6261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading on: May 08, 2018, 04:46:37 AM
I want to try trading some coins with $ 358.60 in capital by earning a profit per day, which coins should I choose and use?
I need your advice.
Forget about the coins, just choose your brain. Sit down, analyze if what you have in your head can pull you through if you decide to trade and the other you will be able to answer on your own than asking us which coin to trade. Obviously, no matter the coin, without knowledge you are just going to be stuck in your own losses and failure that you will ever regret the day you opened an exchange account when you should have just kept your stuff in your wallet.
6262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to hold coins in 2018 on: May 08, 2018, 04:12:33 AM
No one knows which coin will explode in 2018 or after that,it all depends on the market situation. If you invest on the altcoin it also comes with great risks because many altcoin will lose its value in years, but coin like DOGE is in the use for long so it might b a safe coin to invest.BUt I always go with bitcoin and investing on altcoin is just wasting of time in my opinion.
Since we cannot see the future anyway. Some coins will do better than the others and the only thing we have is just to know when we should be out and when we should still be in based on how volatile the market can be.

Every year, we have always experienced some bull run with the altcoins and I am sure this is another year we will definitely get to see another one but the thing is to always be prepared for it, and know that you are not holding a shit coin irrespective how tempting the profit may want to be.
6263  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Cryptocurrency market to suffer from strong correction on: May 07, 2018, 08:08:35 PM
I do not believe there is a deep correction within the 12 months. The deep that cryptocurrency went through just recently that lasted about 4 months has taken its bit on the market and for me, I'm not expecting any for now till like 5 years if it can come that close.
Deep correction or not, the market will do its thing, but someone trying to come up with a collapse theory or a doomsday theory when of course no one knows the future is the most appalling thing to ever do and just a way to generate cheap FUD. The essence is just to get some weak hands out of the market and rather than the community growing strong, some will just keep falling for this over and over and over again which would make the whales and the banks win at the least.
6264  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Crypto currencies make local currencies disappear? on: May 07, 2018, 07:05:52 PM
Competition between local currencies Vs crypto currencies are in peak now. Crypto currencies have occupied currency market causing local currencies enforce (banks) banning of crypto currencies. We can see number of investors have turned towards to bitcoin and other crypto currencies with large scale. Will there be a chance / time bitcoin and other crypto currencies rule over currency market and local currencies get disappear slowly in a decade or two?
You guys are asking for too much. If you are talking about fiat, then you are not going to get that eradicated and even if banks decide to integrate the blockchain technology, it would still be a centralized system anyway but expecting that cryptocurrency will take over fiat is totally out of place.

Also, if we are talking about cash, then we might as well say it may be something possible to expect over time, which would start mostly in more developed countries, looking at how third world countries may lack the infrastructure to be able to put a general usage of digital currency in place for the whole citizen.
6265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: "Hard Cap and Soft Cap" on: May 07, 2018, 05:11:28 PM
Both of these caps are just to make people are attracted toward coming forward to invest with ICOs. They are like some milestone in terms of how much capital so far made. If some people are waiting till the soft cap achieved, then definitely they will start investing once devs announce soft cap is done. Because achieving soft cap must be their way of identifying a good potential ICO.

Hard cap must be the end of ICO, most of the times still there are devs to continue the ICO by altering hard cap to next big levels. Anyway these are some of explicit criteria we need to consider to measure how successful an ICO and not definitely a measurements for potential of ICOs.
6266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Potential on: May 07, 2018, 04:36:26 PM
I personally own more ethereum than bitcoin ( in terms of %) I think it has a bright future. Who knows though.
Well, everyone have their preference, but holding more altcoin than bitcoin is one thing I would not do. I believe in the future of Ethereum as a good project and investment worth holding, but bitcoin still have more potentials as far as I am concerned since ETH is its opposite with the deflationary system versus inflationary protocol. However, like I said, we all know what we are looking for and in the total sense; ETH is worth holding for long term potential.
6267  Economy / Speculation / Re: Expected predictions on: May 07, 2018, 02:06:27 PM
Well, we just have to find out then. With the recent tiny increase in price, I think its starting to back up to a much more stable and profitable price. I don't for sure if it would reach $60k before the end of 2018 but I do know that it will exceed last year's $19k value. So for traders and investors, money will come into your vaults.
As we see the price grows slowly, it can give as a much safer investments and a stable way. It may not be this high this year but the fact that it recovers already is a big help.
Exactly.I know a lot of people have been waiting for this.Although the market price is moving upward slowly, still we can predict that this might lead into a bull run later on.And those who have been holding their bitcoins for a very long time will be lucky enough to receive huge profits soon. And those who wants to make an investment in bitcoin, start now.
Bull market is not even what anyone should be expecting for now, at least let us have a solid support with bitcoin b=moving sideways for a long time which is referred to as consolidation and once we break out from that consolidation trend, that is when we should expect to see some bull run on bitcoin but for now, I really would not be too ready for that. So far, bitcoin is not looking bad although with a little bit of pull back until further notice anyway. We just see how things turn out.
6268  Economy / Economics / Re: Philippines Legalizes Cryptocurrency Exchanges in Economic Zone on: May 07, 2018, 01:21:43 PM
I agree that bitcoin can really help a lot of Filipinos but I doubt it can be the answer to poverty.

It's pretty frustrating when the majority of the people here only think about Bitcoin as a way to earn money, or that it can end all the problems in the world, and then mainly poverty. It's all fine that people can earn some bits through signature campaigns, bounty campaigns, faucets and all other related options, but they don't realize it has not much to do with Bitcoin itself; you are effectively being paid by an external party.

In some cases they use their own Bitcoin revenue to pay users, but in most cases that external party converts fiat to Bitcoin and then pay their users. It's not for nothing that the majority of these parties have significantly lowered their payouts due to the price that has gone up throughout the years. I'm glad that those outside this forum have a completely different way of thinking, which again shows why most of the people are here in the first place.
Look, the use of Bitcoin is not just to get money or make money but the use of Bitcoin is the decision to get rid of other currencies that cost you more and high transaction rates, interests and many more like tax of government and the wastage of time etc. in order to get rid of all these stuffs people are choosing Bitcoin as a mode of payment in some places and on a large scale people are investing in order to make huge profit. Forget about the negative site and try to be positive about its real face and avoid propaganda’s and negative news.
I am sure you must have missed the context of post. He was not negative, neither was he trying to raise some negative vibes, he was just pretty much trying to state a fact which we have going on presently on this forum. If we are to be truthful to ourselves, a lot of people only think that they can just get rich overnight or the bitcoin would just be a straight answer to poverty without looking at some of the factors that really has put those levels of poverty there in the first place.

As a means of payment, without borders, doing some gigs and easily getting paid, all would be a help to those who find the opportunity and utilize it, but in general, it is only dependent on the level of adoption.
6269  Economy / Economics / Re: [ASK] How are you going to handle too much debt? on: May 06, 2018, 04:49:52 PM
You need to declare yourself bankrupt. To say that the borrowed money is irretrievably lost and you have no chance to return them. They won't do anything to you.
Well, they would not do anything to you but you will have to let go some of the things you have if you do so. I am not sure banks would just forgo some huge amount, in fact no matter how small without trying to get it back. I really do not know how declaring bankruptcy works globally though, but I feel except you are collecting personal loans, before getting any from the bank, there is always collateral to drop before even getting anything at all. That should always solve it.
6270  Economy / Economics / Re: Cost of Living Comparison on: May 06, 2018, 04:14:37 PM
The cost of living depends on the human being, wherever the person is even able to adjust to his daily needs. There are several surveys that prove everyone has their own style and living expenses, the economic needs of a person is different there is always a way to add income and for example are cryptocurrencies that can facilitate the need for a simple living expenses. When you earn well,  you live well.
Adjusting to your daily needs still would have to do with what is coming in for you as you really would find that hard living in a place with a very high standard of living with a very low income. However, like you said, some people have a way they tend to cut their coat according to their sizes, while some obviously do not. The thing at the end is that if you do not end up living above your means, then you should always be fine but not without still considering the first factor that I mentioned.
6271  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Why does it call "market will never sleeps"? on: May 06, 2018, 02:45:09 PM
I have seen that certain people said that market will never sleep. As I know, like usual market at NASDAQ or NYE Stock Market they usually open their market at 9.30 a.m. to 4 p.m. So why does it call market never sleep? I am curious. I am new to this kind of thing
Market of Cryptocurrency will never sleep. In case that there are manh traders that who remains for watching prices and it's stock.  It will never sleep because it's price are not stable.
But if you are referring to Market where we buy some goods and foods they're get sleep but there are some thag 24/7 open.
That is actually one of the goodies that decentralization brings anyway. This is a market where things are absolutely always different from other markets where there is a time for everything and the whole market goes into a pause mode. Here, people are trading 24 hours and this is an idea that makes a lot of traders to always take advantage of the market at their own time and things can even go pretty quick for those who may be holding some positions.
6272  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Bitcoin become a long-term trusted store of value? on: May 06, 2018, 11:47:00 AM
Yes, it’s quite possible to make use of Bitcoin as a store for value, but the only problem is that the price, unlike gold, fluctuates. It might reach the time you want to withdraw it and the price will end up being at price rate that you want be okay with. Unless you’re ready to keep on holding till it gets to something much better, if not, then I will recommend you make use of gold as a store for value cause it’s very stable. But when it comes to gold and Bitcoin, I will likely go for Bitcoin because you’re likely to make ten times more of what you stored. So Bitcoin is not just a store for value, but an investment that yield a huge income.
It surely will. We are early adopters, we will definitely keep seeing this fluctuation for a while and obviously and gradually get used to it. When laggards end up coming, they are only going to end up meeting it as currency that changes a lot of things, but by then the value would have gotten far more than this before we even know it.

What really makes it a store of value is actually the usage which is the main value that should be driving in demand in the long run.
6273  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does positive thinking affect your edge in gambling on: May 05, 2018, 02:26:26 PM
I do not believe in positive or negative thinking when I play. There are only two case for my gambling -  when it is going and when it's not.  And when I gamble in life one of the point of my luck depends on who mix cards.  It's true that some persons give me better cards than others Cheesy
I believe your positive energy on people makes them to give you better cards. If you keep that faith on some other people also then they also will start giving you better cards. Because this is how positive thinking works but while gambling we cannot take enough time to make our positive energy to work.

The only thing I even see positive thinking affecting in gambling is definitely one's brain and emotions which ends up being negative in the long run as those in that spot always end up an addict when reality starts kicking in and they start looking for ways to recover losses with the hope of positive thinking still reviving them from the bullshit that they have single handedly placed themselves.
6274  Economy / Economics / Re: The EU wants transparency on Cryptocurrencies on: May 05, 2018, 10:51:49 AM
Well, that  is something we are already seeing being implemented anyway as most exchanges now are already beginning to by all means ensure the need to do KYC. Not just EU, almost all the countries want to monitor or take control of cryptocurrencies so that they can have it as per their preferences to make sure binding cryptocurrencies within their law.

However, I do not know if this is going to be running on all platforms yet since all platforms are going to be subjected to the country of legislation in which they are operating, but I believe this would be a step ahead to having some peace in this region and to really curb the idea of money laundering.
6275  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think capital controls in China will impact bitcoin price? on: May 05, 2018, 08:16:09 AM
Capital controls in China will have a significant impact on Bitcoin's prices because of the considerable bailouts in China, and capital controls will limit their operations, making Bitcoin prices move more slowly and possibly down. Instead of going up. I think China is trying to enact new laws to remove Crypto from its home country.
I really wonder if you guys think that China is the only country where bitcoin is traded, but indeed you are not informed that the highest traded currency against bitcoin is JPY.

I feel we give too much importance to China and indeed let that affect our mindset that every little thing from there is always going to affect the market, just the way some people attributed the end of the Chinese new year to having a positive impact on the market.

This is a global market and China cannot stall the growth of bitcoin, no matter the action they decide to take against it or the policies they decide to come up with.
Most of that are already moving out of China. If I am a business man in China who has invested so much in the area of cryptocurrency, you really think I will let my country affect the way I do my business. Why do you think the likes of bitmain are looking for cryptocurrency friendly environment to set up their space ?

As far as I am concerned, they would be the ones losing out in the long run with their bullshit control measures, and the smart citizens are always going to end up finding a way for themselves.
6276  Economy / Economics / Re: Blockchain and AI will improve the world economy on: May 04, 2018, 06:56:11 PM
Block chain and AI are the two most popular technology trends today!

Blockchain and AI combine to create a lot of new things!

Intelligent life and credit life redefine people's lifestyle!
I like the last words you have used. The thing though is that sure blockchain is here to stay and we are already beginning to see the real life cases of it which I believe is going to affect the economy in a very good way once adopted by each country not without leaving the idea that it would still remain centralized though.

Regarding AI, I cannot say much for the future, but presently, I have not really seen much to really talk about and even though we have heard some few cases of AI in action, I still feel we have not really gotten there yet.

6280  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin must come back to its original use - currency ! on: April 25, 2018, 05:38:54 AM
I agree that bitcoin should return to its original designation - as a means of payment for the acquisition of daily purchases, as it was and was conceived during the creation. Now there are a lot of conversations and various speculations about its value storage function, although we can not say with certainty which bitcoin rate will be in a few years. Therefore, these conversations are worthless. The main thing is how you can use bitcoin at the moment.
It will but it is too early for us to be asking for that. The only time it did was when it was still very much early and people really saw the main value for it as it is, and then the whole thing with speculation started and we started getting to see a lot of people getting greedy which ended up making it a speculative asset, and the only time we will get to see this happening where we have bitcoin as a currency fully is when it has really reached a stage of no return and the market capitalization is extremely huge, that would be hard to see any huge manipulation.
