). I too like the concept if total wager amount is being calculated with equivalent bitcoins value when we gamble using altcoins.
6902  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Any good Bitcoin exchange on the deep web? on: January 09, 2017, 06:06:25 PM
Do happen to know of any good Bitcoin exchange operating on the deep web that would allow me to exchange altcoins for BTC or viceversa?

I just want to be able to exchange an altcoin into BTC in an anonymous and secure way, without leaving trace of the amount of coins exchanged, etc.

Nevertheless, if you happen to know of any good exchanges, then please let me know. I would greatly appreciate your help with this.  Smiley
A lot at deppweb but 99% of it is a scam. Plss don't risk your money at deepweb hackers can track your wallet address and hack it or whatever they can do. Just exchange your bitcoin or trade it with the legit trading sites here in surface web. Don't go deepweb it's a big gamble to trade there Smiley
Yes it is too dangerous and high risk, I think the OP can use service exchange on this forum (I think on currency exchange section it is anonymous too) or using other services exchange are like paxpul and localbitcoin.
That ways are more safe than use deepweb service for exchange the coins with taking risk for losing money.
Yes, exchanging with our forum members is one of the easiest anonymous way of doing it.

I heard shpeshift is not maintaining any log for our transactions and they are not obviously requiring any account set up too. So just using shapeshift through some VPN connections will be getting all the benefits of deep web.
6903  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Minimum Amount To Start Trading? on: January 09, 2017, 02:27:59 PM

i realize lately that if you want to trade and earn quick as fast as 24 hours, you'd need a much as 2 to 3 btc to move from coins with as least have a value of $8 and up so that with a little inflation as 0.5% can get you to earn few bucks.
But I believe 2 or 3 bitcoins are only good for professional traders and these are not the right amount to getting start with trading. In the beginning days of trading we should not aim for profit making because only learning the basics will be possible for that we just need the minimum investments like 0.05 bitcoins.
6904  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: any bot for trading? on: January 09, 2017, 07:49:24 AM
I am also interested in trading bot but I would love to try it on test basis before purchasing or subscribing. Can anyone suggest me any bot where there is free trial to test it with lower amounts? I don’t want to waste money without checking it or using it practically, I know some users who have wasted their amounts by purchasing bots and trusting screenshots.
If you search in Google, you may find many trading bots. But unfortunately none of them will be giving you profits in any type of trading. Yes, that is what my experience by using trading bots for my bitcoin trading.
I guess here many people are suggesting to use trading bots, but I'm not sure how they are managing it for profit making. In my experience, manual trading is better and profitable.
6905  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I quit trading on: January 09, 2017, 06:49:01 AM
At the same time, I believe they must be needing some break to re-evaluate about their skill on trading. Because that will be helping them to sharpen their skills for a better trading.
Yes, we need to respect the decisions of some dejected traders like they are taking break from their continuous trading life. But quitting trading should not be permanent. They must find some time to enhance their trading skills and hopefully will come back into trading just to recover what they would have lost earlier.
6906  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Market Panic can drive BTC prices Lower on: January 09, 2017, 06:05:54 AM
I know we are currently seeing the fall of  coin prices, and many of us may think to get out while the getting is good. Well if you need the money, I guess that is understandable. However if your in it for the investment, and you can hold your ancie  pants together  during the drop. I don't need a chart to tell you that Bitcoin is on a continuing upward trend, in spite of coin price drops.
Panicking and selling off not only hurts your longterm investment, but breaks the market down also. I know speculators that just made hefty purchases at high prices are losing,

Don't panic there is a way to recover the loss
There are currently two forces which are driving bitcoin market price levels lower : one is profit booking from long term bitcoin holders and the second is obviously panic selling from both short term and long term holders.

I am afraid as long as we are not getting new investors and new bitcoin adopters, this trend may persist. Because no one will be buying when they are seeing continuously falling prices. Moreover we now need a strong pump to gain back the trust on bitcoin price level among all types of investors.
6907  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: To those who says Bitcoin is too expensive for a virtual item on: January 08, 2017, 08:50:47 PM
I get a lot of people that tells me, " Bitcoin is a virtual item, how can a digital item be that expensive?
You need to explain them :
Bitcoin cannot be expensive as long as it is divisible. We can buy some bitcoins for even $1 too.

Moreover to use bitcoin as a currency, price is less significant. For example a merchant is accepting bitcoin payments for selling some of goods, after that he will immediately encash those bitcoin with his bitcoin dealer. I believe there will be no bother about the price levels for the merchants in this case always.
6908  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how strong is bitcoin really? on: January 08, 2017, 08:09:58 PM
i think still online wallets  needs to be more stable so that people can use online wallet for investing their money without any doubt.
Even for online wallets, there were no frequent history of getting hacked. Only few bitcoin exchanges got hacked and people start thinking about web wallet's security due to this. Still, unlike desktop wallets, we cannot be sure with web wallets all the time as there are possibility of security breach in any web wallets services.
6909  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How high would Bitcoin price have to be for you to live off Bitcoin? on: January 08, 2017, 07:14:09 PM
Many wealthy people can live off the interest of the money they have in the bank,or other passive income,  How high would Bitcoin price have to be for you to live off Bitcoin?
With respect to the amount of bitcoins right now I am holding, I just need $ one million price levels for one bitcoin to make a living out of it. Yes, still I am stating this price levels based on the passive income I could generate by using bank interests. According to my country bank interest-rate, I just need two million fiats for the better living here.
6910  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: January 08, 2017, 06:17:13 PM
If there is some strategy that actually works then there will be no one that wants to open up a gambling sites as most people could potentially break the house
I'm not sure about this, still I'm having a doubt that gambling houses keep updating their codes based on behaviours and activities of gamblers. Because, not all the time and all the gamblers will be unlucky to face only losses. But, unfortunately in long run every gamblers turn losers, I guess it will be possible only with dynamic or versatile coding system.
6911  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why trading is better than gambling? on: January 08, 2017, 04:29:12 PM
- We should not compare the two types together, because trading is invest, gambling is depend on luck, very difference
No, there are a lot of similarities across gambling and trading. For example, until making a position, you may use your knowledge and skill for trading after that it is just a gambling. Because you are depending on others for your profits, 100% similar to gambling.

when trading, we can control profit and losses, Not like gambling, we don't know when we lose everything
In gambling also, if you know when to stop then you will control your losses. Moreover in trading if you forget to put stop-loss then your losses will be a unlimited.
6912  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If money would not be a problem, would you still gamble? on: January 08, 2017, 03:09:52 PM
I will not gamble if I have enough money for my life. Now I do gamble for profit making but I know it will not be possible with it still I just do it.
Gambling is just a delusional world so there will not be any wonder if you continue your gambling even after having enough money for your life. People will say that they will quit gambling after making some big profits but they are failing to keep their words just due to the fact of gambling addictions.

I am seeing same from you. Now you are gambling even you know the real facts of gambling, I bet you will continue gambling even you become rich.
6913  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's Be Honest. We Are Waiting for $100/BTC to buy on: January 04, 2017, 01:49:30 PM
I don't think we will be happy if bitcoin has down to $100 but as per me I will be afraid on the things that could happen to bitcoin just look at it from $1000 it is down to $100 . It is not good flow og bitcoin it just means that it is possible that many users has switched from bitcoin to other coins.
I agree to you , If bitcoin price will fall into 100$ today bitcoin price loses 90% of it. Many bitcoiners will be afraid of using it because the price is fallen too deep. Others may discontinue to use bitcoin because lf the fall down and others might buy bitcoin as many as they can because of the falling price incase thats happen i would be sad.
If bitcoins price fall down to 100$ it will create a great hamper on the success of bitcoin. Most of the people will leave bitcoin. Many investors are holding bitcoin currently, they will be disappointed.Overall, it will be not good for bitcoin.
Since it will not be good for bitcoin economy as a whole then I believe it will not happen anymore, people will think that the price is just manipulated as we are back again in the same situation in the past. With the current price movement now, I do not think we will drop easy, it's increasing and the movement is very healthy as it is consistent. We should hope for the best and don't expect it will happen again.
But at that time the volume of bitcoin was very low, and it could easily be manipulated.

But now we can see that the users of bitcoin are increasing rapidly as price of bitcoins explodes, so it has become very difficult to manipulate the price of bitcoin so easily, hope we are not going to face the previous experience again.
6914  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: January 04, 2017, 01:33:01 PM
Well it's obvious that the number of people who use bitcoin will be increased. Now the network has about 10 million active wallets, which owns approximately 7 million users. It can be estimated that at least 15% of the world's population will use cryptocurrencies in the nearly future.

Yeah we cannot make a statement with cent percent surety that bitcoin will be known by every people. As described we can expect a big increase in the users. Also at least most of the technology related people gets an awareness about the existence of bitcoin as well digital currency. Right now there are people who are in a career related to P2P, but don't have any small idea about bitcoin.
Yes, those people who do not like bitcoin actually do not know about the advantages/facilities of bitcoin.

They may have not ever experienced it because once they aware about the importance of bitcoin they will never dislike bitcoin, they will even appreciate bitcoin after come across it.

I too strongly believe bitcoin will be adopted by  60% to 80% of world population in the year 2022.
6915  Economy / Speculation / Re: is 2017 the new 2013? on: January 04, 2017, 01:15:15 PM
what do think 2017 will bring? double peak like 2013? pain and tears like 2014? what is the sentiment?
2017 is going to bring an unbelievable price levels for bitcoins like $5000, yes it is going to happen within this January month as Chinese government itself supports the bump of bitcoins. Similar to the known fact of China has largest reserve of US dollars, now they are aiming to have huge amount of bitcoin hoarding.

Even it is not an healthily environment of support from a government, bumping bitcoins will bring mass adoptions in other countries too. So we need to accept it.

2017 will be a remarkable year for bitcoin hodlers for sure.
6916  Economy / Speculation / Re: why did btc sort of jump from 800 to 1K on: January 04, 2017, 11:12:29 AM
It seems BTC stayed 650/550? ranges for ages then when to 800 over time but rather quickly went from 800 to 1K

what are some views as to why this happened?

Particularly the last bit 800 to 1K
It is a coincided bump along with festival times. I read here many people are speculating like bitcoin will reach $1k level by Christmas/new year. But it happened just one day late (ironically).

The China's hand on this rally is very big, hopefully they want to rebuild their economy through bitcoins, hence they may take prices even into $10k levels.
6917  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin price may not crash like 2013 on: January 04, 2017, 10:48:24 AM
It must be complete foolishness if we expect exact things to happen like 2013. Still I expect similar patterns to happen. Like new ATH and then some pull back. But why not we expect the new ATH above $2000 or even $10k levels.

Anyway this gives me extra hope to keep on holding my bitcoins. I will be tension free like whether to book profits or just carry on. I will holding tight.
6918  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When do you think is a good time to start trading ? on: January 04, 2017, 09:58:22 AM
Are you willing to do this?
If you are afraid to face challenges then there will not be a better future for you.

he must be active everyday and very well prepared. It is important to mention that trade is not a business "set and forget" or "9 to 5" not for everyone.
Could you please list out any "set and forget" or "9 to 5" kind of jobs ? I guess even government jobs (as per my country trend) also needs more dedication now a days. So, no wonder that trading requires your active participation all the times.

Trading is a very complicated process and someone must read articles and/or books in order to determine his trading style and develop his plan.
Yes, once ready with "plans", everyone must move to next step of testing it in demo account.
6919  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HOW MUCH YOU EARN/LOSE FROM TRADING on: January 04, 2017, 08:36:53 AM
Open an account on online cryptocurrency trading platform and experiment just to build confidence. There are exchanges that minimum amount to trade is only 10,000 satoshi.
That will be the minimum amount just to get start with trading and definitely not for making profits as surely this will not be an enough capital for active profit making. But for beginners this would be a very big help just to learn the aspects of trading.

Unfortunately this minimum requirement makes traders to risk their huge amounts of bitcoin after they are assuming trading is similar to gambling. They make some profits when they are trading with minimum amount but when they get greedy they forget all the disciplines.
6920  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When do you plan to sell? on: January 04, 2017, 08:07:32 AM
Timing is everything, now is not the right time to sell, we see how the price is still going and that reality make us excited to sell for greater profit but we have to remember that patience is virtue and if you want to gain more you need to gamble with the future.
For an active trader, the patience is a profit killer. Just based on the profits ratio I like to keep on selling and buying back in this rally. Yes always want to cover up all ups and downs to maximize profit in this fluctuations.

We have been here for long and have witnessed how the market move, wait for the right time until the price will start to drop then hit the sell button.
Right time ? I guess even a ten years experienced professional trader also will be missing that. Just before the turning point is the right time imho. Still we all will miss that most of the times.
