I'm not sure that everyone is aware of the neccesary swap. I saw I had some MRC left on AlcurEx and just traded them. You might concern keeping this market go alive for a longer term. I don't think this takes a lot of efforts / cost a lot right? Are my new MRC(2) safe on the AlcurEx? I still have to download the new wallet.. Most of coins are stored in crypted coldstorage wallet so your coins are safe in alcurex. I got few reply to not close swap market yet because of technical problem with old coin transactions. So, maybe better we don't close market yet. I want all MRC holders can get coins changed. Anyway, we can't continue far because when network stop, there will be many forks and problems to identify which are valid coins and which not. New MRC have no that problem because stake blocks. |

To get your shares: Register account on alcurEX using same email which you use in cryptostocks to get your shares.
I have inform cryptostocks to delete alcurEX market permanently and after that I can't download shareholderlist anymore,
so if you have not activate "Disclose my email" in your user settings, I can't identify shareholder and those shares will not move to alcurEX.
So, finally note: Please activate "Disclose my email" on cryptostocks if you want your shares to alcurEX. Maybe I still can download sharelist again.
If you already have shares in alcurEX, no need action.

I deside not to change/fix stake. I will change stake information in coin page. If some one want to make 10% stake for MRC network, it is fine for me. But with current wallet, MRC have no inflation. (Network stake is around 1,000,000MRC / year) That is most disappointing to hear. Staking not make more profit or value. Just more amount. But as I say, if micro community want make 10% stake update, I will support it as well alcurEX. What exactly opted this change? At first there was a promise of a 10% temporary initial stake now it's not even 1% without much of an explanation. My limited time is main reason I don't make new wallet. If wallet have other error, I'll take time to fix it, but stake and price is same for everyone , network and wallet running well and amount is enaf for micropayments developing. micro stake for micro  Seriously I don't think it's bad if microCoin have ~stable total amount. It is made for payments and services. We already have Fiats and several altcoins if we want to use currency which daily multiply total amount. But this is my opinion. microCoin is fair mined and running with PoS transactions forever. |

does anyone know how we can get our MRC out of Poloniex so we can exchange them at Alcurex?
You'll have to write to support if you can't withdraw it manually. I can manually withdraw but the coins are never received to my alcurex wallet Tell me txid and I will check your transaction status on alcurEX wallet. If it is sent from polo, it should be there even with zero confirmations. |

So my wallet finally finished syncing but I can't generate a deposit address on alcurex in order to send my MRC there...

errh.. not trying to be a jackass here, but maybe you should try opening an account there? preferably by using the same email you have on CS. It worked for me. Thats right. Right now it appeared. Before, when I asked, there was no address and the QR code just said "Generate new address" (I scanned it). They did mention it might take "a few minutes" but I didn't imagine it could be this slow. It seems to take a while to generate a new deposit address in general. Best thing is to click on "generate" and drink a cup of coffe, take a shower... and suddenly it appears  . haha That's right. When you click "generate new address", it will make request, but not connect direct to the wallet. This is because wallets not allow any connection from outside, not even from alcurex siteserver. This will make some delay, but wallets are full secured. |

Just to be sure, I deleted the MRC folder from the roaming section and used the wallet posted on the from page. ( microCoin version c2.2.0.1: Experimental on debug ). I definitely exchanged old MRC for MRC2.
Should the wallet be listing the currency as MRC2 or still as MRC?

Also, am I not very experienced with PoSing at the moment but I do know by staking I am also able to receive transaction fees as well as payout blocks. I have received a few payments but they are between .5 to 2 MRC. How much per million would someone expect to receive at the current 10% annual rate listed? I have only been able to find a Peercoin PoS calculator but is there one I can fiddle with the settings to apply to MRC and any other coin I wish to PoS?
Currency tigger is still MRC even you use new version. Yes, there is something with PoS, will be fixed in next version update. Seems like stake profit is way under 10% annual. |
