Luton Town was no worse in this game, but the difference was that Chelsea made use of their chances more efficiently obviously and were able to take a three goal lead. I think it is never easy to come back when you are three goals down of course, but it was fun to see how Luton Town got back into the game and was really close to equalizing the game. Damn I wonder what would have happened with Pochettino if Chelsea wasted those three points in this game after that huge lead. Maybe he would have gotten into trouble this weekend.
Chelsea has been comfortable since the first half by scoring 3 goals and Luton Town scored 2 goals in the second half in the 80th and 87th minutes meaning the Chelsea players lost concentration towards the final minute or maybe they underestimated Luton so they did not anticipate any attack. However this match goes, the most important thing is the final result and Chelsea getting 3 points, now Chelsea is in 10th place yeah these teams are in the middle of the standings and compete with each other to take a place in the European league. Thankfully Chelsea won the match but we must acknowledge the fact that Luton never made the game better for Chelsea even having a better stat. Chelsea must learn one thing from this game that until the match is over things definitely can turn around, the fighting spirit Luton had yesterday was a world class and Chelsea as to face this issue they are always found of relaxing as matches is about to end when they are taking the lead especially if it has been since the first half of the game. Truth be told I think the reason behind the poor performance of Manchester United today was because they underestimated Nottingham Forest because of their position in the league, United come back result in their previous game against Aston Villa should have been a big morale booster for them but I think it affected their performance since they couldn't have a good performance against a team like Forest. Erik Ten hag isn't a good man for the United team so I think he needs to leave the team if he can't win teams that have no history against United.
In my opinion, the match between Nottingham Forest and Man United was an unnecessary defeat for Erik Ten Hag but the result was certainly surprising. The first half was a bit boring but after entering the second half the intensity of the game increased quite a lot and they were able to attack each other. In terms of quality Man United has that but the mentality of the players on the field is a big problem for this club. After half a season at Man United Andre Onana has conceded almost 45 goals. This is a fantastic number to be used as a reference that this is the wrong choice of goalkeeper. This defeat was the gift of the year for Erik Ten Hag and Man United the cycle of winning was only fleeting and then followed by successive defeats. A bad result for MU, but not surprising I think. That's because MU's performance is inconsistent. they over-celebrated Aston Villa's stunning 3-2 win. and now we see that when MU faces a weaker team, they also look overwhelmed. Ten Hag may have no hope this season. and MU may have to make changes to its coaching squad and players next season. Man United can not be consistent like I said after their last match when others were thinking they were back, I said they are no difference from what we have been seeing since the beginning of the season. Man United is inconsistent, I guess this is the only position Chelsea and Manchester United will fight for this season like who is the worst among them. Manchester United may need to change coach but the players are still good, wasn't the same player that came from a two goals down to get win, wasn't the same team that trash Chelsea even when everyone expected Chelsea to win. What kind of players do Arsenal need again, their attackers are actually better than Chelsea and even Manchester United, after so many matches Saka makes a mess now is a flop, I don't forget even Salah didn't really started this season well. The truth is Arsenal don't really need new players, consistency is not about continously signing players if it was so Chelsea should be at the top of the table. Arsenal as never been consistent so why hope high. Liverpool will likely win the league this season.
It would not be wrong for Arsenal fans to hope for better and higher this season because as you can see, Arsenal is also close to the team at the top of the standings at the moment. Meanwhile, Chelsea is still quite far behind Arsenal and Liverpool, so you shouldn't have too high hopes for Chelsea, but for Arsenal it is still quite logical that there are fans who hope for better things, even if it's not by recruiting new players in the transfer market this winter. Because new players still don't necessarily fit into Arsenal's current playing pattern. True Arsenal as been performing well and so the fans will definitely have high hopes especially because of last season, everyone one time had already agreed that the league was for Arsenal but we saw how things ends up. Dortmund showed a different performance in the UCL, what impressed us all about Dortmund was their success in qualifying from the hell group. However, in the Bundesliga they look a little unstable, usually Dortmund always compete tightly and suppress Bayern's dominance, but this season Laverkusen has taken over that role and appeared more impressive. The time gap until mid-January can be utilized by all teams competing in the Bundesliga, I think even though there are no new player recruitments, this time gap will be used to evaluate their respective performance.
Dortmund is now knocked out of the top four of the standings and has collected 27 points, the opportunity to penetrate the UCL zone is still open. Consistency in securing full points is a priority in the remaining matches of the second half, if they don't do something in the transfer window then they will have difficulty finishing in the top four of the standings.
Dortmund’s performance in the UCL is way different from how they perform im the domestic league. In the UCL they seem to be one big demon but a shadow of themselves when they get to the league. But rating their overall performance I’ll rate it mid, because this Dortmund isn’t what we know them to be and they’ve been overtaken by the likes of Leverkusen and Stuttgart, I think they need to sit up and maintain consistency. Yes, the break is important at this period but without better addition to the entire team, I don’t think this Dortmund side will pose any kind of threat to Bayern Munich or Leverkusen. Rather they’ll try to maintain their UCL spot which is still very open. I think the team needs some key additions especially since the departure of Jude the team’s midfield hasn’t been in sweet shape; more reason for the addition of one or two key players to pilot the midfield. Dortmund has been excellent thus far in the Champions league but there is no hope for them winning it probably will make it to at most semi finals while they continue to drop points in the Bundesliga. I guess we can say the two teams dominating the Bundesliga are now in danger of losing their positions since both teams are usually not consistent especially Dortmund but now there have been teams who are currently consistent and if these teams are able to continue their form then the two dominating team in bundesliga will likely see a reason to do better especially Dortmund. Dortmund may opt for a new signing this January or the end of the season but I guess this is among the less outstanding Dortmund squad before every season Dortmund usually have at least a star player who every other club are interested in, hopefully their scout may get an excellent player for them this January |

Arsenal definitely knows if they want to be table till the end of the year they have to win this match but this does not mean West ham will be sleeping in the match. What gives you the assurance that Liverpool will be the club that will be this season EPL winner. You are too quick to judge because we just got to half of the season with 19 matches played, this cannot make you give Liverpool the favorite club to win because they are topping the league. If Arsenal has being topping the league for few weeks now and still they can't beat their chest to say that they will be the winner. Manchester City started topping the table in the beginning of this season but now look at where they are. Every club will still be faced with their misfortune and whoever an overcome it with losing much points will win the league. Chelsea right now are buying experienced and young players both. Experienced players for the regular team and young talents to be helpful in future. I think it's a good strategy as most of the clubs focus on the current squad and are unable to get players when their regular players gets old. I have seen lot of clubs who have faced such situation so it is also important for a club to focus on young talents also to groom them for the time being so that they can use them later on when the club needs them. Chelsea used to have experienced players and their results were chaotic and nothing will change if they bring additional players in the team. Chelsea needs good management otherwise they will be like PSG in Champions League in the previous season. Many names zero impact then everyone try to find a way out of the team  Chelsea still needs experienced players especially in the midfielder, if only Kante was here to guide Caicedo, Conor will do more better with a good tutor. I want Arsenal to win not for the purpose of just staying at the top and been flipped back to second our target now should be the Premier League because if they can gap other clubs with a more reasonable point it will give them a good chance even if they lose any game and that is part of the strategy that Manchester City used to win so its time for Arsenal to adopt that same process, the way we were expecting heat but to some extent they are still trying. Wins in important games like this are more valuable. Passing Liverpool in the standings is another motivation for them. Arsenal will be very dominant in this match. I hope I'm right and we will watch a good match. For West Ham, there is no surprise for Arsenal, because Arsenal will definitely win this match. Apart from playing at home, in the last 5 matches the two Arsenal teams were superior to West Ham, Arsenal won 3 times and West Ham won 1 time and drew 1 time. And Arsenal will not let West Ham win, especially at home, besides that, Arsenal always wins when they play at home. However, Arsenal's hard work applies against any team, in order to remain at the top of the standings with the same number of matches as Liverpool. Arsenal definitely knows if they want to be table till the end of the year they have to win this match but this does not mean West ham will be sleeping in the match. I guess we all can agree that Arsenal will win this match but I don't they will be topping the league for long, Liverpool more likely will be crown Epl champion, since City are far from their best and still continue to have injury woes |
